我国易切钢的发展

我国易切钢的历史较短,50年代初期国内机械工业落后,基础差,根本不使用也不生产易切钢。1954年开始,由于汽车拖拉机、仪表仪器及军工等工业中,很多另件如接头管、紧固件、销、轴、螺钉螺帽等标准件,都要在自动机床进行加工生产,因而需要易切钢,才从国外引进硫易切钢A12、A20、A30、A40Mn等几个钢号,进行仿制生产。当时因汽车拖拉机及机电等产品,产量不大,故对易切钢的要求,矛盾不突出。60年代以后,国内机械工业的飞速发展,汽车拖拉机及机电产品日益增大,原引进易切钢的品种及其切削加工性能,都不能满足使用要求,而且易切钢产量也不够使用。因此,迫切要求扩大易切钢品种、增加产量和提高切削加工性能水平。     

Removal of Redundant Relationships in an AON Project Network for Evaluating Schedule Complexity

Since redundant relationships in an activity-on-node (AON) project network indicate that the schedule is more complex than it actually is, they should not be considered when evaluating the schedule complexity. However, identifying the relationships that can be removed while maintaining the project logic is not an easy task. For this purpose, this paper proposes a methodology, adapted from interpretive structural modeling, that basically transforms an AON project network into a network called minimum-edge diagraph which contains no redundant relationships. The methodology steps are explained through a demonstrative example of a simple hypothetical project. The application of the methodology to the AON network of a real construction project shows that it is easy to use yet effective in removing redundant relationships.     

The Easy to Hard Effect and Perceptual Learning in Flavor Aversion Conditioning.

In experiments on the easy to hard effect, pretraining on an easy discrimination results in better performance on a harder version of the discrimination than pretraining on the hard discrimination itself. In addition, some theories posit that unreinforccd preexposure to the easy discrimination should be as effective as differentially reinforced easy pretraining in producing the easy to hard effect. Two experiments on flavor aversion conditioning in rats demonstrated the basic easy to hard effect. However, in neither experiment was easy preexposure more effective than hard preexposure in enhancing learning of the hard discrimination. Indeed, in Experiment 2, rats preexposed to an easy discrimination learned the hard discrimination significantly more slowly than those preexposed to the hard discrimination itself. 对我国普通高校女子武术课开展的现况进行研究和分析，对构建和完善我国普通高校女子武术课教学内容进行了初步的探讨，认为在内容选择上应既能体现武术特色又符合普通高校女生的生理特点，难易程度上应适当，使其容易接受和掌握，最后在内容上还要发挥普通高校女生的创新精神。     

不锈钢典型夹杂物在轧制过程的衍变分析

不锈钢对冷板表面质量要求高,轧制过程中夹杂物是产生表面缺陷的主要原因之一。为了明确夹杂物对轧制过程表面缺陷的影响规律,通过中试模拟试验研究了热轧、退火和冷轧过程硬质镁铝尖晶石和低熔点硅酸盐2种典型夹杂物的变形特点,并采用数值模拟对冷轧过程夹杂物的变形机理进行了分析。结果表明,热轧过程高熔点的镁铝尖晶石不变形,低熔点的硅酸盐夹杂物在1 200～1 250℃热轧温度下为半熔融状态,具有良好的变形能力。硅酸盐夹杂物长宽比高、抗拉强度低,冷轧过程更容易断裂延伸,随着轧制的进行,断裂后夹杂物之间的距离逐渐增加,尺寸减小。相反,镁铝尖晶石不容易断裂、延伸,而且存在断裂延伸的临界尺寸,该临界尺寸随冷轧变形量的增加而减小。由于镁铝尖晶石容易造成不锈钢轧制缺陷,因此生产过程中应尽量避免其生成或控制其粒径。     

Establishing a causal chain: Why experiments are often more effective than mediational analyses in examining psychological processes.

The authors propose that experiments that utilize mediational analyses as suggested by R. M. Baron and D. A. Kenny (1986) are overused and sometimes improperly held up as necessary for a good social psychological paper. The authors argue that when it is easy to manipulate and measure a proposed psychological process that a series of experiments that demonstrates the proposed causal chain is superior. They further argue that when it is easy to manipulate a proposed psychological process but difficult to measure it that designs that examine underlying process by utilizing moderation can be effective. It is only when measurement of a proposed psychological process is easy and manipulation of it is difficult that designs that rely on mediational analyses should be preferred, and even in these situations careful consideration should be given to the limiting factors of such designs. Is empathic emotion a source of altruistic motivation?

Tested the hypothesis that empathy leads to altruistic rather than egoistic motivation to help. 44 female college students watched another female undergraduate receive electric shocks and were then given a chance to help her by taking the remaining shocks themselves. In each of 2 experiments, Ss' empathic emotion (low vs high) and their ease of escape from continuing to watch the victim suffer if they did not help (easy vs difficult) were manipulated in a 2?×?2 design. It was reasoned that if empathy led to altruistic motivation, Ss feeling a high degree of empathy for the victim should be as ready to help when escape without helping was easy as when it was difficult. But if empathy led to egoistic motivation, Ss feeling empathy should be more ready to help when escape was difficult than when it was easy. Results followed the former pattern when empathy was high and the latter pattern when empathy was low, supporting the hypothesis that empathy leads to altruistic rather than egoistic motivation to help. Development and comparison of iron dextran products

Slowly replicating, species-specific and complex DNA viruses, such as cytomegaloviruses (CMVs), which code for > 200 antigenic proteins, should be easy prey to the host's immune system. Yet, CMVs are amazingly adapted opportunists that cope with multiple immune responses. Frequently, CMVs exploit immune mechanisms generated by the host. These strategies secure the persistence of CMVs and provide opportunities to spread to naive individuals.     

Solid state delay unit for a cardiac arrhythmia monitor

A cheap alternative to tape loop delays has been described which is easy to construct. Although the system described here is for an arrhythmia monitoring system, it can be simply adapted to any device requiring a signal delay. Using 1024 shift registers, a delay of 2 1/2 seconds with a 3 dB signal bandwidth well in excess of 100 Hz is obtained; in theory, this delay and bandwidth combination should be obtained using 512 bit shift registers which would considerably reduce the cost.
