通过对柔性装配系统的领域分析,运用并行设计的思想建立了面向对象的FAS统一概念设计模型,并进一步将其转化为FAS并行设计系统的约束网络模型。最后提出结合面向对象概念和数据库技术来完成FAS模型库的计算机实现,从而使整个FAS模型的构成具有高度的柔性、适应性与可扩展性,为设计一个高性能的FAS打下基础。 相似文献

装配仿真能实时检测和改进产品的可装配性。提出一种可以实现零件在装配路径上进行连续运动的装配仿真方法。在装配体的基准零件中利用草绘工具规划出装配路径,在将要装配到基准零件上的零件中定义装配基准点。利用Mechanism模块的槽从动机构将装配路径定义为槽曲线,将装配基准点定义为从动机构点。根据槽曲线的空间形态定义伺服电动机即可驱动零件实现装配过程仿真。利用“回放”命令还可以重新演示装配过程以及进行实时干涉检测。 相似文献

在Petri网柔性装配系统装配顺序规划中引入装配质量要素,并以装配零件的装配自由度,装配作业后稳定性,装配零件配合精度对装配质量的影响作为基本因子,提出装配质量置信度概念,解决柔性装配系统装配规划中装配质量及其定量化问题。根据装配形成的产品在Petri网装配状态图中表示为一个最终库所的特点,应用改进B树模型,提出仅以变迁信息的产品装配顺序规划Petri网逆向推理算法,简化装配顺序规划推理过程,对于多个变迁均可生成最终成品的情况,亦给出装配顺序规划的解决方案,并以摩托车发动机的装配为例,证明该算法是可行的。 相似文献

Collaborative virtual assembly design is often considered complicated and hardly achievable, for it requires high real-time
performance, platform independence, and model synchronization. In order to satisfy all these requirements, a VRML-based virtual
assembly solution is proposed. This paper first presents a synchronous moving-searching algorithm for retrieving information
from the basic assembly model (BAM) and target assembly model (TAM) in order to give Internet-based collaborative assembly
capabilities to these VRML files. Then, a set of assembly approaches for VRML models are systematically addressed to implement
the assembly according to constraints of link relations. The advantages of the algorithm and assembly approaches are their
high computational efficiency and ease of implementation, which enriches works of Anton and Gorazd (2003) and Qin et al. (2004) with respect to accessibility and maneuverability of VRML model-based assembly design. Moreover, the realization method
of collaborative assembly over the Internet is introduced. Finally, some actual examples of collaborative virtual assemblies

This paper presents a new type of feature, associative assembly design feature. Its concept, implementation, and application
are introduced. This new feature allows the following associations: (1) between parts that have not been defined geometrically;
(2) between geometric entities defining interfaces between parts; and (3) between part geometry and intermediate geometry
used to define a part. The associations can be geometric or non-geometric. Our extension to traditional assembly feature properties
allows product architectures to be defined using features. These architectures, in turn, can be used to constrain the modular

In sheet metal assembly, not only the component variations and tool errors, but also the component structure (joint type)
and assembly process (assembly sequence) affect the final dimensional quality. In this paper, a systematic method for adaptive
joint design considering different assembly sequence is proposed to meet the in-process dimensional adjustability of KCs (key
characteristics). First, the adaptive characteristic of the sheet metal joint is depicted. Then, the mathematical model in
order for concurrently optimizing both joint type and different assembly sequence is presented. How to evaluate the combination
of joint type and assembly sequence is carried out according to two conditions: (1) for single KC, and (2) for multiple KCs.
The KC confliction is considered to ensure the important KCs. Genetic algorithm is used to resolve the optimization of joint
design. An example is chosen to demonstrate our method finally, and various joint designs are acquired according to different
assembly sequences by this means. The proposed methods make it possible for us to improve the dimensional quality of product

This paper reviews the relevant literature of the development of methodologies and systems for integrated intelligent design of assembled products and processes. Based on a combination of the concurrent engineering approach and artificial intelligence techniques, an assembly oriented intelligent scheme for the integration of design and planning is proposed, in which the following components or activities are considered and carried out concurrently and intelligently: assembly modelling and design (conceptual design; preliminary design; detailed design), assembly process planning, assembly system layout and design, assembly simulation, econo-technical (e.g. assembl-ability, assembly time and cost) and ergonomic analysis and evaluation. The literature is reviewed and discussed in relation to the methodologies and systems of implementing the above components or activities and an integrated environment to support them. In addition, some research of our group on this topic is introduced. 相似文献
