薄板厂转炉除尘风机振动原因诊断

包头钢铁集团公司薄板厂转炉除尘风机2001年11月4日投入运行,运行一段时间后,因风机自由端轴承座松动造成轴瓦钨金碎裂.2002年7月15日停机检修后,自由端水平振动位移峰峰值达0.4mm严重超过运行标准规定,风机只能降转速运行.通过诊断分析,判断出该风机振动主要是由不对中、不平衡原因引起的.后经重新找中心和在线动平衡,解决了风机振动问题.

本文针对离心式风机叶轮因失衡引起振动,采用"三点法"找平衡时的理论原理探讨,推导出不平衡质量及所处角度的计算公式,进而确定平衡质量及所处角度,规定了操作方法,并通过实际数据验证了公式的正确性。该公式及操作方法,在该类风机该类问题的检修中,有较大的应用价值。     

现场双面动平衡在离心式多级叶轮风机上的应用

对离心式多级叶轮风机进行振动频谱分析，认为叶轮存在动不平衡，造成风机振动超标，采用现场双面动平奢技术消除了风机转轴动不平衡。     

D700—13风机主电机异常振动的分析与处理

１情况简介凌钢竖炉分厂新安装一台Ｄ７００—１３风机，鼓风机直接由异步直动接带动，靠弹性柱销联轴器联接。配用电机型号为ＪＫ１３４－２，４４０ｋＷ、６ｋＶ。地脚螺栓固定方式原设计为直埋式，后因电机与风机的地脚螺栓中心线存在比较大的误差，故将电机一侧原有地脚螺栓去除，加设一个二底座，二底座地脚螺栓利用环氧树脂砂浆粘结法埋设。试车时，发现风机主电机存在异常振动，表１是三种状态下，空负荷试车时风机及主电机的振动情况，各测点位置参见附图，测量结果见表１。为判断风机故障性质，将风机的工作负荷调整到额定载荷时，…     

D1000风机振动原因的分析
