提高攀钢选钛厂主流程钛回收率的试验研究

针对攀钢选钛厂主流程(粗粒选矿)和微矿流程(细粒选矿)TiO2总回收率不到21％的现状，就主流程生产过程中的磁性矿物对重选精矿钛回收率的影响、除铁位置的选择以及除铁设备进行了试验研究，从除铁角度提出了提高主流程TiO2回收率的措施。     

会理白草选钛厂选钛工艺优化试验研究

通过对会理白草选厂选钛原矿（选铁总尾矿）的全粒级重选，粗，细分级重选，重选中矿再磨浮等多个流程的选钛试验研究，提出了回收选铁矿的合理生产工艺及流程，为白草选钛厂存在的钛精矿产量低，含铁量高，中矿量大，金属回收率低等诸多问题找到根本的解决方案。     

攀枝花磁选尾矿合理选钛流程的探讨

本文探讨了选钛厂重、电选钛流程技术经济指标低的原因,提出了提高选钛回收率,增加钛精矿产量的途径与措施。建议选钛厂当前的改造工艺流程为国锥—螺（旋）、溜（槽）—电选选钛流程,也提出了合理的选钛流程:“园锥—强磁—浮选—摇床选钛流程”。这些改造和设施完成后,将使钛精矿成本降至100元/吨以下,企业扭亏为盈。     

优化攀枝花选钛厂选矿工艺研究

攀枝花选钛厂自70年代投产以来一直采用重一电选矿流程.选铁厂的尾矿经直径9m浓密机和四室水力分级机浓缩脱泥后,其水力分级机的一二级产品进人直径为600mm铸铁螺旋选矿机粗选,水力分级机的三四级产品进入直径1200mm螺旋涡溜槽选别.在选别前均经过浓泥斗浓缩,得到含27%TiO_2的粗精矿,回收率为43%.粗精矿经浮选脱硫和弱磁除铁后分级进行电选精选.由于分级效果不好,细粒级电选效果差,小于0.1mm的铁矿物基本没有回收,使总的回收率仅在20%左右.     

利用攀枝花钛精矿的两条流程

根据攀枝花钛精矿的特点和该地区的能源条件，论述了利用攀枝花钛精矿的两条流程：即钛精矿或电炉法酸溶性钛渣--硫酸法制造钛白流程；钛精矿盐酸浸出法人造金红石-氯化法制造钛白或海绵钛流程。并对这两条流程产业化的有利条件、存在问题和应采取的措施进行了探讨。     

四川某高铬型钛磁铁矿中钛资源回收工艺试验研究

攀枝花某高铬型钛磁铁矿矿石中含有丰富的钛磁铁矿和钛铁矿资源,文章根据该矿石钛磁铁矿及钛铁矿等有用矿物的赋存状态,研发出“两段磨矿-磁选-磁浮选”分离回收钛磁铁矿和“两段强磁选-脱硫浮选-钛粗选-精选”回收钛铁矿的磁浮联合工艺流程,全流程闭路试验可获得产率34.20%、TFe品位55.71%、TiO2品位13.46%、TFe回收率70.54%、TiO2回收率50.87%的钛磁铁精矿以及产率4.86%、TiO2品位48.25%、TiO2回收率25.91%的钛精矿,高铬型钛磁铁矿中钛磁铁矿及钛铁矿得到有效回收。     

甘肃某含钛磁铁矿选矿试验研究

甘肃某含钛磁铁矿含钛6.58%,含铁21.46%,具有较大的回收价值.在工艺条件试验研究的基础上,采用"弱磁选铁-强磁预富集-钛浮选"的工艺流程回收有价金属,最终,实验室小型闭路试验可获得含铁61.75%,全铁回收率43.45%（磁性铁回收率达86.47%）的铁精矿和含钛50.10%,钛回收率60.23%的钛精矿,浮选作业回收率为85.94%,选别指标较好.      

密地选钛厂粗粒强磁选别工艺优化研究

针对密地选钛厂全浮选成本高、产品粒度偏细的问题,对TiO_2品位16.94%的粗粒一段强磁精矿开展了强磁选别工艺优化研究。试验结果表明:采用0.125 mm筛子进行分级,筛上物采用"螺旋+电选"流程、螺旋中矿和电选中矿以及粗渣经过强磁选别后与筛下物混合浮选的流程,可获得TiO_2品位47.67%、回收率34.25%的电选钛精矿与TiO_2品位47.18%、回收率34.83%的浮选钛精矿,即TiO_2品位47.42%、回收率69.08%的混合钛精矿。通过工艺优化,不仅降低了磨矿量,而且优化了最终产品粒级,为工业化生产提供了理论支撑。     

攀枝花钛精矿降低含硫量的试验与生产实践

试验室试验获得了降低钛精矿含硫量的最佳浮选条件,改进了选钛厂原设计的浮选流程,使钛精矿含硫量降至≤0.3％,提出了加强生产技术操作和生产管理的若干措施,保证了产品质量。同时就进一步降低钛精矿中含硫量的可能性程度进行了讨论。     

攀钢密地选钛厂分级浓缩系统的优化

本文分析了攀钢密地选钛厂原流程分级浓缩系统，指出该工艺流程不合理－－分级浓缩设备重复设置，未充分利用各设备的优点，造成重选作业回收率低、设备占有量多、维护工作量大、能耗高等弊病。改造后，用高效分级浓缩箱来分级、浓缩、脱泥、取消四室水力分级机等以优化分级浓缩系统。生产表明，该工艺流程运行稳定，解决了原流程的低效率问题，获得较好的经济效益。
