目的介绍在瓦楞纸箱包装设计需求分析中将顾客需求映射至产品关键属性的方法。方法详细分析瓦楞纸箱包装设计需求映射具体过程,即用层次分析法(AHP)对顾客需求重要度排序,运用质量功能配置(QFD)和AHP完成顾客需求重要度向产品技术需求的映射,综合完成产品技术需求向产品关键属性需求的映射。结果结合实例说明了顾客需求能够有效映射为产品关键属性。结论该方法能够达到需求映射的目的。  相似文献

目的为了客观准确地获取设计前期汽车造型设计的重点方向,提出一种改进的QFD质量屋矩阵评价方法,进行汽车造型设计特性优先度分析。方法在该方法中,运用访谈、问卷调研、数理分析方法获取顾客满意需求及重要度,并采用Cronbachα系数进行信度检测,确保数据结果的可靠性,依据汽车形态特征群确立其造型设计特性。通过顾客需求与汽车造型设计特性关系矩阵计算出设计特性分值。结论确立了汽车造型设计特性优先度,从而证明了方法的可行性。  相似文献

为提高包装产品的设计质量,缩短包装设计周期,提出在包装设计过程中应用QFD。详细分析了在包装设计中应用QFD的基本流程,即以客户对包装产品的质量要求为依据,结合系统分析的典型方法,依次建立产品规划、零件规划两级质量屋,最终输出包装产品设计过程中的关键质量控制点。在此基础上,进行了包装设计的实例分析,结果表明,在包装设计时运用QFD,能够更加快速、准确地设计出符合市场需求的产品。  相似文献

采用质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)将顾客需求转化为功能需求过程中,为综合考虑顾客需求自相关关系和功能需求自相关关系,构建了基于网络分析法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)的QFD模型。采用三角模糊数处理QFD中的语义评价信息。采用模糊决策试验与实验评估法获取顾客需求自相关矩阵和功能需求自相关矩阵;利用对数最小二乘法求解模糊两两比较矩阵获取顾客需求重要度;然后建立ANP-QFD模型计算功能需求初始重要度。基于技术竞争性模糊评估信息,采用熵值法对初始重要度进行修正,计算功能需求的最终重要度。最后以某装载机功能需求重要度计算为例,验证了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

目的 设计出符合公众需求的智能公共服务设施,从而帮助公众更加高效地获取文化信息和公共服务。方法 基于质量功能展开法(Quality Function Deployment,QFD),将公众偏好融入智能公共设施设计中。首先,根据用户访谈、现状调研、量表问卷等方式,整理并划分出公众对智能公共设施需求的不同类别;其次,利用Kano模型计算公众偏好评分和选项的优先级类别;最后,利用公众偏好和产品特性搭建QFD质量屋模型并计算出相对权重。结果 通过Kano和QFD模型相结合的方式,能够得出智能公共设施在设计过程中的重要度排序。第1位的是通过公共设施与智能手机连接建立个性化定制服务;第2位的是智能操作层面的人机数据互联技术。此外,产品外观和交互界面的排名靠前,而艺术化设计和易操作性是公众关注的重点。结论 公共设施用户群广泛,设计过程需要充分考虑公众需求。Kano模型和QFD质量功能展开模型能够将公众偏好进行客观准确的计算,划分出需求类型和重要度排序,为设计者设计出服务更加准确、文化传播更加综合的智能公共设施提供了可行性方法指导。  相似文献

本研究目的为丰富手机包装的应用,扩展使用功能,优化传统手机包装设计,满足当今用户日益多样化的需求。通过问卷调查获取用户需求,利用AHP层次分析法计算各项用户需求综合权重,通过QFD质量功能展开构建用户需求与质量特性的质量屋模型,利用TRIZ创新理论提出创新方案解决矛盾。基于AHP/QFD/TRIZ集成理论提出了手机包装创新设计方法,得到了手机包装创新方案,为相关产品的创新设计提供了思路和理论参考。  相似文献

本文以光学反光镜为研究对象,通过QFD(Quality Function Deployment)获取顾客对光学反光镜膜层质量需求以及产品生产过程中所产生的质量缺陷统计,结合光学反光镜镀膜工艺,将这些需求以质量屋的形式转换为薄膜镀制过程中影响膜层质量的众多工艺因素,运用DOE(Desiqn of Experiment)试验方法对关键工艺因素进行优化设计、试验过程实施,试验结果采用检验测试、极差分析等方法进行分析,最终获得针对膜层表面缺陷改进的最优工艺参数组合。经试验验证,所构建的顾客需求为导向的QFD和DOE集成改进模型在反光镜膜层表面性能缺陷改进方面均取得了较好的实际应用效果。  相似文献

Sustainable supply chains are the need of modern times. In order to make them successful, listening to voice of the customer and integrating them in the design and development phases of supply chains are very important. In this paper, we propose a technique called sustainability function deployment (SFD) developed on the concept of quality function deployment (QFD) to model customer and technical requirements, establish relationship between them and prioritise them for developing sustainable supply chains. SFD gathers customer and technical requirements for sustainable supply chain planning using C-REQ and T-REQ surveys, generates priority of customer requirements using Priority Matrix, performs screening of technical requirements using gap analysis, and generates requirements weights using QFD, thereby providing a structured approach to the decision-makers to select the right areas of improvement. Both the customer and technical requirements are captured from a socio-economic-environmental perspective. Results of application of the proposed technique are provided. The strength of the proposed approach is its novelty in integration of priority matrix and gap analysis in prioritising requirements based on their importance and performance in SFD. Besides, SFD facilitates modelling of complex, interrelated requirements in sustainable supply chain planning.  相似文献

In the current highly competitive marketplace, customer demand is a major factor in the product design process. Many methods, such as quality function deployment and House of Quality (HoQ), provide a powerful process for translating and mapping customer demands into technical requirements. In the HoQ process, the customers' perceptions and expectations should be evaluated together in order to identify desirable product features. Moreover, in variant product design, the priority of each feature needs to be determined based on the customers' ratings of both the feature importance and customers' satisfaction. Although many methods such as quality attribute ranking, potential gain in customer value index and the analytic hierarchy process have been previously used to determine the relative importance of customer demands, they do not offer specific methods to determine a revised priority for product redesign. To address this issue, this research focuses on not only determining, but also revising the priority of customer demands for a variant product design based on new customer surveys. Two methods are proposed in this research. The first method classifies customer demands using natural language processing techniques in order to obtain customer expectations. Once comprehensive customer demands are obtained, the second method determines the revised priority of the customer demands using a fuzzy logic inference. These methods are implemented by two computerized systems, a customer demand decomposition and a classification system, and a customer demand priority rating system, with user-friendly interfaces. An example for car redesign is used to demonstrate the proposed methods. With the use of these two systems, the collection and revision of prioritization of the customer demands can be accomplished effectively.  相似文献

为处理服务产品设计中散乱的模糊顾客需求信息,客观反映用户质量需求,解决传统质量功能展开方法中判断一致性差和整体满意度的展开精度低等问题,将模糊聚类分析、模糊层次分析法和质量屋方法集成,引入到服务产品设计的质量保证中。通过模糊聚类对顾客质量要求进行层次划分,在此基础上使用模糊层次分析法确定顾客质量需求权重,继而在质量屋关系矩阵中引入模糊集进行评判,从而将自然语言与模糊数相联系,更加准确地把握顾客需求。同时采用模糊数表示权重分析和关系度评判结果,提高了评判的精度和稳定性,为满足服务产品质量设计阶段质量保证工作提供一种量化分析方法。  相似文献

With increasing concerns on customer needs in today’s competitive market, the issue of incorporating customer requirements into product design arises the interest of both researchers and practitioners. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a well-known methodology for customer-driven product design. However, conventionally, QFD analysis has a major challenge in understanding customer needs accurately. Kano’s model, which studies the nature of customer needs, provides a way for a better classification of customer needs. However, seldom research contributions are found in terms of integrating Kano’s model with QFD quantitatively. In this research, a novel integration approach is proposed. At first, Kano’s model is quantified by identifying relationship between customer needs and customer satisfaction (CS). Next, both qualitative and quantitative results from Kano’s model are integrated into QFD. Finally, a mixed non-linear integer programming model is formulated to maximise CS under cost and technical constraints. In this research, an illustrative example associated with the design of notebook computers is also presented to demonstrate the availability of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper presents a quality function deployment (QFD) analysis of the design of school furniture in developing countries, using Costa Rica as the baseline. The dynamic hierarchy process model for QFD was used to help the product development team make effective decisions in satisfying the requirements of the customer constrained by limited resources. A number of total quality management (TQM) tools were employed during the development of the school furniture solution. A dynamic, cross-functional team organization was used. A simple form of quality function deployment was used to identify the desirable product design, safety, and service features.  相似文献

目的研究基于QFD、TRIZ和AHP理论的集成创新设计模式,并将这种集成设计模式应用到产品创新设计中。方法使用AHP确定QFD的客户需求权重,通过QFD发掘客户核心需求,运用TRIZ的发明原理寻找解决办法。结论以通用智能卫浴产品的概念设计为例,演示了集成设计模式使用的详细步骤,并验证了这一设计模式的可行性与有效性,为其他产品的创新设计提供新的思路。  相似文献
