针对电力系统数据集成中存在的语义异构问题,提出一种基于本体的数据集成框架。依据电力参数估计系统的数据需求模型,分析数据集成存在的语义冲突类型,在传统数据集成框架的数据集成中间件模块中加入本体语义描述模块。采用本体描述信息资源域中的概念,通过实现语义冲突主动发现并构建语义映射关系。实验结果表明,该框架能有效解决数据集成过程中的语义异构问题。  相似文献

对现有本体映射方法进行比较和分析后,提出了一种基于视图的映射方法。本体视图实际上是对本体的抽取,即本体的一种应用模式。作为对用户知识的反映它不仅增加了本体映射的可理解性和清晰性,同时也简化了用户对信息的检索。通过构造本体视图间的双向映射关系,既保证了信息查找和定位准确、高效,又提高了映射关系的可扩展性,使本体映射更适合动态变化的信息环境。  相似文献

参照"Mediator/Wrapper"体系结构,利用混合本体的概念设计了基于本体的保险企业数据集成模型,以六元组的方式为例完成了对保险公司新型人寿保险信息的混合本体定义.利用本体技术通过领域建模描述该领域的概念及其相互关系,可以有效地完成保险公司异构数据的集成和深层的数据共享,提供统一的信息查询及用户视图,进而提高保险公司管理支持和决策的可靠性和准确性.  相似文献

As the applications with big data in cloud computing environment grow, many existing systems expect to expand their service to support the dramatic increase of data, and modern software development for services computing and cloud computing software systems is no longer based on a single database but on existing multidatabases and this convergence needs new software architecture design. This paper proposes an integration approach to support hybrid database architecture, including MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis, to make it possible of allowing users to query data simultaneously from both relational SQL systems and NoSQL systems in a single SQL query. Two mechanisms are provided for constructing Redis's indexes and semantic transforming between SQL and MongoDB API to add the SQL feature for these NoSQL databases. With the proposed approach, hybrid database systems can be performed in a flexible manner, ie, access can be either relational database or NoSQL, depending on the size of data. The approach can effectively reduce development complexity and improve development efficiency of the software systems with multidatabases. This is the result of further research on the related topic, which fills the gap ignored by relevant scholars in this field to make a little contribution to the further development of NoSQL technology.  相似文献

Innovation and agility should be provided to businesses by efficient collaboration (i.e., communication and sharing) between them. However, semantic heterogeneity between business processes is a serious problem for automatically supporting cooperation processes (e.g., knowledge sharing and querying-based interactions) between businesses. In order to overcome this problem, we propose a novel framework based on aligning business ontologies for integrating heterogeneous business processes. We can consider two types of alignment processes; (i) manual alignment for building a whole business process ontology in a business process management (BPM) system and (ii) automated alignment between business processes of different BPM systems. Thereby, the optimal integration between two business processes has to be discovered to maximize the summation of a set of partial similarities between semantic components consisting of the business processes. In particular, the semantic component are extracted from semantic annotations of business processes. For evaluating the proposed system, we have conducted experimentations by using 22 business process management systems, which are organized as six business alliances. We have assumed that business processes in a same BPM system should be built with a common ontologies. The proposed alignment method has shown about 71.3% of precision (65.4% of recall). In addition, we found out that alignment results are dependent on some characteristics of ontologies (e.g., depth and number of classes).  相似文献

In schema integration, schematic discrepancies occur when data in one database correspond to metadata in another. We explicitly declare the context that is the meta information relating to the source, classification, property etc. of entities, relationships or attribute values in entity–relationship (ER) schemas. We present algorithms to resolve schematic discrepancies by transforming metadata into the attribute values of entity types, keeping the information and constraints of original schemas. Although focusing on the resolution of schematic discrepancies, our technique works seamlessly with the existing techniques resolving other semantic heterogeneities in schema integration.  相似文献

Information sharing among distributed obsolescence management systems is a challenge because of the heterogeneity of data (data with different forms and representations). Indeed, this is the main hurdle that exists for current tools managing product obsolescence. This paper presents a hybrid ontology approach for the integration of obsolescence information that combines a global ontology that provides a shared vocabulary for the specification of the semantics of obsolescence domain knowledge, along with local ontologies that describe structures of multiple data sources distributed in various obsolescence management tools. A procedure is provided for mapping local ontologies to the global ontology by quantifying relationships between classes and identifying groups of classes with a clustering method. Ontologies and rules of identifying relationships are realized with OWL (Web Ontology Language) and SWRL (Semantic Web Rule Language). With the application of the hybrid ontology approach, a unified view of data is provided to support decision making for efficient obsolescence management and a structure where new sources of information can be easily added with little modification in the future.  相似文献

An ontology database is a basic relational database management system that models an ontology plus its instances. To reason over the transitive closure of instances in the subsumption hierarchy, for example, an ontology database can either unfold views at query time or propagate assertions using triggers at load time. In this paper, we use existing benchmarks to evaluate our method—using triggers—and we demonstrate that by forward computing inferences, we not only improve query time, but the improvement appears to cost only more space (not time). However, we go on to show that the true penalties were simply opaque to the benchmark, i.e., the benchmark inadequately captures load-time costs. We have applied our methods to two case studies in biomedicine, using ontologies and data from genetics and neuroscience to illustrate two important applications: first, ontology databases answer ontology-based queries effectively; second, using triggers, ontology databases detect instance-based inconsistencies—something not possible using views. Finally, we demonstrate how to extend our methods to perform data integration across multiple, distributed ontology databases.  相似文献

为了有效解决网络环境中异构数据库数据集成问题,分析了异构数据库集成的现状,提出了一种基于XML技术的异构关系数据库数据集成模型.该模型由异构数据库层、集成中间件层,应用层3部分组成;阐述了该模型各个部分的功能,讨论了集成中间件层的实现;详细地介绍了数据库和XML之间相互映射规则,并给出了它们之间的具体转换过程.在集成中间件的基础上,设计了某信息管理服务系统软件,表明了该中间件的可行性.  相似文献
