A study of the kinetics of hydrazidation of PCA—PGMA graft copolymers showed that the reaction takes place with a high rate and practically ends in 10-15 min. Equations with the corresponding coefficients were obtained for describing the kinetics of the macromolecular reaction of hydrazidation of the graft polymer based on a mathematical model for solving a diffusion equation with a boundary condition in the form of flow. This approach can be used for creating principles for regulation of processes in chemical engineering of polymer systems.  相似文献

The effectiveness of the polymer modifier poly(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) in cross-linking and carbonization of polycaproamide fibre was demonstrated. The optimum composition of the PCA—PDMAEMA graft copolymer was determined and the conditions of conducting thermooxidation (temperature, time) to decrease the thermoplasticity of modified PCA were found.  相似文献

通过丙烯酰胺(AM)及甲基丙烯酰氧乙基二甲基辛基溴化铵(ADMOAB)与羧甲基纤维素钠(Na-CMC)进行接枝共聚制备了疏水化水溶性两性纤维素接权共聚物(CGAO)。用红外光谱与元素分析对CGAO的组成进行了分析。考察了CGAO的组成、浓度及无机盐对其水溶液粘度行为的影响。发现组成对粘度有直接的影响;水溶液粘度随共聚物的浓度增加而增大存在一临界聚合物浓度(cp),cp与其组成紧密相关;在低的无机盐浓度时,溶液的粘度随无机盐浓度增加而降低,进一步增加无机盐浓度时,溶液粘度随无机盐浓度增加而提高,显示出了这种疏水化水溶性两性聚电解质特有的耐盐增粘性能。  相似文献

IR spectroscopy and differential thermal and thermogravimetric analysis showed that impregnation of PCA fibre modified by grafting poly(dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate) (PDMAEMA) and chromium-containing compounds causes loss of thermoplasticity, accumulation of double bonds, a decrease in the maximum rate of decomposition, and an increase in coke residue. It was found that the yield of the final product increases in fabrication of carbon fibre from graft PCA—PDMAEMA copolymers in the presence of Cr(NO3)3 + (NH4)2HPO4. The carbon fibre containing chromium salts has a more developed pore structure than the initial fibre, as the almost ten-fold increase in the value of sorption of I2 indicates.  相似文献

2-(4-Aminophenyl)quinoline-4-carboxylic acid, an internal salt, was synthesized from isatin and 4-aminoacetophenone with the Pfitzinger reaction. The data from IR spectroscopy and chemical methods of analysis showed that new derivatives of PCA-PGMA graft copolymer not described previously are formed during polymer-analog transformations of PCA-PGMA graft copolymer under the effect of 2-(4-aminophenyl)quinoline-4-carboxylic acid.  相似文献

It was found that ethyl alcohol vapors induce a spontaneous elongation effect in PCA fibres. Modification of PCA fibres with ethyl alcohol vapors makes the structure pass from the unstable -modification to the stable -modification, eliminating the process of repeated orientational drawing.  相似文献

In storage in the hoppers of spinning machines in nitrogen medium with a regulated oxygen content, oxidative processes inevitably take place in PCA crumb and significantly change the properties of the fibres. Spinning of fibres from PCA crumb stored for different times is an additional cause of their nonuniform properties. Installation of an additional smaller hopper with a day's reserve of polymer under the machine's hopper improves the quality of the fibres obtained.  相似文献

A high level of control over grafting reactions onto cellulose derivatives was achieved by an acyl transfer reaction mechanism. Ethylene/maleic anhydride copolymer (EMA) and styrene/maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) were grafted onto cellulose acetate (CA) and methyl cellulose (MC) in a simple and effective way under homogeneous reaction conditions. While pyridine, a commonly used catalyst for the reaction of an anhydride with an alcohol to form an ester, gave an inconveniently long reaction time, N-methylimidazole (NMID) and 4-(N,N-dimethylamino)pyridine (DMAP) were found to increase greatly the rate of esterification.  相似文献

According to long-term observations, rewinding and slubbing operations have almost no effect on the unit strength of complex and slubbed polycaproamide fibres but affect the relative elongation at break. The stability of the deformation-strength properties of the fibres in time, assessed with the values of the coefficients of variation, during the manufacturing process, including slubbing, improves significantly. The fibre strength is not a function of fluctuations in the content of low-molecular-weight compounds in the initial polymer and its relative viscosity, spinning temperature, and elementary fibre thickness in the undrawn fibre in contrast to the moisture content of polymer going to spinning and the degree of orientational drawing of the fibre.  相似文献

采用旋转流变仪研究了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(sgs)嵌段聚合物接枝α-甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)接枝共聚物(SBS-g-MAA,SBS-g-MMA)的动态流变性能。结果表明:接枝共聚物的黏流活化能降低,温度敏感性降低;比较改性前后的共聚物的主曲线,接枝共聚物的相对分子质量分布变宽,在剪切应力作用下,黏度下降较快;接枝共聚物的相对分子质量分布变宽,接枝共聚物的抗氧化性增强。  相似文献
