汽车大型塑件生产中,塑件的脱模设计是模具设计成败的关键因素,浇口的自动切除是影响塑件生产效率的另一关键因素。在分析成型对象塑件结构形状及成型方案的基础上,提出了一种斜导柱增强复合斜顶机构及浇口模内自动热切除机构设计。所设计的模具为一模两腔两板式家族模具结构,模具采用2个斜导柱增强复合斜顶机构、2个斜导柱滑块机构、14个滑动座圆杆斜顶机构、36根顶针和4个推管实施脱模;采用2个模内热切机构来对冷浇口进行模内自动热切除。生产实践证明,该模具设计巧妙,结构新颖,成型的塑件获得了良好的注塑效果,大幅提升了模具生产效率,极具设计参考价值。 相似文献

This work was performed to relate the morphological features and all important properties of the natural rubber (NR) and bromobutyl rubber (BIIR) blends containing hybrid fillers. The BIIR content was varied from 0 to 100 wt%. It is found that tensile and tear strength, hardness as well as resilience of blends tend to decrease with increasing BIIR loading. Regarding the blend morphology, phase inversion is observed when BIIR loading is >50 wt % where BIIR becomes a continuous phase. This result coincides with the marked improvement of thermal stability of the blends determined using thermogravimetric analysis and heat ageing method. Interestingly, that, the gas permeability of blends markedly reduces with an increase in BIIR loading up to 40 wt % when the relatively large elongated particles of BIIR dispersed phase is formed. The results indicate that the relatively large connected structure of the dispersed BIIR can act effectively as a gas barrier. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2009 相似文献

Toughening modification of poly(l -lactide) (PLLA) with rubber particles is often realized at the cost of transparency, mechanical strength, and modulus because high rubber loadings are generally required for toughening. In this work, a promising strategy to simultaneously improve the transparency and stiffness–toughness performance of poly(butyl acrylate)-poly(methyl methacrylate) (BAMMA) core-shell rubber nanoparticles toughened PLLA blends by utilizing the stereocomplex (SC) crystallization between PLLA and poly(d -lactide) (PDLA) is devised. The results reveal that the construction of SC crystallites in PLLA matrix via melt-mixing PLLA/BAMMA blends with PDLA can prevent BAMMA nanoparticles from aggregation and promote them to form network-like structure at lower contents. As a result, not only higher toughening efficiency with less rubber contents but also superior transparency is achieved in the PLLA/PDLA/BAMMA blends as compared with the PLLA/BAMMA ones where large aggregated BAMMA clusters are formed. Moreover, the outstanding reinforcement of SC crystallites network for PLLA can impart an enhanced tensile strength and modulus to PLLA/PDLA/BAMMA blends, thus improving the stiffness–toughness performance of PLLA/PDLA/BAMMA blends to a higher degree. This work demonstrates that SC crystallization is a promising solution to solve the contradiction between transparency and mechanical properties and then obtain superior comprehensive performances in rubber toughened PLLA blends. 相似文献

A novel improved butyl rubber (PMIIR) was prepared in a solvent free process, using sodium hydride (NaH) as activating agent and maleic anhydride (MAH) as modifier by processing modification technology in a conventional polymer processing equipment of an internal mixer. The structure of products was characterized by 1H NMR and FT-IR. In this process, polar sodium carboxylate functional group and unsaturated carbon–carbon double bonds were successfully introduced onto the chains of IIR on one step. The reaction mechanism was investigated in detail. It was found that the functionalization experienced two modified mechanisms: addition and substitution modified mechanisms. The reaction efficiency and content of MAH were evaluated. Polymer isolation and purification operations were reduced out due to the result of solvent free. Curing and mechanical properties of products were investigated. It was found that PMIIR has greatly increased curing rate due to the incorporation of polar group and carbon–carbon double bond. 相似文献
