建立一种新的未硫化橡胶力学行为的描述方法。为了充分研究未硫化橡胶在不同变形模式下复杂的应力-应变行为,设计了3种不同的力学特性实验:单轴拉伸、压缩与剪切试验。发现未硫化橡胶的应力-应变关系表现出很强的非线性和率相关性。提出结合Yeoh应变能函数的广义Maxwell粘超弹性模型,拟合分析表明试验结果与模拟结果一致性较好。发现与硫化橡胶一样,必须采用多工况下的实验数据才能得到变形协调的粘弹性本构模型。实验结果和建立的本构模型有助于工程师更好的理解未硫化橡胶的力学行为,为橡胶的制造过程仿真提供理论基础。 相似文献

从分数导数的定义出发,提出了在经典粘弹性模型理论中采用Abel粘壶取代传统牛顿粘壶的新观点.将有机硅高分子材料在MTS831.10材料试验机上进行动态力学行为试验,对试验结果分别用经典粘弹性模型和分数导数模型进行拟合.结果表明,分数导数Kelvin模型可以同时精确地拟合高分子材料的存储模量和损耗模量随频率变化的曲线,而且其形式简单、统一,在计算过程中需要调整的参数很少. 相似文献

本文提出了一个全新的粘弹性理论体系,它把传统的线粘弹性理论作为特殊情况包括在内。其主要结果是两个用于求解一类物理非线性粘弹性问题的弹性回复对应原理。利用它,只要知道相应的非线性弹性问题的解,就可以求出非线性粘弹性问题的解答。对应原理不是基于本构关系的相似性,而是基于从粘弹性现时响应到瞬时弹性响应的可回复性[1]。首先找到非线性粘弹性与非线性弹性本构关系之间的对应,然后导出了两个弹性回复对应原理。通过对改性聚丙烯材料的实验验证了该对应原理的正确性和对此类材料的实用性。 相似文献

蜂窝材料是探测器缓冲装置中使用最多的缓冲介质之一,研究其力学特性对探测器缓冲器及上升器月面起飞稳定性设计具有重要意义。首先分析了蜂窝材料面内面外等效力学特性,在考虑蜂窝结构率相关特性的基础上,建立了蜂窝结构横观各向同性率相关本构模型;其次,基于有限元法编写了横观各向同性率相关本构模型用户子程序,并验证了其可靠性;最后,以四腿悬架式探测器为研究对象,研究了不同率敏感系数对探测器着陆过程的影响。结果表明:随着率相关系数的增加,缓冲器吸收的能量先增大再减小,当率相关系数为0.6时最大;探测器的最大冲击加速度一直增大,且当率相关系数较大时,最大冲击加速度增长速度较率相关系数较小时要大。 相似文献

The motion equations governing the dynamical behavior of a viscoelasticTimoshenko beam with finite deformation are derived and simplified byGalerkin method. The viscoelastic material is assumed to obey thethree-dimensional fractional derivative constitutive relation. Thedynamical behaviors of the simplified systems with order 1 and order 2are numerically computed and compared by using the computational methodpresented by the authors. The dynamical behaviors of the systems areuniform qualitatively, but there is a little deviation quantitatively.And the truncated system with order 1 is safer than the one of order 2.It is also shown that the lower order system is reasonable. Theinfluences of the load parameter and the fractional derivative parameter(material parameter) on the deflection of the beam are consideredrespectively. The numerical methods in nonlinear dynamics, such as phasediagram, and Poincaré section, are applied to reveal dynamical behaviorsof the nonlinear viscoelastic Timoshenko beam. There are plenty ofdynamical behaviors, such as periodicity, bifurcation, quasi-periodicityand chaos in the dynamical system. 相似文献

A simple method for computing the strain and the time dependent constants for non-linear viscoelastic materials is presented. The method is based on the finite time increment formulation of the convolution integral, and is applicable for materials which exhibit separable strain and time variables. The strain-dependent function can take any form including the hyperelastic potentials such as the Mooney-Rivlin strain energy function. The time-dependent function is based on the Prony series. An approach to modeling the mechanical behavior of fiber reinforced and unreinforced plastics with an evolving internal state is described. Intrinsic nonlinear viscoelastic and viscoplastic behavior of the resin matrix is taken into account along with growth of damage. The thermodynamic framework of the method is discussed first. The Gibbs free energy is expressed in terms of stresses, internal state variables (ISVs), temperatureand moisture content. Simplifications are introduced based on physical models for evolution of the ISVs and on experimental observations of thedependence of strain state on stress state and its history. These simplifications include use of master creep functions that account for multiaxial stresses, environmental factors and aging in a reduced time and other scalars. An explicit representation of the strains follows, which isthen specialized to provide three-dimensional homogenized constitutiveequations for transversely isotropic, fiber composites. Experimentalsupport for these equations is briefly reviewed. Finally, physicalinterpretation of some of the constitutive functions is discussed usingresults from a microcracking model as well as molecular rate process andfree volume theories. It is shown that the present thermodynamicformulation leads to a generalized rate process theory that accounts for abroad distribution of thermally activated transformations in polymers. 相似文献

利用大型通用有限无软件ANSYS对钢筋混凝土梁在爆炸荷载作用下的动力响应进行数值模拟 ,其中混凝土采用ANSYS软件中特有的SOLID65单元类型和专门的材料模型CONCRETE ,钢筋采用LINK8杆单元和随动硬化双线性弹塑性 (KinematicHardeningBilinearPlasticity)模型来实现 ,并与Suidan和Schnobrich[1] 的方法进行比较 ,计算结果与Suidan和Schnobrich预示的响应十分吻合。 相似文献
