介绍一种焊点疲劳寿命预测的工程计算方法. 用有限元分析中的CWELD单元模拟焊核,用壳单元模拟连接板,根据CWELD单元传递力和力矩计算焊核附近连接板和焊核周围的"结构应力";然后通过一组焊点S-N曲线估计焊点的疲劳寿命. 通过分析预测焊点疲劳寿命以及相应位置,发现白车身薄弱环节. 相似文献

电子箱在力学载荷环境下,振动引起的高周循环疲劳应力会造成箱体中电路焊点失效,影响电子箱整机可靠性;针对一种印制电路板组件焊点进行整机级振动试验,通过建立电子箱整机有限元模型,进行与试验状态一致的随机振动试验仿真分析,提取焊点上的应力、加速度响应水平;基于Basquin模型,建立了PCBA疲劳寿命预测模型,将几种不同振动载荷下的焊点响应结果代入到预测模型,计算得到电子箱在不同振动载荷下的寿命分析结果,得到电子箱PCBA焊点的应力-寿命(S-N)曲线;结果表明,在工况随机振动条件下电子箱PCBA焊点具有足够可靠性,随着振动激励增大,焊点疲劳寿命显著缩短,该方法可用于电子箱整机级PCBA焊点随机振动疲劳寿命分析。 相似文献

针对车身疲劳分析中静载法无法考虑结构动力学响应,瞬态分析法无法求解过长时间域的问题,将这2种方法与频域法进行比较,发现用频域法对大规模有限元模型进行动态疲劳分析相对容易,并能完全描述动力学响应过程.根据频域法进行振动疲劳分析的理论和计算过程,给出基于路谱频域的车身疲劳分析流程.基于功率谱密度(Power Spectral Density,PSD)载荷谱的传递函数法求解某车关键部件的疲劳寿命,求解结果与疲劳试验结果比较一致.结果表明基于路谱频域的振动疲劳分析方法在汽车结构疲劳计算中的应用可行. 相似文献

建立汽车发动机舱盖焊点有限元模型,并将分析结果与试验模态对比,验证该有限元模型的准确性.分别采用准静态法和模态应力恢复法得到焊点的应力-时间历程;基于Palmgren-Miner线性损伤累积准则和S-N曲线对比评估焊点疲劳寿命,并在模态应力恢复方法中考虑截止频率和结构阻尼对焊点疲劳寿命的影响.与虚拟台架试验的对比结果表明:准静态预测的焊点寿命大于试验寿命,截止频率为200 Hz且结构阻尼为0.06的模态应力恢复结果与试验结果较吻合.基于模态应力恢复法优化设计的发动机舱盖通过耐久路试. 相似文献

The aircraft industry has only recently begun to explore possible application of welding as an alternative joining method for the design of future large civil airliner wing. One of the main obstacles, encountered in the past years, to welding application within the aircraft industries were due to failure in the weldments, caused by high tensile residual stresses present in the region of the weld, reducing drastically fatigue strength of welded joints. Improvement in the fatigue life of the welded joint can be obtained if compressive residual stresses are introduced at the weld region.Shot peening is a manufacturing process intended to give aircraft structures the final shape and to introduce a compressive residual state of stress inside the material in order to increase fatigue life. This paper presents the modeling and simulation of the residual stress field resulting from the shot peening process. The results achieved show that a significant decrease of welding induced tensile residual stress magnitude can be obtained. 在管道工程应用中,由于良好的耐腐蚀性和韧性,聚乙烯(PE)管与其他材料相比具有显着优势,已广泛地应用在核电、油气输送领域;PE管焊接过程中,焊接参数、人员操作和环境等因素会影响聚乙烯管道的焊接情况,可能致使焊接接头内部形成缺陷,影响管道安全运行,而相控阵超声检测技术能够实现聚乙烯管道焊接接头内部结构的无损检测及评估;因此开展PE管焊接接头的相控阵超声实际检测工作,研究了聚乙烯材料的声衰减规律及声频散效应,优化了焊接接头的超声相控阵检测工艺,基于CIVA仿真软件实现了聚乙烯管道相控阵超声检测的声场模拟和缺陷仿真,通过研究检测参数及声学参量变化对检测结果的影响,获得了PE管焊接接头的最优检测工艺;通过加工带有典型缺陷的聚乙烯热熔对接接头试样,对前期基于仿真结果设计的检测工艺以及针对焊接接头相控阵检测研发的楔形耦合组件进行可靠性测试和工艺试验;研究结果为PE管接头缺陷的超声相控阵检测提供了工艺设计的理论支持和可靠的研究方法。 相似文献

The subject of this paper is the analysis and design of complex tubular joints, eventually including internal and external gussets and stiffener rings, corresponding to fixed and mobile offshore structures.Two different joints are analysed. In the first case an X joint is studied for elastic and elastoplastic behaviour, loading up to collapse in order to determine ultimate strength and safety factor. Finite elements which can reproduce the elastic and plastic singularities of the stress and the strain fields in the crack tip, are then used for the analysis of a T joint. Both direction and rate are considered in the crack propagation, and an elastoplastic analysis is carried out, to determine the crack opening displacement (COD).Finally, the consideration of fatigue effects in tubular joints is discussed, and techniques for evaluating fatigue life are outlined. 相似文献
