Reclamation of wastewater effluent from a chemical fiber plant 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
An electrochemical method in conjunction with chemical coagulation and ion-exchange treatments is employed to treat the wastewater effluent from a large chemical fiber plant. The effectiveness of the combined methods in treating the wastewater effluent was assessed in terms of water quality for reuse in the manufacturing process. Experiments were conducted to examine the effects of various operating variables of the electro-chemical method, chemical coagulation and ion exchange on the water quality and the optimum operating ranges of those variables were identified. The quality of wastewater effluent after the combined treatments was found to be excellent, better than the reuse standards for the chemical fiber industry. 相似文献

To ensure a more sustainable water supply, the Industrial Wastewater Management Concept with a focus on Reuse (IW2MC→R) provides a strategy to meet the challenges. Main requirements to achieve water reuse fit for purpose are optimized wastewater treatment, an optimized sewer and pipe system, and an innovative water quality monitoring concept. 由于焦化废水成分复杂、难以降解,经生化处理后使用常规处理方法其出水很难达到回用标准,采用砂滤-超滤-纳滤组合工艺对焦化废水生化出水进行深度处理,出水CODCr的平均质量浓度为37.77 mg/L,NH3-N的平均质量浓度为2.71 mg/L,色度、SS去除效果明显,达到GB 50335-2002《污水再生利用工程设计规范》中循环冷却水系统补充水水质控制指标的要求. 相似文献

The use of water from the wastewater reclamation plant serving the south of Barcelona, Spain, will contribute with new resources to help to solve the water scarcity problem that the Barcelona metropolitan area suffers at present. When the plant starts to operate, it is scheduled to reuse 50 Mm3/y of reclaimed water that will be used for supplying the ecological flow in the lower part of the Llobregat River, irrigation of farm areas and supplying water to wetlands in the river deltaic areas. Another scheduled use pretends to solve the salt-intrusion problem in the Llobregat lower delta aquifer through the implementation of an hydraulic barrier using reclaimed water. For obtaining water with the quality required for all the reuse purposes, it is necessary to modify the existing biological treatment to remove nutrients (nitrogen and phosphorus) and the construction of a tertiary reclamation facility, which for recharge purposes includes a reverse osmosis plant. A pumping station and pipelines for transporting the reclaimed water to the different application areas and a different pipeline for transporting the water to the injection wells where it is introduced into the aquifer at a depth of 60 m are being built. 相似文献

In dairy plants the process waters generated during the starting, equilibrating, interrupting and rinsing steps contribute to the production of effluents. They correspond to milk products (milk, whey, cream) diluted with water without chemicals. The treatment of these dairy process waters by nanofiltration (NF) or reverse osmosis (RO) operations was proposed to concentrate dairy matter and to produce purified water for reuse in the dairy plant. The study reports one-stage and two-stage (NF + RO and RO + RO) spiral-wound membrane treatments with five model process waters representative of the main composition variations observed in dairies. Performances (permeate flux, milk components rejection, purified water characteristics) of the different operations were compared. Discussion was focused on the comparison between quality of produced waters and vapour condensates (from product drying and evaporation processes) reused in dairy plants. Accordingly, both total organic carbon (TOC) and conductivity of water treated by a single RO or NF + RO operations were convenient for reuse as heating, cooling, cleaning and boiler feed water. With the two-stage RO + RO process, a more purified water complying with the TOC drinking water limit was achieved. 相似文献

污水再利用日益受到重视,需对污水处理厂实施改造,以达到高效除磷脱氮的目的,并提高出水水质。污水处理工艺循环式硝化脱氮法的设计程序中,需对SRT和A-SRT、MLSS浓度和循环比以及二沉池负荷等运行指标进行设定。在运行管理过程中,需对缺氧池的氧化还原电位以及好氧池的溶解氧浓度等数据进行把控。通过改造标准活性污泥法的设施、在曝气池中增设隔墙、设置DO计和ORP计的信息反馈系统等,使之成为污水脱氮的高级处理设施,满足处理水回收再利用的水质要求。 相似文献
