选用优化组合法对几种非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的复配体系及其他组分进行了筛选,采用湿式超微粉碎法加工工艺,对该制剂中润湿分散剂、防冻剂、消泡剂及悬浮剂的pH值范围等进行了筛选试验,并确定了最佳配方组成:草甘膦异丙胺盐30%,乙草胺20%,乙草胺吸附剂(白炭黑:硅藻土=1.5:5.5)7%,农乳603#2%,脱糖木质素磺酸钠3%,羧甲基纤维素1.5%,黄原胶0.05%,丙三醇5%,消泡剂0.1%,水31.5%。实验结果表明,制剂经低温和热稳定性试验,外观无明显分层,水中分散性良好,乙草胺悬浮率〉85%,有效成分分解率〈5%,各项指标均符合水悬浮剂要求。 相似文献

通过对十多种农药中常用助剂的筛选,研制了一种高浓度的B.t.超低容量喷雾水悬浮剂(B.t.-ULV制剂)。配方优化试验表明,在B.t.发酵浓缩液中加入1%润湿剂X,15%的悬浮剂ZY,在0.05%的浓度下对石蜡表面仍有较好的润湿性,有效成分悬浮率为90.8%,粘度为7.1mPa.s挥发率为21.16%。激光粒度分析和电镜照片表明,该制剂的粒子平均直径为8,46μm,低于B.t.-80水悬浮剂的平均粒径,粒径分布较窄,适合进行超低容量喷雾。 相似文献

以97.9%啶虫脒为原药,氯化铵为崩解剂,润湿剂M为润湿剂,萘磺酸甲醛缩合物加ZX–D9为分散剂,膨润土为填料,对70%啶虫脒水分散性粒剂的配方进行研究,并确定了最佳配方。实验结果表明,产品悬浮率达到90%以上,崩解时间小于1min,热贮[(54±2)℃,2周]分解率小于2.5%,产品各项指标符合水分散粒剂的要求。 相似文献

The adhesion and electrical properties of a PAE-2-based isotropically conductive adhesive (ICA) material were investigated. PAE-2 (thermoplastic polymer)-based ICAs, as well as a commercial epoxy-based ICA, showed dramatic reduction in adhesion to a NiAu surface after the 85°C/85% RH aging test, while the adhesion to a SnPb surface did not change much. To improve the adhesion strength of PAE-2 to a Ni:Au surface after the humidity aging test, coupling agents and epoxy blends were used. The formulation with a higher amount of epoxy showed a higher adhesion strength. The combined use of epoxy blending and coupling agents was effective in increasing the adhesion strength of PAE-2 before aging and also in maintaining adhesion at a 50% level after humidity aging. However, its adhesion strength to NiAu was reduced to less than 50% after 85°C/85% RH aging. PAE-2-based ICAs showed excellent reworkability. 相似文献

采用硬脂酸对纳米Ag/TiO2颗粒表面进行亲脂性改性,将溴虫腈原药、改性后的Ag/TiO2和适当的添加剂经高速剪切制成颗粒分布均匀、平均粒径约为100 nm的纳米农药制剂。光降解实验表明,该制剂在黑暗15 d内,分解率低于0.5%,而在室内(不受太阳光直射)放置15 d时,溴虫腈纳米制剂分解率达到12.3%,在太阳光直射下放置3 d的分解率为67.5%,紫外光照22.5 h时,纳米制剂分解率是常规制剂的7.9倍。纳米溴虫腈制剂有较高的光降解活性。 相似文献

This study examined linear alcohol ethoxylates as foam-enhancing agents in light-duty liquids. The ethoxylates were formulated
as supplementary surfactants to an anionic main surfactant system. The relationship between ethoxylate structure and performance
was elucidated, comparisons were made between ethoxylates and other recognized foam-enhancing agents, and a representative
light-duty liquid formula was optimized. Performance evaluation focused on manual plate washing capacity but also included
agitation foam volume, surface activity, cloud and clear temperatures, viscosity and grease cutting. Shortchain alcohol ethoxylates
with a high degree of ethoxylation (such as C8 with 70% or 7 moles of ethylene oxide) gave optimum performance that was comparable to or better than acknowledged foam-enhancing
agents. The substitution of an alcohol ethoxylate for a fatty acid ethanolamide in the test formulation resulted in substantially
