利用磁导率减落的自动测量仪,测量了非晶合金(Fe_(0.1)Ni_(0.5)Co_(0.4))_(78)Si_8B_(14)等温时效时退磁不能恢复的减落。以此考查了低温结构弛豫动力学行为,计算了弛豫激活能和弛豫谱。结果表明,低温结构弛豫是平均激活能低的多弛豫过程,在这个过程中发展了化学短程序(CSRO)。 相似文献

Studies were made of the effect of mechanical pulverization on relaxation,crystallizationand brittle-ductile transition of the anneal-embrittled Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15) metallic glass rib-bon.Results show that the Curie temperature,T_C,decreases and the total enthalpy ofrelaxation increases gradually with variation of pulverized time.DSC traces reveal anextra exothermic peak,T_X_1,and a distinct glass transition endothermic peak,T_g_1,withincreasing pulverized time,T_C,T_X_1,and T_g_1 decrease simultaneously,and the exother-mic peak area corresponding to T_X_1 increases gradually.The surface slip-steps of flakyparticles and their corresponding shear are produced by pulverizing the pre-embrittledamorphous glass.The lost ductility of the glass may restore during annealing. 相似文献

退火变脆Fe75Si10B15金属玻璃的脆韧性转变 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
研究了机械研磨对退火变脆Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15)金属玻璃的弛豫过程,晶化行为及脆韧性转变的影响。发现退火变脆的Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15)金属玻璃,经不同时间机械研磨,Curie温度T_C逐渐回落,总的弛像焓ΔH_?逐渐回升。在DSC曲线上观察到明显的玻璃转变温度T_(g_1)和一个附加的宽放热峰T_(x_1),随着研磨时间的增加,T_(x_1),T_(x_1),T_C同步降低,与T_(x_1)对应的放热面积ΔH_(x_1)逐渐增大,并在片状粒子表面形成切变带以及与其对应的剪切带,玻璃在退火过程中失掉的韧性逐渐得到恢复。 相似文献

The thermal expansion along the longitudinal and transverse directions for amorphousFe_(78)B_(13)Si_9 alloy prepared under various preparing conditions were investigated.The thermalexpansion anisotropy appears in all specimens.The expansion along the longitudinal directionis less than that along the transverse direction.The cooling rate,the melt temperature beforejet casting and the cycling temperature affect the thermal expansion coefficients andanisotropy.The amisotropy of thermal expansion originates from the orientation of atomicinteraction force,the atomic oscillatory frequency and short range order structure or thedirectional arrangement of defects in the alloy. 相似文献

The solidification microstructure of Fe_(70)Cr_(18)Mo_2Si_1B_9 single-roll quenched ribbons with dif-ferent rotating speed of roller and under different atmosphere conditions was investigated.Apart from usual crystallization by homogeneous and heterogeneous nucleation,it was foundthat α-iron cohnnnar grains with strong preferred orientation formed beneath free surface andthat spheres of α-iron single coastal with a size of several μm up to 20μm,which have rarelybeen reported,appeared inside the ribbons.There was experirnental evidence suggesting thatclusters of metal atoms formed from fluctuation in early undercooled liquid might play a roleas pre-existed nuclei and,in fact,control the formation of amorphous for this alloy. 相似文献

The effect of sample geometry aspect ratio(l/w)on the giant magnetoimpedance(GMI)in Fe_(67)Co_(18)Si_(11)B_4amorphous ribbons was investigated systematically.The GMI profiles were measured as a function of the external magnetic field at different frequencies up to 110 MHz.The results show that there exists a critical aspect ratio((l/w)_0=5.4)below which the maximum GMI effect and sensitivity g decrease with decreasing l/w and above which the maximum GMI effect keeps almost constant and g decreases with increasing l/w.The observed dependence on aspect ratio as(l/w)\(l/w)_0is correlated with the magnetization process:Complex domain structures emerged near the ribbon ends to decrease the magnetostatic energy,modify the transverse permeability and consequently GMI response.Contributions from transverse permeability and resistance may dominantly determine the change of GMI effect as(l/w)[(l/w)_0. 相似文献

The formation of borides M_3B_2 M_2B_2 and M_(23)B_6 may be carried out from the melt-quenchedFe_(70)Cr_(18)Mo_2SiB_9 during 700—1150℃ annealing.As the temperature raising,the M_2B,themajority being Fe_2B.may be gradually replaced by Cr_2B via the co-existence between Fe_2Band Cr_2B.The Cr_2B may be formed by trans formation of Fe_2B through the atomic substitu-tion and structural adjustment.The thin slice of remaining Fe_2B is sandwiched between(100)faces of(Cr,Fe)_2B as stacking fault.The M_2B_2 is virtually composed of theMo_(1+x)(Fe,Cr)_(2-x)B_2 where x(0≤x≤1)increases with the increase of temperature. 相似文献

The glass formability of Ni_(75)B_(17)Si_8 melt and the thermostability of this metallic glass formedfrom the the melt can be enhanced by eliminating the heterogeneous catalystg. The purificationwas done by cyclical superheating melt in special glasses and subsequently cyclicallysuperheating it in an electromagnetic levitation apparatus. The purified Ni_(75)B_(17)Si_8 amorphoussample sized up to 20 ~ I0 x 0.5 mm was prepared as four times the thickness of unpurifiedones. 相似文献
