本文提出了一种改进图像插值的方法,该方法通过提取低分辨率图像的协方差矩阵和协方差向量估算出高分辨率图像的相应参数,然后经过内插得到高分辨率图像。其突出优点是它的边缘自适应特性。经过实验证明,用这种方法获得的高分辨率图像和其他方法相比,图像的峰值信噪比(PSNR)有显著提高。在图像边缘模糊和阶梯形失真不仅比传统的线性内插方法有所降低,即使与基于凸面投影(POCS)等方法相比图像也更加清晰。同时由于算法避免了复杂的迭代计算,因而运算的速度更快。  相似文献

针对传统图像放大算法边缘处理效果较差,自适应图像插值方法存在高计算复杂度的问题,该文提出一种有效增强图像边缘轮廓的插值放大算法。该算法结合边缘定向平滑滤波器和双线性插值的特点,使得图像在平坦和非平坦区域均能取得理想效果。仿真测试结果表明,与基于统计特征的自适应插值算法相比,该文提出算法能显著提高插值速度,平均运行时间降低8.33 s;与双三次插值算法相比,图像峰值信噪比平均增加0.30 dB。  相似文献

为了解决医学DR图像对比度低、边缘模糊、细节不清晰和缺乏自适应增强的问题,提出一种基于量子萤火虫和增益Beta的医学DR图像自适应增强方法.该方法针对传统Beta变换的不足,提出了增益Beta变换方法,提出了应用于增益Beta变换的二分类别判定方法和参数约束修正方法.为实现自适应的增强,将量子计算和萤火虫群算法结合提出一种量子萤火虫群算法,提出一种FHCE图像增强质量评价标准作为算法的适应度函数,该算法可快速精确求解应用于医学DR图像自适应增强的增益Beta变换的最优增强参数值.实验结果表明这种方法提高了医学DR图像的对比度,边缘和细节更加的清晰,能够自适应增强各类型医学DR图像.  相似文献

针对HEVC视频编码中帧层比特分配和率失真模型参数自适应更新,提出了一种改进的码率控制算法.该算法引入牛顿法来自适应更新率失真模型的参数;同时提出一种帧层复杂度度量方法,利用图像自身的内容特性来调整帧层比特分配;最后在编码过程中选择合适的量化参数.实验结果表明:与参考算法比较,该算法能大大降低计算复杂度,同时保持良好的码率控制性能,对含有场景突变的视频改进效果尤为明显.  相似文献

提出了一种新型的各向异性扩散图像放大的邻域扩散选择平滑法(ADASS),将邻域扩散法与选择平滑滤波器相结合,降低了算法的复杂度,并提高了图像的放大质量.该算法在平滑噪声的同时可以有效地增强边缘,使得放大后的图像无论在边缘处还是平滑区域均能达到理想的效果.实验结果的主观质量及峰值信噪比(PSNR)值表明了算法的有效性.  相似文献

针对传统图像放大处理过程中出现的边缘模糊和噪声干扰问题,分析了Tikhonov正则化模型对带噪图像放大处理的缺陷.在最大后验估计(MAP)和熵理论基础上,提出了一种基于熵变分的带噪图像放大模型及其算法.该算法利用图像像素点梯度信息自适应的各向异性滤波处理,在较好的保持图像边缘锐度的同时有效地克服了图像噪声的影响,理论分析和实验结果皆表明此算法的有效性.  相似文献

提出了一种基于边缘自适应插值算法的缩放引擎有效的设计方法,并通过FPGA验证。首先介绍了自适应插值算法的基本原理,接着提出了优化设计的缩放引擎系统结构,并系统的论述了数据缓冲模块的实现及高效的运算系数生成模块和插值计算模块。最后在FPGA上验证了该系统,结果表明,运用该算法插值获得了边缘清晰的目标图像,且该算法复杂度低,因此,适应于实时条件下的图像缩放。  相似文献

基于wedgelet理论提出了一种图像轮廓编码算法.该算法给出了一种率失真意义下的图像自适应多尺度wedgelet分析方法,用以抽取并表示图像中的边缘轮廓,然后基于四叉树结构编码图像最优多尺度wedgelet表示的参数,从而编码抽取出的图像轮廓.实验结果表明,本算法能以较大压缩比编码图像的边缘轮廓,并且压缩比可调.  相似文献

本文首先阐述了基于统计特征的图像插值方法,该方法通过提取待插入像素所在区域的协方差矩阵和协方差向量,得出适应于边缘位置和方向的插值权重.为了把基于统计特征的图像插值方法应用于彩色图像插值领域,本文提出了以下措施以提高计算速度:仅对Y图像估计插值权重,并同时应用到R、G、B三个分量的插值;对边缘像素应用基于统计特征的图像插值方法,而对非边缘像素应用简单的双线性插值,即混合图像插值方法.这些措施提高了计算速度,并保证了图像质量.实验表明了该算法在计算速度和插值图像质量方面的有效性.  相似文献

该文提出一种基于结构成分双向扩散的插值方法,有效地减小了插值图像的边缘扩散,从而获得更为清晰的边缘。该方法采用改进的耦合双向扩散滤波器对轮廓模板插值图像进行边缘增强。其中,为了使滤波器更精确地作用于边缘轮廓,利用形态成分分析(MCA)分离出初始插值图像中的结构分量再实行滤波;同时,改进双向扩散模型,使其能够根据边缘梯度自适应地调整边缘扩散程度,且更加柔和地控制梯度方向的像素值变化。实验结果表明,对比传统的插值方法、相关的边缘自适应插值方法以及几种应用普遍的商用软件,该方法获得的插值图像主、客观质量均有明显提升,不仅有效提高图像锐度,且边缘光滑、过渡自然,避免产生边缘锯齿和过度的人工效应。  相似文献

This paper proposes an edge-directed interpolation algorithm for natural images. The basic idea is to first estimate local covariance coefficients from a low-resolution image and then use these covariance estimates to adapt the interpolation at a higher resolution based on the geometric duality between the low-resolution covariance and the high-resolution covariance. The edge-directed property of covariance-based adaptation attributes to its capability of tuning the interpolation coefficients to match an arbitrarily oriented step edge. A hybrid approach of switching between bilinear interpolation and covariance-based adaptive interpolation is proposed to reduce the overall computational complexity. Two important applications of the new interpolation algorithm are studied: resolution enhancement of grayscale images and reconstruction of color images from CCD samples. Simulation results demonstrate that our new interpolation algorithm substantially improves the subjective quality of the interpolated images over conventional linear interpolation.  相似文献

针对传统的分割方法难以实现医学图像自动分割和准确分割的问题,提出了一种基于GVF Snake模型的医学图像分割方法。该方法采用Canny算子的边缘检测结果作为GVF扩散方程计算的边缘映射图,提高了GVF Snake模型的抗噪性能;用分水岭算法自动获取的轮廓作为GVF Snake模型分割的初始轮廓,降低了GVF力场计算的复杂性和分割时轮廓线的迭代次数。分析和实验结果表明,采用该方法对脑部肿瘤MR图像进行分割时,能自动准确地分割出肿瘤区域。  相似文献

The recent video coding standard H.264/AVC show extremely higher coding efficiency compare to any other previous standards. H.264/AVC can achieve over 50% of bit rate saving with same quality using the rate–distortion process, but it brings high computational complexity. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that can reduce the complexity of the codec by reducing the block mode decision process adaptively. Block mode decision process in H.264/AVC consists of inter mode decision process and intra mode decision process. We deal with reduction method for inter and intra mode decision. In this paper an efficient method is proposed to reduce the inter mode decision complexity using the direct prediction methods based on block correlation and adaptive rate distortion cost threshold for early stopping. The fast intra mode reduction algorithm based on inter mode information is also proposed to reduce the computational complexity. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve up to 63.34–77.39% speed up ratio with a little PSNR loss. Increment in bit requirement is also not much noticeable.  相似文献

针对图像放大时分辨率会降低,图像的感知质量变差等问题,并考虑到计算的复杂度,提出了一种差分投影快速定向图像插值算法。该方法通过对低分辨率图像的梯度扩散确定高分辨图像的丢失像素,由特殊的去噪方法对该算法进行优化,并与最近邻插值法与双线性插值算法等相比较。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的分辨率和较低的计算复杂度,优于其他方法。  相似文献

Adaptive threshold modulation for error diffusion halftoning   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
Grayscale digital image halftoning quantizes each pixel to one bit. In error diffusion halftoning, the quantization error at each pixel is filtered and fed back to the input in order to diffuse the quantization error among the neighboring grayscale pixels. Error diffusion introduces nonlinear distortion (directional artifacts), linear distortion (sharpening), and additive noise. Threshold modulation, which alters the quantizer input, has been previously used to reduce either directional artifacts or linear distortion. This paper presents an adaptive threshold modulation framework to improve halftone quality by optimizing error diffusion parameters in the least squares sense. The framework models the quantizer implicitly, so a wide variety of quantizers may be used. Based on the framework, we derive adaptive algorithms to optimize 1) edge enhancement halftoning and 2) green noise halftoning. In edge enhancement halftoning, we minimize linear distortion by controlling the sharpening control parameter. We may also break up directional artifacts by replacing the thresholding quantizer with a deterministic bit flipping (DBF) quantizer. For green noise halftoning, we optimize the hysteresis coefficients.  相似文献

In this letter, an adaptive interpolation algorithm based on edge detection is proposed. With this algorithm, all the missing green values can be reconstructed in Bayer pattern image by using edge detection interpolation method. Reconstructed images composed of green pixels are classified according to the high frequency components in image, and the threshold T needed for all kinds of green images in the edge detection is determined through experiments. The edge detection is carried out based on the one Dimensional (1D) gradient operator. If the gradient value is greater than T, this pixel is located on the edge; otherwise the pixel is in the smooth area of the image. Finally, the simple bilinear interpolation is used for the smooth area while the Laplacian interpolation with the second-order correction term is adopted to reconstruct the other red/blue values on the edge. This algorithm resolves effectively the conflicts between reconstructing high quality color image and reducing computational complexity, and thus largely enhances the processing speed for the reconstructed color image.  相似文献
