采用原位聚合法在不同芯壁比条件下对纯分散染料进行微胶囊化,将其对溶剂萃取过低聚物的TTT及PET织物进行染色,采用紫外分光光度法测定染色废液CODCr值,并与相应的商品分散染料染色废液CODCr值进行比较.结果表明,低聚物的存在将增大PTT及PET织物染色废液的CODCr值;对于相同分散染料,芯壁比为1:2的微胶囊染色废液CODCr值大于芯壁比为1:4的微胶囊染色废液CODCr值;微胶囊分散染料染色废液CODCr值远低于相应商品分散染料的染色废液CODCr值.  相似文献

In recent years there has been a trend away from the traditional soap-based washing tests towards methods based on commercial-type washing powders. Experience with tests based on washing powders, and the relationship between these tests and the traditional soap-based tests, are described. It is shown that the degree of staining of adjacent fabrics, particularly nylon, increases as the detergent concentration in the wash liquor is decreased. Post-stentering and the quality of fabrics used as adjacents in the wash test can have a considerable influence on the results.  相似文献

The dyeing behaviour of the Procinyl (ICI) range of reactive disperse dyes on wool–polyester blends is described. 本文通过大量实验研究了聚酯纤维高温高压染色中染色助剂和染料对染色后纤维表面低聚物含量的影响。结果表明:表面活性剂能在一定程度上减少表面低聚物含量,其中具有苯环结构和聚氧乙烯醚结构的非离子表面活性剂中加入某些阴离子表面活性剂能增强其在高温下去除表面低聚物效果;分散染料的结构和性能对表面低聚物含量也有一定程度的影响。  相似文献

选用4只分散染料对聚酯超细纤维进行染色,并对其移染性、皂洗牢度及染料的高温分散性进行了研究。结果表明:染料的移染性与染料分子结构有关,分子量小,移染性好;皂洗牢度与染浴浓度有关,在相同条件下,染色浓度为4%时比12%高1级。碱性染色结果表明:BlueUP—GF在碱性条件下酯基水解严重,不适合碱性染色。  相似文献

将偶氮、蒽醌、杂环三种不同结构类型的微胶囊分散染料对涤纶超细织物进行无助剂高温高压染色,结合IOB值(无机/有机平衡值),考察了扩散系数Dt、半染时间t1/2、比速率常数k’及吸附等温线类型等染色动力学和热力学参数。结果表明:与织物IOB值相近或较大的微胶囊分散染料具有较高的Dt值;随Dt值增大,平衡吸附量C∞增大,k’值增大,但t1/2值减小;不同结构类型的微胶囊分散染料在涤纶超细织物上的吸附呈现Lang-muir型和混合型吸附类型。  相似文献

将N-正丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺、自制苯酯助剂和WLS联合应用于涤纶常压沸染染色中,结果表明:N-正丁基邻苯二甲酰亚胺和苯酯助剂具有增塑涤纶的作用,而苯酯助剂和WLS具有阳离子结构,可促进分散染料阴离子胶束吸附涤纶,这3种助剂按适当比例复配有协效作用。复配载体应用于涤纶织物分散染料常压染色,染料上染百分率、染色织物表观深度、耐摩擦牢度及耐皂洗牢度与传统高温高压染色工艺效果相当。  相似文献

Acetone rinsing in place of reduction clearing to remove loose surface dye from aqueous-dyed polyester materials offers superior fastness, a substantial reduction in cycle times and other advantages. Pilot-plant trials have shown that it is possible to combine rapid cycles with high-temperature discharge, acetone rinsing and steam drying.  相似文献

The influence of carriers on the diffusion of disperse dyes in polyester fibre has been studied. The extent to which the diffusion rate of a dye is increased is independent of the chemical structure of the carrier but depends on the molar concentration of carrier in the fibre and on the chemical structure of the dye. The influence on the diffusion rate decreases with increase in temperature, and the rates of decrease increase with increase in the activation energies of diffusion of the dyes when no carrier is present. The presence of carrier reduces the activation energies of diffusion of the dyes, the reduction being related to the decrease in the entropies of activation of diffusion brought about by the plasticizing action of the carrier. This reduction in the activation energy of diffusion leads to the existence of a temperature at which the presence of carrier would have no effect on the diffusion coefficient of the dye, and above which the presence of carrier would actually reduce the diffusion coefficient. The value of this temperature depends upon the carrier concentration in the fibre and the specific dye.  相似文献

本文采用FESEM、UV和动态光散射纳米粒度分析等测试手段研究了载体Cindye Dnk对分散染料色光、溶解性、粒度、分散状态和分散稳定性的影响,从而研究了载体Cindye Dnk对分散染料的作用机理。结果表明:载体Cindye Dnk不影响分散染料的色光,即不影响分散染料的结构,但能提高分散染料在水中的溶解性,降低分散染料的粒度,故有利于芳纶织物的分散染料染色。  相似文献

本研究以杨木和桦木单板为试材,经双氧水漂白处理、酸性大红GR和酸性湖蓝V染色处理等工艺得到染色单板,对染色单板进行100小时氙光辐射实验,并利用CIE(1976)L*a*b*分析辐射过程中染色单板的光变色规律及树种、漂白处理、染料结构、染液浓度等因素对染色单板光变色的影响。结果表明:树种和染液浓度对染色单板的光变色影响不大,染料结构是影响染色单板耐光性的主要因素;漂白处理后,染色单板的耐光性显著下降;随着辐射时间的延长,染色单板的光变色呈增加的趋势,光变色程度与a*、b*值的变化显著相关,染色单板黄化现象严重。  相似文献

本文介绍了多活性基低温活性染料的染色工艺,探讨了温度和碱剂对染色深度的影响.采用该工艺,织物的染色深度优于中高温条件,具有良好的配伍性,各项牢度也能达到传统工艺要求.该工艺不但能够减少能耗和助剂成本,也减小了污水处理的压力.  相似文献
