采用化学共沉淀法合成ZnSe基颜料,确立了合理的制备工艺和化学组成。通过对试样进行XRD、DTA等分析,确定颜料的晶体结构、使用及性质。同时系统地研究了颜料试样的结构和光谱反射曲线,分析了颜料的颜色、性质和结构、呈色之间的关系,以及掺杂剂的掺杂量同颜料结构和性质之间的关系,讨论了ZnSe基颜料的应用前景。  相似文献

硫硒化锌基颜料是在硒化锌中引入硫及掺杂剂而形成的固溶体型颜料。选用化学共沉淀法合成并在真空条件下煅烧而得到颜料样品,利用X-射线衍射分析、差热分析、分光光度计等对试样进行测试。研究了硫引入后颜料的组成、结构和性质的变化。硫硒化锌基颜料中,硫取代硒而占据硒的位置使ZnSe晶格发生畸变,硫引入量较低时,主晶格仍是ZnSe,当硫引入量达到一定值时,主晶格为ZnSe和α-ZnS。硫引入引起结构上的变化,因  相似文献

以聚丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物,添加稀土硫化锌夜光颜料和铝酸铝锶铕夜光颜料制成夜光涂料。试验结果表明,所得聚丙烯酸稀土硫化锌夜光涂料和聚丙烯酸铝酸铝钝夜光涂料的施工性能好,耐水性和耐碱性佳,夜光性能好,余辉亮度强且余辉时间长,为优质的夜光涂料。  相似文献

用三种天然粘土矿物(白云石凹凸棒、蒙脱石、凹凸棒石)为主体原料,通过固相反应合成了HU_(05-01)、HU_(05-02)、HU_(05-03)无毒黄色无机颜料。以Munsell颜色新标系统对颜料的颜色进行了测量,并经XRD、EDX、XPS测试,研究了颜料的骨架结构及组成,探讨了颜料的发色机理。研究结果表明此类黄色颜料的发色是由于氧化数为+4的硫进入矿物的骨架结构并与之键合所致。本文还介绍了合成颜料的性能及颜料的应用试验情况。  相似文献

研究了聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸锌和硅烷偶联剂对酞菁蓝颜料分散性能的影响,并对色母粒的耐候性进行了考察。结果表明聚乙烯蜡用量为颜料用量的0.5倍时,分散效果较好,耐候老化前后颜色色差变化小,耐候性能较好;加入硬脂酸锌进一步改善了颜料的分散效果,但硬脂酸锌用量增加,色差变化大,耐候性变差;采用硅烷偶联剂对酞菁蓝颜料颗粒进行表面处理,改善了颜料的分散性,其中长链硅烷效果较好,而且色母粒的耐候性和草丝断裂拉力有显著改善。草丝的拉伸断面扫描电镜(SEM)分析表明,硅烷偶联剂对酞菁蓝颜料的分散起到了促进作用。  相似文献

This paper deals with the study of properties of anticorrosion pigments of varying chemical composition in epoxyester paints. Two type lines of paints were prepared. The first line comprised an anticorrosion pigment with a PVC concentration of 10% while the other line comprised an anticorrosion pigment with a PVC concentration = CPVC. The following nontoxic anticorrosion pigments were observed: zinc phosphate, zinc phosphomolybdate, calcium hydrogen phosphate, zinc phosphate modified with an organic corrosion inhibitor, strontium–aluminum polyphosphosilicate, zinc–aluminum polyphosphate, calcium metaborate, calcium ferrite, calcium borosolicate, and strontium chromate. The epoxyester primers were observed for the effect of the type of pigment on the anticorrosion properties. Anticorrosion efficiency was derived from tests in a condenser chamber and in a salt spray cabinet as well as from a test of chemical resistance of pigmented coatings. The evaluation of anticorrosion efficiency of inorganic nonmetal pigments was carried out by means of comparison with anticorrosion efficiency of metal dust.  相似文献

Abstract

Ceramic pigments based on the perovskite structure develop a promising red hue and furthermore present no environmental or health problems. Pigment colouring efficiency was tested in different ceramic applications, both in the body and in glazes. Final products, with variations in both maximum firing temperature and soaking time, were characterised by colorimetry. The investigation focused on the factors and mechanism influencing perovskite dissolution by calculating phase compositions of different ceramic matrices and observing pigment microstructure. Pigment powders were also characterised by structural analysis and spectroscopy. Pigment dissolution was only slightly affected by the firing cycle, mostly being governed by the amount and chemical composition of the liquid phase. In particular, the larger the content of chemically aggressive components such as calcium, magnesium, zinc and lead oxides, the stronger and faster the pigment dissolution.  相似文献

Photocatalytically active titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are used as a white pigment for cosmetics, leading to decomposition of a certain degree of sebum on the skin upon exposure to the ultraviolet radiation in sunlight. Herein, as novel white pigments for use in cosmetics, titanium‐zinc phosphates were prepared from titanium sulfate, zinc sulfates, and phosphoric acid. The chemical composition, powder properties, photocatalytic activity, color phase, smoothness, and acid resistance of the titanium‐zinc phosphates were evaluated. Samples prepared at high titanium ratio were easy to be amorphous phase, on the other hand, samples prepared at high zinc ratio indicated the X‐ray diffraction peaks of zinc phosphate dihydrate. The photocatalytic activity of these titanium‐zinc phosphate particles was low; thus these pigments should not induce decomposition of sebum on the skin. All samples prepared in this study exhibited high reflectance within the range of visible light. The substitution with titanium is effective to improve acid resistance of zinc phosphate white pigments.  相似文献

This paper describes the study of a pink ceramic pigment based on the optical properties of Cr-doped structures, having into account environmental considerations. The research is focused on the optimisation of the synthesis parameters in order to minimise the amount of pollutant Cr(VI) in the washing liquids and enhance chromatic coordinates. In a first stage, the Al2−xCrxO3 solid solution was studied. Nevertheless, the observation that ZnO was required in the frit to stabilise the pink colour after glazing made us to conduct the research towards the optimisation of the ZnAl2−xCrxO4 system. X-ray diffraction (XRD) indicates a solid solution formation based on the gahnite structure; moreover, no Cr(VI) and B contents were found in the analysis of the washing liquids. Thus, this research enabled us to produce a pink pigment with low environmental impact and good chromatic coordinates. Further study of the pigment applied in a glaze showed evidence of the importance of the glaze composition for the colour development and stability of the ceramic pigments.  相似文献

本实验对枣皮红色素的提取成分进行pH值梯度萃取分离,对其成分进行定性分析,并研究了与该色素色调相匹配的吸收峰、颜色反应、色价。结果表明:枣皮红色素粗提物色价为14.70;枣皮红色素的碳酸钠萃取组分中具有两个游离态羰基的被吸电子基团取代的蒽醌类化合物。  相似文献

借助W/O/W多重乳液系统制备了纳米硫酸钡,以此作为水-甲苯乳状液的稳定剂,使硫代乙酰胺和氯化锌在乳状液界面上进行反应,生成纳米硫化锌并包裹在硫酸钡表面,得到质地松软、附着力较强的核壳型纳米复合颜料;并通过FT-IR、SEM、TEM、ED X等手段对其进行了表征。  相似文献
