青海盐湖工业股份有限公司二期尿素项目采用传统的CO2汽提法,设计规模为年产330 kt大颗粒尿素.大颗粒尿素造粒系统采用荷兰荷丰公司的流化床造粒技术,总投资为4 554.534万元.该项目于2009年动工建设,2013年6-8月,蒸发、大颗粒尿素造粒系统首次试车成功,生产出了粒度合格(粒径2 ~ 4.75 mm颗粒尿素占比≥90%)的大颗粒尿素.该尿素装置建在海拔2 682 m的青海省格尔木市察尔汗盐湖之上,此次试车的成功也为高原地区生产大颗粒尿素积累了经验. 相似文献

Size enlargement of particles in fluidized bed granulation involves mixing of particles with a binder liquid to form larger wet granules and drying them to form dry granules. Identification of the time for completion of granulation process is critical as further fluidization of dry granules is providing extra energy for their attrition. Monitoring the bed pressure drop and bed temperature of a batch fluidized bed granulator with time can provide information on the time for completion of the granulation process. Experimental observations on granulation time and size of granules in a lab-scale batch fluidized bed granulator are presented. Fluidized bed spray granulation is used to produce porous granular particles from suspensions, solutions, and melts. In this work, the drying of the spray and the drying of the particles in the fluidized bed are simulated using the Two Fluid Model (TFM) with the Eulerian-Eulerian approach. Spray granulation in a fluidized bed can transform originally liquid products (suspensions, melts, solutions) into freeflowing, largely dust-free granular solids. Spout–fluid beds are used for a variety of processes involving particulate solids, like coating, drying, granulation and etc. The spout–fluidized bed combines a number of favorable properties of both spouted and fluidized beds. In this study, the Granular Eulerian model is used in 3-D hydrodynamic simulation of spout fluidized bed for calculation of minimum fluidization velocity. The results of simulation were compared with experimental data and good agreement was obtained. Then the effect of geometry on minimum fluidization velocity was studied.
