不同干燥方式对银耳多糖理化特性及抗氧化活性的影响 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
研究传统热风干燥、冷冻干燥和抽真空干燥等不同干燥方式对银耳多糖(Tremel la fuci formispolysaccharides,TFPs)的理化特性和体外还原力、清除1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)自由基、羟自由基(hydroxyl free radical,•OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(superoxide free radicals,O2-•)的影响。结果表明:3 种干燥方式对TFPs均有显著影响,其中冷冻干燥处理多糖(freezing drying Tremella fuciformispolysaccharides,TFPs-F)的得率、总糖和黏度最高;3 种干燥方式对粗多糖相对分子质量分布和和抗氧化活性有一定影响;TFPs-F的还原力、清除DPPH自由基、•OH和O2-•的半抑制浓度(half-inhibitory concentration,IC50)分别为2.61、1.64、1.78、1.75 mg/mL;传统热风干燥和抽真空干燥处理多糖的还原力、清除DPPH自由基、•OH和O2-•的IC50高于低温冷冻干燥处理多糖相应的IC50。结果说明,冷冻干燥处理是获得高品质和高活性银耳多糖的较好方法。 相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法分析野生(5 叶、7 叶和9 叶3 种生态类型)和人工种植(7 叶)绞股蓝的叶及茎中6 种多酚化合物的含量,并测定样品醇提液的总多酚含量及抗氧化活性。结果表明:色谱条件为色谱柱poroshell 120 PFP(4.6 mm×100 mm,2.7 μm),流动相1%甲酸(A)和乙腈(B),检测波长254 nm和350 nm,在此条件下绞股蓝样品中6 种多酚单体可在35 min内得到较好分离,且重复性好(相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation,RSD)≤4.6%)、精密度高(RSD≤2.68%)、稳定性好(RSD≤2.45%)、加标回收结果准确可靠(平均回收率84%~99%,RSD≤4.02%)。6 种多酚单体在不同的绞股蓝样品中含量差异较大,但均呈现出芦丁含量最高,对羟基苯甲酸含量最低。绞股蓝样品醇提液中总多酚及抗氧化活性在不同样品间差异较大,在野生绞股蓝(7 叶)叶中最高(分别为75、39.65、70.48 mg/g),在其茎中最低(分别为2.81、2.1、3.7 mg/g)。总体而言,绞股蓝的叶中总多酚含量高于茎中,醇提液的抗氧化活性也强于茎。 相似文献

The in vitro anti‐inflammatory activity of supercritical rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) extracts (rosemary A and B) is been reported in this study. To achieve that, THP‐1 macrophages were activated using lipopolysaccharide or human ox‐LDL and secretion and gene expression of TNF‐α, IL‐1β, IL‐6 and IL‐10 were evaluated, as well as COX‐2 gene expression. Results indicated that both rosemary extracts (A & B) exhibit high anti‐inflammatory activity although at a higher extent in case of rosemary B extract (5 μg mL?1), representing a higher quantity of carnosic acid and carnosol than rosemary A. When comparing the activity of the extract to the standard itself, the anti‐inflammatory activity of standards of carnosic acid and carnosol was not as intense as that obtained with rosemary B. These data indicated that although carnosic acid content in the extracts is considered as the main anti‐inflammatory compound, a synergistic interaction with other compounds may play a significant role in enhancing its activity. Results provided the grounds for possible increase in the application of supercritical rosemary extracts in food formulations for mitigation or prevention of inflammatory diseases. 相似文献

Dietary components in combination may act synergistically and produce enhanced biological activities. Herein, we investigated the anti‐inflammatory effects of 2 flavonoids, that is luteolin (LUT) and tangeretin (TAN) in combination. Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‐stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages were treated with noncytotoxic concentrations of LUT, TAN, and their combinations. The results showed that LUT/TAN in combination produced synergistic inhibitory effects on LPS‐stimulated production of nitric oxide (NO). ELISA results demonstrated that LUT/TAN in combination caused stronger suppression on the LPS‐induced overexpression of proinflammatory mediators, such as prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), interleukin (IL)‐1β, and IL‐6 than LUT or TAN alone. Immunoblotting and Real‐Time PCR analyses showed that LUT/TAN combination significantly decreased LPS‐induced protein and mRNA expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase and cyclooxygenase‐2. These inhibitory effects of the combination treatment were stronger than those produced by LUT or TAN alone. Overall, our results demonstrated for the first time that combination of LUT and TAN produced synergistic anti‐inflammatory effects in LPS‐stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. 相似文献

Characterization,Anti‐Inflammatory and Antiproliferative Activities of Natural and Sulfonated Exo‐Polysaccharides from Streptococcus thermophilus ASCC 1275 下载免费PDF全文
Exo‐polysaccharides (EPS) isolated from Streptococcus thermophilus ASCC 1275 were sulfated (31%). High‐performance liquid chromatography identified that EPS was composed of mannose (30.19%), galactose (20.10%), glucose (18.05%), glucosamine (16.04%), galactosamine (9.06%), glucuronic acid (3.55%), and ribose (3.01%). Pro‐/anti‐inflammatory cytokine secretion ratios (IL‐1β/IL‐10, IL‐6/IL‐10, and TNF‐α/IL‐10) of lipopolysaccharide stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages were significantly decreased by EPS and S.EPS treatments in a dose dependent manner. Furthermore, anti‐inflammatory activities of S.EPS improved 49.3% and 24.0% than those of EPS before or after LPS treatment. The reactive oxygen species were inhibited by EPS and S.EPS by 49.6% and 55.1% at 50 μg/mL, respectively. Inhibition activities of S.EPS on nitric oxide production were 12.9% and 55.4% higher than those of EPS at 10 and 50 μg/mL. Additionally, S.EPS exhibited stronger antiproliferative activity on Caco‐2 and HepG2 cells. Our results indicated that anti‐inflammatory and antiproliferative activities of EPS were significantly (P < 0.01) improved by sulfonation. 相似文献

不同品种苹果非浓缩还原汁的多酚组成及与抗氧化能力的关系 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:通过分析15种非浓缩还原(NFC)苹果汁的多酚组成、抗氧化能力及二者相关性,研究多酚组成对抗氧化能力的贡献,为果汁生产企业在原料果选择方面提供借鉴。方法:制备15个品种的NFC苹果汁,利用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)和体外抗氧化试验分析多酚组成和抗氧化能力(DPPH和ABTS自由基清除能力),通过单因素方差和相关性分析处理试验结果。结果:NFC苹果汁中,单体酚以绿原酸含量最高,表儿茶素没食子酸酯含量最低;大类多酚有原花青素、酚酸和黄酮类3种,其中酚酸含量最高(102~331μg/mL),黄酮含量最低(5~30μg/mL)。不同品种苹果中,“乔纳金”苹果的DPPH自由基清除能力最高为89.1%,“秋香”苹果的ABTS自由基清除能力最强为92.6%。结论:原花青素大类物质是NFC苹果汁体外抗氧化能力的主要贡献者,原花青素B2、表儿茶素和表儿茶素没食子酸酯3种单体酚有较强的DPPH自由基清除能力,而ABTS自由基清除能力更多地依赖于总酚含量。 相似文献

Metabolite profiling and biological activity are reported from organic and aqueous extracts of the fruit from the desert palm Hyphaene thebaica. Phenolics and oxylipids profiles were determined using UPLC‐PDA‐TOF (ultra performance‐photodiode array‐time of flight) high‐resolution mass spectrometry in order to obtain the molecular formula and exact mass Under optimized conditions, 17 compounds were simultaneously identified and quantified including 2 cinnamic acid derivatives, 5 flavonoids, 6 fatty acids, 2 sphingolipids, a lignan, and a stilbene. Sugars composition in the fruit was characterized and quantified by 1H‐NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) with sucrose detected as the major component in fruit at a level of 219 mg/g. The influences of ultrasound‐assisted, pharmacopeia, and supercritical fluid extraction methods on bioactive compounds and biological activities of propolis were evaluated. Results showed that propolis extracted by ultrasound‐assisted method contained more phenolic compounds, and showed the highest total phenolic content (245.84 ± 6.41 mg GAE/g DW), total flavonoids content (198.82 ± 5.74 mg RE/g DW), and stronger in vitro antioxidant activity (DPPH·: 1.03 ± 0.04 mmol Trolox/g DW, ABTS+·: 2.19 ± 0.05 mmol Trolox/g DW, and FRAP: 1.48 ± 0.12 mmol FeSO4/g DW) than those of pharmacopoeia and supercritical fluid methods. A total of 36 phenolic compounds were identified in propolis. Among them, quercetin, quercetin‐3‐methyl‐ether, kaempferol, isorhamnetin, luteolin‐methyl‐ether, and quercetin‐7‐methyl‐ether could only be found in ultrasound‐assisted and pharmacopoeia methods. Moreover, the phenolic compounds had the similar metabolic pathways in rats and were mainly metabolized by sulfation and glucuronidation pathways. Additionally, ultrasonic‐treated propolis have good in vivo antioxidant activity and could repair D‐galactose‐induced oxidative damage in rats. Therefore, ultrasound‐assisted method could replace pharmacopeia method to be considered as bioactive compounds extraction from propolis, taking into consideration of yield, short extraction time, and high antioxidant activity. 相似文献

The study presents changes in the phenolic levels, antioxidant and anti‐inflammatory potential of purple basil leaves caused by different chemical elicitors: arachidonic acid (AA), jasmonic acid (JA) and β‐aminobutyric acid (BABA). The application of the all tested elicitors increased the concentration of phenolic compounds, including flavonoids and phenolic acids; especially, in comparison with control (457.62 μg g?1 FW), the rosmarinic acid level significantly increased after AA and JA treatment ‐ 705.0 and 596.5 μg g?1 FW, respectively. Phenolics from AA‐elicited plants showed the highest anti‐inflammatory activities designated as lipoxygenase (EC50 = 1.67 mg FW mL?1) and cyclooxygenase inhibition (EC50 = 0.31 mg FW mL?1). Elicitors' treatments (especially AA and JA) may be a very useful biochemical tool for improving the production of phenolic compounds in purple basil leaves. 相似文献
