为更为高效、精确地进行动力总成动力学分析,借鉴子结构的思想方法,提出了采用计算模态与试验模态相结合的混合建模和仿真的构想:在模态测试的基础上建立柴油机试验模型,在模态计算的基础上建立齿轮箱有限元模型,在此基础上进行动力总成的动力学分析.结果表明:该方法的计算结果与单纯采用大规模的动力总成有限元计算精度基本一致,但计算规模和效率却远远优于后者.因此该方法为大规模复杂结构的动力学分析提供了一条高效、高精度的途径. 相似文献

利用某款仿真软件建立整车模型并用标杆车滑行试验数据进行理论计算分析,在现有动力总成资源中选择最优传动系统匹配方案;为验证仿真数据的有效性,在标杆车基础上更换动力总成等进行MLUIE车实物搭载并做整车动力性和经济性试验摸底。结果表明:仿真计算结果的最大误差为5.7%,基本在正常误差范围内。此种动力匹配的分析方法能精确反映出整车性能,保证动力传动系统匹配的合理性。 相似文献

首先,建立了由动力总成、车身和非簧载质量组成的13自由度整车模型,推导了整车模型的运动微分方程;然后,分别建立了车身3自由度模型、动力总成6自由度模型、车身和非簧载质量组成的7自由度平顺性分析模型及动力总成和车身组成的9自由度平顺性分析模型,给出了各简化模型的运动微分方程;最后,分别利用上述不同自由度的模型计算并对比分析了动力总成的固有频率和能量分布、车身和非簧载质量的固有频率。计算结果表明,动力总成6自由度模型计算的动力总成固有频率与其实际频率存在差异;计算车身固有频率时需考虑动力总成的质量和转动惯量;各模型计算的非簧载质量固有频率基本一致;13自由度模型计算的动力总成、车身和非簧载质量的固有频率更加准确,对整车振动与噪声研究具有很大的参考价值。 相似文献

The leaf spring is a representative type of laminated structure. Based on the linear theories of curve beams, the first derivatives of the leave??s status-vector of the leaf spring are provided. The first derivatives of the combination status-vector are obtained by properly dealing with the nonlinear interacted forces between adjacent leaves. Moreover, the precise integration technology and the transform matrix method are introduced to solve the equations. The force-displacement curve of a leaf spring is then calculated separately by using the present method and the finite element software ANSYS. From the results, the precision and advantages of the present methods for analyzing the leaf spring are revealed. The Coulomb??s damping ratio of the leaf spring is studied by using the present method. 相似文献

针对一种动力充压容腔机构,采用仿真的方法对叠层橡胶金属复合弹簧的轴向刚度特性进行了研究。基于静力学分析的结果表明,叠层橡胶金属弹簧的轴向静刚度为2.010×105N/mm,在0.4 MPa内压的作用下应力最大值在弹簧的底部。动力学仿真分析得出了叠层橡胶金属弹簧在变形不大的情况下刚度值基本是一个定值的结论,并通过曲线拟合的方式求得叠层橡胶金属弹簧的轴向刚度为2.023×105 N/mm。最后用仿真计算结果与动态试验数据的对比结果证明,动态仿真结果与试验结果较为接近。 相似文献

针对汽车钢板弹簧装配过程中产生的预应力,指出采用传统的共同曲率法对其计算所存在的缺陷,并对这些缺陷进行了剖析;为了克服传统计算方法的不足,利用有限元技术对某商用车后悬架钢板弹簧的预应力进行仿真,模拟出钢板弹簧装配过程中出现的预应力。将仿真过程中产生的装配预应力与改进的共同曲率法计算的结果进行对比,得出有限元仿真结果的合理性,同时根据对比结果可以修正设计,进而减少物理样机的实验次数,缩短设计周期,提高设计质量。 相似文献

The mechanical and magnetic properties of 50KhGFA laminated spring steel are investigated in different regimes of the quenching and tempering temperatures. It is shown that the quality of heat treatment of this steel cannot be tested using any standard magnetic characteristic. It is proposed to test the mechanical properties of 50KhGFA steel by measuring the amplitude of pulses driven a magnetized product into the demagnetized state or using the gradient of the remanent magnetization field after pulse magnetization to saturation and remagnetization by magnetic field pulses of a constant amplitude. 相似文献

The dynamic response and damage of laminated composite cylindrical shell subjected to impact load is numerically investigated using the finite element method. A nine-node isoparametric quadrilateral element based on Sander's shell theory is developed, in which the transverse shear deformation is considered. A semi-empirical contact law that accounts for the permanent indentation is incorporated into the finite element program to evaluate the contact force. The Newmark time ingegration algorithm is used for solving the time dependent equations of the shell and the impactor. The Tsai-Wu failure criterion is used to estimate the failure of the laminated shell. Numerical results, including the contact force history, interlaminate damage zone, and failure indices in the shell are presented. Effects of curvature, impact velocity and mass of impactor on the composite shell behaviors are discussed. 相似文献

Large deflection dynamic responses of laminated composite cylindrical shells under impact are analyzed by the geometrically nonlinear finite element method based on a generalized Sander’s shell theory with the first order transverse shear deformation and the von-Karman large deflection assumption. A modified indentation law with inelastic indentation is employed for the contact force. The nonlinear finite element equations of motion of shell and an impactor along with the contact laws are solved numerically using Newmark’s time marching integration scheme in conjunction with Akay type successive iteration in each step. The ply failure region of the laminated shell is estimated using the Tsai-Wu quadratic interaction criteria. Numerical results, including the contact force histories, deflections and strains are presented and compared with the ones by linear analysis. The effect of the radius of curvature on the composite shell behaviors is investigated and discussed. 相似文献
