针对某导弹发射车转塔进行动力学分析时未考虑减速器内部传动间隙的问题,以该减速器为研究对象,分析了轴承径向间隙与齿侧间隙的耦合关系,并建立了减速器动力学模型,利用ADAMS建立了含间隙的减速器虚拟样机模型并进行了动力学仿真.分别通过调整齿轮和轴的外形尺寸、负载的转动惯量以及太阳轮输入转速,对比分析了间隙、负载、转速3种因素对减速器系统动力学特性的影响.结果 表明间隙大小对减速器运转稳定性及齿轮冲击影响明显,应严格控制在0.2mm以内:随着负载的增加,减速器运转稳定性下降且齿轮冲击增大,但平顺性有所改善:转速变化对运转稳定性无明显影响,可调整范围较大.研究结果已应用于工程实际.  相似文献

以微型行星少齿数齿轮减速器为研究对象,设计了结构传动方案与正确啮合的齿轮参数,计算出理论传动比与输出转速,并利用三维软件Creo建立整个减速器实体模型,基于ADAMS建立了减速器的虚拟样机模型,进行了动力学仿真,仿真得到减速器输出轴转速和传动比,啮合接触作用力时域和频域的参数曲线以及减速器的转动频率,仿真结果与理论值吻合,为微型行星齿轮减速器动态特性研究提供了重要参考。  相似文献

提出一种同轴对转输出圆锥齿轮减速器。论述了该减速器的传动原理并推导其传动比公式,分析了该减速器的结构组成,通过建立虚拟样机模型并利用动力学仿真软件分析该减速器的运动特性,将仿真得到的传动比与理论值进行对比,验证了该减速器模型的正确性与合理性。该减速器在传动过程中可实现单轴输入同轴对转输出运动,特别适用于旋翼飞行器、潜水器等共桨传动技术中。  相似文献

以输出机构为孔销式的少齿差行星减速器为研究对象,设计其行星齿轮与内齿轮正确啮合的齿廓参数,同时对啮合力进行了理论推导,并利用三维软件solidworks建立整个减速器实体模型。以ADAMS软件为平台建立虚拟样机模型,进行运动学与动力学仿真。仿真结果得到减速器输出轴转速和传动比,啮合力、接触作用力的时域和频域的参数曲线以及减速器的转动频率。仿真结果与理论值吻合度很高,为减速器动态特性优化提供了理论指导。  相似文献

为了研究六轴焊接机器人的静态特征与其结构设计的优化,应用SoildWorks软件简化模型,运用ADAMS对六轴焊接机器人进行运动仿真,得到了电机与减速器的转矩、转速等数据。本文将仿真数据与试验数据相比较,校核电机与减速器。通过数据分析表明,第6轴电机和减速器有较大的工作裕度,可以根据需求重新选型。之后基于ANSYS Workbench软件对机器人主要零件做有限元分析,最终给出优化方案,为机器人结构设计提供重要的参考依据。  相似文献

使用CATIA三维建模软件创建二级斜齿轮减速器的三维模型,通过SimDesigner转换该模型,实现与ADAMS机械动力学仿真软件的无缝连接,在ADAMS中建立虚拟样机模型并对其进行动力学仿真,得出各齿轮轴的转速以及齿轮闻的啮合力并进行分析,获得比较可靠的结果.  相似文献

建立了一种综合考虑时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、啮合误差、齿侧间隙和输入转速等多参数的少齿差行星减速器弯扭耦合非线性动力学模型。分析计算了该减速器的啮合误差激励,根据啮合特性推导出时变啮合刚度,并建立系统多参数、多处非线性和多自由度的动力学微分方程。利用Matlab求解各参数对系统非线性振动特性的影响,最后进行实验进行分析验证不同转速、负载对系统振动特性的影响。结果表明:时变啮合刚度、啮合阻尼、齿轮误差、齿侧间隙及转速对减速器振动影响较大,振动实验结果与仿真分析趋势基本一致,验证仿真分析的正确性。  相似文献

针对RV减速器的传动结构特点,应用Pro/E参数化建模技术,建立了RV减速器的三维实体模型,并以RV-40E为例,采用ADAMS软件对一级传动和二级传动进行运动学与动力学耦合仿真,分析了一级传动和二级传动的动力学特性对RV减速器传动特性的影响,并对其进行整机动力学分析。结果表明:一二两级传动对曲柄轴转速波动均有影响;二级传动导致输出轴转速波动的幅度远大于一级传动;针齿与摆线轮之间的啮合力因曲柄轴自转(摆线轮公转)而呈周期性波动,啮合力幅值随摆线轮修形量的增加而增大;曲拐轴承转动副受力巨大,易导致轴承损坏。研究结果对RV减速器的产品化设计具有重要的参考价值。  相似文献

章动齿轮传动是一种具有广泛应用前景的新型行星传动。为提升章动减速器的使役性能,需明确其动力学特性。以双侧双级弧齿锥齿轮传动章动减速器为研究对象,基于SolidWorks平台完成了该型减速器的三维建模与虚拟装配。借助ADAMS建立了双侧双级弧齿锥齿轮传动章动减速器的多体动力学模型,并据此对减速器进行了动力学特性仿真。仿真结果表明,各齿轮的转速及啮合力与理论计算值一致,表明所建模型能正确性预估减速器的动态特性,从而为章动减速器的动力学特性分析及参数优化设计提供了模型基础。  相似文献

An appropriate assessment of the dynamic behavior of marine propulsion shaft in ships is essential to enable optional delivery of power to the propeller and to minimize unnecessary vibration. Various vibrations coupling with each other can significantly influence the dynamical behavior of the shaft and threaten the reliability of ships. This paper presents a finite element analysis model with multiple constraint conditions to analyze the coupled transverse and longitudinal vibrations of a marine propulsion shaft. Based on this model, in addition to the coupled natural frequencies of each direction, the maximum acceleration are also determined. Furthermore, the simulation of an idling and loading vibration analysis is discussed and validated against experimental results, over a range of rotational speeds. The output of numerical simulation is found to agree with the corresponding results from experimental tests. Finally, an accurate and applicative FEA model for coupled transverse-longitudinal vibration of shaft has been obtained.  相似文献

利用摄动传递矩阵法,结合实验室的试验测试,对某电站锅炉给水泵转子的动力学参数进行识别。给出给水泵上的热装叶轮、轴套对转子刚度产生加强作用的具体数据,得到修正的给水泵转子系统动力学计算模型。把由修正模型计算得到的转子系统固有频率与实测的转子系统固有频率进行对比分析,取得了良好的效果。  相似文献

垂直螺旋输送机空转时,随着螺旋轴旋转速度的逐渐提高,管中空气将先后出现Taylor-Couette-Poiseuille流动(TCP)和湍流等现象,TCP流中的流态为稳定螺旋涡时,有利于提高散体的输送效率。描述了螺旋输送机空转状态下不可压缩定常流的动力学方程组,分析出螺旋转速、螺旋轴直径、螺距等参数与雷诺数Re之间的关系,并利用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,得到不同的螺旋轴转速下垂直螺旋输送机内的流速矢量图和流线图,推荐出适宜螺旋输送机中TCP流稳定螺旋涡出现的临界雷诺数Re。  相似文献

An eigenvalue design sensitivity formulation of a general nonsymmetric-matrix rotor-bearing system is devised, using the DDM (direct differential method). Then, investigations on the design sensitivities of critical speeds are carried out for an APU turbogenerator with a spline shaft connection. Results show that the dependence of the rate of change of the critical speed on the stiffness changes of bearing models of spline shaft connection points is negligible, and thereby their modeling uncertainty does not present any problem. And the passing critical speeds up to the 4th critical speed are not sensitive to the design stiffness coefficients of four main bearings. Further, the dependence of the rate of change of the critical speed on the shaft-element length changes shows quantitatively that the spline shaft has some limited influence on the 4th critical speed but no influence on the 1st to 3rd critical speeds. With no adverse effect from the spline shaft, the APU system achieves a critical speed separation margin of more than 40% at a rated speed of 60,000 rpm.  相似文献

针对多轴串联机械通过临界转速时振动过大的问题,对调谐质量阻尼器在双跨轴系振动控制中的应用进行了研究。并基于转子结构,设计了具有对称结构的笼式半主动调谐质量阻尼器用于控制轴系振动;搭建了双跨转子实验台,在不改变转子轴系原有支撑形式上,在两根轴上分别安装了调谐质量阻尼器,对调谐质量阻尼器对轴系各跨转子振动的影响规律进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,不可控调谐质量阻尼器可以有效抑制安装所在轴临界转速附近的振动,对相邻轴影响较小,但会引起新共振峰。根据此实验结果通过开关控制策略实现调谐质量阻尼器半主动控制,说明半主动调谐质量阻尼器可以在不停机的情况下,抑制转子轴系通过各阶临界转速时的振动,避免失谐。  相似文献

A rotary lip seal usually operates with full-film lubrication. However at low speeds, such as those encountered during startup and shutdown, mixed lubrication occurs and asperities on the lip contact the shaft. To simulate this condition, a mixed soft EHL model has been constructed. The fluid mechanics of the lubricating film is described by a Reynolds equation that can handle interasperity cavitation. The bulk deformation of the lip is computed using influence coefficients, while the junctions between the asperities and the shaft are modeled as Hertzian contacts. Since the shaft is rough, the flow is unsteady and an unsteady analysis is required. The model shows how the shaft roughness affects such seal characteristics as load support, contact load ratio, contact area ratio, cavitation area ratio, reverse pumping rate and average film thickness.  相似文献

基于Hertz接触理论,以精密钢球传动减速机构为研究对象,建立了减速机构啮合副齿面接触分析模型。分析了钢球与摆线槽齿面间的瞬时接触域,在此基础之上,分析输入轴转速、负载对减速机构热特性的影响,得到钢球与齿面间接触域的瞬时生热率和瞬时摩擦温升。分析结果表明:钢球与摆线槽齿面的瞬时接触域是时变接触椭圆;输入轴转速和负载对瞬时生热率和瞬时摩擦温升都有明显影响,但转速的影响更大;瞬时摩擦温升在常规转速下随转速单调递增,在超低转速下随转速先递减再递增。研究结果为精密钢球传动的三维热力耦合分析奠定了理论基础。  相似文献

A previously developed deterministic elastohydrodynamic (EHD) numerical model for small fluid film bearings functioning in the mixed lubrication regime is extended in this work by considering the rough contact. Several simplifying hypotheses are made: the shaft is considered rigid and smooth, turning at low speeds (isothermal regime), and the pad is assumed to have an elastic-perfectly-plastic behavior. The Reynolds equation is solved on a very fine mesh and the elasto-plastic pad deformation caused by the hydrodynamic pressure is taken into account. A deterministic active set-based method is used for determining the contact pressure, the contact extent, and the corresponding deformation. The results are presented for a partial journal bearing configuration, with a linear shaft velocity of 0.47 m/s under specific pressures varying up to 50 MPa. Two pad materials are considered, and the lubricant is either isoviscous or piezoviscous oil. The simulation results, presented as a function of the bearing specific pressure, include eccentricity, the film thickness, the friction torques, the contact extent, etc. Stribeck curves showing the evolution of the friction coefficient in the hydrodynamic and mixed lubrication regimes are also discussed.  相似文献
