微合金元素Cr对高碳钢线材组织性能的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了微合金元素Cr对高碳钢线材组织性能的影响以及Cr元素的合理加入量,结果表明,微合金元素Cr的加入优化了材料组织构成,减少了组织中先共析铁素体含量,增加了索氏体含量,使线材抗拉强度增加75—100MPa,综合性能得到提高,Cr元素合理加入量应控制在0.18%-0.24%范围内。  相似文献

本文从微量Ca、Mg对GH1016合金中高温塑性的影响进行了综合研究。结果发现:微量Ca+Mg含量从0.0024~0.0083%对GH1016合金750℃高温拉伸强度影响不大,但Ca+Mg含量从0.005~0.0083%大大地提高了750℃拉伸塑性指标(δ%及Ψ%);0.0024~0.0083%微量Ca+Mg对GH1016合金固溶状态析出相总量无多大影响,其量大约在1.5%左右;Ca+Mg量为0.005%的B试样和Ca+Mg量为0.0083%的F试样750℃高拉后的晶界状态不同,且两试样组织中Z相组成式元素含量有所差别,但从电子探针结果看出Z相中并不含元素Mg。//【关键词】  相似文献

本文研究了稀土对白口铸铁组织与性能的影响,微合金化,热处理对白口铸铁性能的改善。研究所用的原铁水成份为C:2.4~3.0%,SiO:3~1.0%,Mn:~0.5%,P、S:<0.1%,稀土加入量试验范围为0~1.2%RESiFe,结果表明适宜的稀土硅铁加入量为0.8~1.2%。  相似文献

采用含Ni0.91%、TFe47.07%、Al2O36.11%、MnO0.44%,Cr2.64%的低镍矿作原料,进行选择还原,获得了Ni2.85~5.62%、Cr≤1.05%、C0.013%~5.28%、P0.034%~0.098%的炉料级镍铁。本产品可以满足冶炼含镍低合金钢和合金铸铁的需要。经选择还原后的炉渣含铁量为47.25~50.88%,碱度为0.75~0.88,可作为部分自熔性烧结矿加入高炉冶炼生铁。  相似文献

为提高合金结构钢的淬透性,可把硼作为合金元素加入。以17MnCrB5-5表面硬化钢为例,该项研究阐明了微量元素铝、氮和钛对提高硼合金化的合金结构钢淬透性作用的影响,氮含量〉0.008%时,加.035-0.70%的铝,可防止硼氮化,除添加铝外,还添加钛来化合氮时,较高氮含量也是可行的。  相似文献
