This paper presents a novel decentralized filtering adaptive constrained tracking control framework for uncertain interconnected nonlinear systems. Each subsystem has its own decentralized controller based on the established decentralized state predictor. For each subsystem, a piecewise constant adaptive law will generate total uncertainty estimates by solving the error dynamics between the host system and decentralized state predictor with the neglection of unknowns, whereas a decentralized filtering control law is designed to compensate both local and mismatched uncertainties from other subsystems, as well as achieve the local objective tracking of the host system. The achievement of global objective depends on the achievement of local objective for each subsystem. In the control scheme, the nonlinear uncertainties are compensated for within the bandwidth of low‐pass filters, while the trade‐off between tracking and constraints violation avoidance is formulated as a numerical constrained optimization problem which is solved periodically. Priority is given to constraints violation avoidance at the cost of deteriorated tracking performance. The uniform performance bounds are derived for the system states and control inputs as compared to the corresponding signals of a bounded closed‐loop reference system, which assumes partial cancelation of uncertainties within the bandwidth of the control signal. Compared with model predictive control (MPC) and unconstrained controller, the proposed control architecture is capable of solving the tracking control problems for interconnected nonlinear systems subject to constraints and uncertainties.  相似文献

In this paper, the adaptive control problem for a class of switched nontriangular nonlinear systems is investigated, which allows the control gains to vanish at some points. Neither the triangular structure nor the solvability of the adaptive control problem is required for each subsystem. A key point of this work is to solve the adaptive control problem of switched nontriangular nonlinear systems with vanishing control gains by the dual design of the controllers and switching signals. To this end, firstly, a hysteresis‐type control gains‐dependent switching law is designed, which makes the control gain of the active subsystem not vanish and thus the associated designed control input can enter into the active subsystem. Moreover, the designed switching law guarantees a dwell time between any adjacent switching instants, which rules out the Zeno behavior. Secondly, when the adaptive control problem of each subsystem is unsolvable, a sufficient condition ensuring the solvability of the adaptive control problem of switched nontriangular nonlinear systems is developed even if no control input can enter into subsystems at some points. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed result is illustrated by two examples.  相似文献

In general, due to the interactions among subsystems, it is difficult to design an H decentralized controller for nonlinear interconnected systems. The model reference tracking control problem of nonlinear interconnected systems is studied via H decentralized fuzzy control method. First, the nonlinear interconnected system is represented by an equivalent Takagi-Sugeno type fuzzy model. A state feedback decentralized fuzzy control scheme is developed to override the external disturbances such that the H∞ model reference tracking performance is achieved. Furthermore, the stability of the nonlinear interconnected systems is also guaranteed. If states are not all available, a decentralized fuzzy observer is proposed to estimate the states of each subsystem for decentralized control. Consequently, a fuzzy observer-based state feedback decentralized fuzzy controller is proposed to solve the H tracking control design problem for nonlinear interconnected systems. The problem of H decentralized fuzzy tracking control design for nonlinear interconnected systems is characterized in terms of solving an eigenvalue problem (EVP). The EVP can be solved very efficiently using convex optimization techniques. Finally, simulation examples are given to illustrate the tracking performance of the proposed methods  相似文献

An approximation based adaptive neural decentralized output tracking control scheme for a class of large-scale unknown nonlinear systems with strict-feedback interconnected subsystems with unknown nonlinear interconnections is developed in this paper. Within this scheme, radial basis function RBF neural networks are used to approximate the unknown nonlinear functions of the subsystems. An adaptive neural controller is designed based on the recursive backstepping procedure and the minimal learning parameter technique. The proposed decentralized control scheme has the following features. First, the controller singularity problem in some of the existing adaptive control schemes with feedback linearization is avoided. Second, the numbers of adaptive parameters required for each subsystem are not more than the order of this subsystem. Lyapunov stability method is used to prove that the proposed adaptive neural control scheme guarantees that all signals in the closed-loop system are uniformly ultimately bounded, while tracking errors converge to a small neighborhood of the origin. The simulation example of a two-spring interconnected inverted pendulum is presented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive decentralized tracking control scheme is designed for large‐scale nonlinear systems with input quantization, actuator faults, and external disturbance. The nonlinearities, time‐varying actuator faults, and disturbance are assumed to exist unknown upper and lower bounds. Then, an adaptive decentralized fault‐tolerant tracking control method is designed without using backstepping technique and neural networks. In the proposed control scheme, adaptive mechanisms are used to compensate the effects of unknown nonlinearities, input quantization, actuator faults, and disturbance. The designed adaptive control strategy can guarantee that all the signals of each subsystem are bounded and the tracking errors of all subsystems converge asymptotically to zero. Finally, simulation results are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the designed approach.  相似文献

This paper studies the decentralized event‐triggered control of large‐scale nonlinear systems. We consider a class of decentralized control systems that are transformable into an interconnection of input‐to‐state stable subsystems with the sampling errors as the inputs. The sampling events for each subsystem are triggered by a threshold signal, and the threshold signals for the subsystems are independent with each other for the decentralized implementation. By appropriately designing the event‐triggering mechanisms, it is shown that infinitely fast sampling can be avoided for each subsystem and asymptotic regulation is achievable for the large‐scale system. The proposed design is based on the ISS small‐gain arguments, and is validated by a benchmark example of controlling two coupled inverted pendulums.  相似文献

Multilinear model approach turns out to be an ideal candidate for dealing with nonlinear systems control problem. However, how to identify the optimal active state subspace of each linear subsystem is an open problem due to that the closed-loop performance of nonlinear systems interacts with these subspaces ranges. In this paper, a new systematic method of integrated state space partition and optimal control of multi-model for nonlinear systems based on hybrid systems is initially proposed, which can deal with the state space partition and associated optimal control simultaneously and guarantee an overall performance of nonlinear systems consequently. The proposed method is based on the framework of hybrid systems which synthesizes the multilinear model, produced by nonlinear systems, in a unified criterion and poses a two-level structure. At the upper level, the active state subspace of each linear subsystem is determined under the optimal control index of a hybrid system over infinite horizon, which is executed off-line. At the low level, the optimal control is implemented online via solving the optimal control of hybrid system over finite horizon. The finite horizon optimal control problem is numerically computed by simultaneous method for speeding up computation. Meanwhile, the model mismatch produced by simultaneous method is avoided by using the strategy of receding-horizon. Simulations on CSTR (Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor) confirm that a superior performance can be obtained by using the presented method.  相似文献

Decentralized risk-sensitive controller design for strict-feedback systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
This paper studies decentralized control of uncertain systems. The class of systems focused on is a set of stochastic strict-feedback systems which interact through their outputs, and performance is measured with respect to a risk sensitive cost criterion. The unknown nonlinear interconnection terms are assumed to be bounded by some known functions of the outputs of the subsystems, multiplied by some unknown parameters. The controllers designed for each subsystem have access only to the information available with regard to the respective subsystem, and they achieve an arbitrarily small value for the risk-sensitive cost for the overall system. Under this completely decentralized control scheme, all closed-loop signals remain bounded in probability.  相似文献

In this paper, a low‐complexity robust estimation‐free decentralized prescribed performance control scheme is proposed and analyzed for nonaffine nonlinear large‐scale systems in the presence of unknown nonlinearity and external disturbance. To tackle the high‐order dynamics of each tracking error subsystem, a time‐varying stable manifold involving the output tracking error and its high‐order derivatives is constructed, which is strictly evolved within the envelope of user‐specialized prescribed performance. Sequentially, a robust decentralized controller is devised for each manifold, under which the output tracking error and its high‐order derivatives are proven to converge asymptotically to a small residual domain with prescribed fast convergence rate. Additionally, no specialized approximation technique, adaptive scheme, and disturbance observer are needed, which alleviates the complexity and difficulty of robust decentralized controller design dramatically. Finally, 3 groups of illustrative examples are used to validate the effectiveness of the proposed low‐complexity robust decentralized control scheme for uncertain nonaffine nonlinear large‐scale systems.  相似文献

In this paper, the decentralized adaptive neural network (NN) output‐feedback stabilization problem is investigated for a class of large‐scale stochastic nonlinear strict‐feedback systems, which interact through their outputs. The nonlinear interconnections are assumed to be bounded by some unknown nonlinear functions of the system outputs. In each subsystem, only a NN is employed to compensate for all unknown upper bounding functions, which depend on its own output. Therefore, the controller design for each subsystem only need its own information and is more simplified than the existing results. It is shown that, based on the backstepping method and the technique of nonlinear observer design, the whole closed‐loop system can be proved to be stable in probability by constructing an overall state‐quartic and parameter‐quadratic Lyapunov function. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme. Copyright © 2010 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

For a class of large-scale decentralized nonlinear systems with strong interconnections, a radial basis function neural network (RBFN) adaptive control scheme is proposed. The system is composed of a class of non-affine nonlinear subsystems, which are implicit function and smooth with respect to control input. Based on implicit function theorem, inverse function theorem and the design idea of pseudo-control, a novel control algorithm is proposed. Two neural networks are used to approximate unknown nonlinearities in the subsystem and unknown interconnection function, respectively. The stability is proved rigidly. The result of simulation validates the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

This paper presents an approximation design for a decentralized adaptive output‐feedback control of large‐scale pure‐feedback nonlinear systems with unknown time‐varying delayed interconnections. The interaction terms are bounded by unknown nonlinear bounding functions including unmeasurable state variables of subsystems. These bounding functions together with the algebraic loop problem of virtual and actual control inputs in the pure‐feedback form make the output‐feedback controller design difficult and challenging. To overcome the design difficulties, the observer‐based dynamic surface memoryless local controller for each subsystem is designed using appropriate Lyapunov‐Krasovskii functionals, the function approximation technique based on neural networks, and the additional first‐order low‐pass filter for the actual control input. It is shown that all signals in the total controlled closed‐loop system are semiglobally uniformly bounded and control errors converge to an adjustable neighborhood of the origin. Finally, simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed decentralized control scheme. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

A Neural Net Predictive Control for Telerobots with Time Delay   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
This paper extends the Smith Predictor feedback control structure to unknown robotic systems in a rigorous fashion. A new recurrent neural net predictive control (RNNPC) strategy is proposed to deal with input and feedback time delays in telerobotic systems. The proposed control structure consists of a local linearized subsystem and a remote predictive controller. In the local linearized subsystem, a recurrent neural network (RNN) with on-line weight tuning algorithm is employed to approximate the dynamics of the time-delay-free nonlinear plant. The remote controller is a modified Smith predictor for the local linearized subsystem which provides prediction and maintains the desirable tracking performance. Stability analysis is given in the sense of Lyapunov. The result is an adaptive compensation scheme for unknown telerobotic systems with time delays, uncertainties, and external disturbances. A simulation of a two-link robotic manipulator is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.  相似文献

A decentralized adaptive methodology is presented for large-scale nonlinear systems with model uncertainties and time-delayed interconnections unmatched in control inputs. The interaction terms with unknown time-varying delays are bounded by unknown nonlinear bounding functions related to all states and are compensated by choosing appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals and using the function approximation technique based on neural networks. The proposed memoryless local controller for each subsystem can simply be designed by extending the dynamic surface design technique to nonlinear systems with time-varying delayed interconnections. In addition, we prove that all the signals in the closed-loop system are semiglobally uniformly bounded, and the control errors converge to an adjustable neighborhood of the origin. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control system.   相似文献

In this paper, a decentralized variable structure controller for a class of large-scale systems with mismatched uncertainties is proposed. In every subsystem, two sets of switching surfaces is introduced. New invariance conditions are derived such that the system in the new sliding mode is completely invariant to both matched and mismatched uncertainties. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme, a decentralized variable structure controller is synthesized to perform the new sliding mode. Moreover, the stability analysis of the overall system is also provided.  相似文献
