建立整合型分色光学膜技术与高效能背光源技术,发展高效益分色光学膜片与高效能背光模组,进而取代液晶显示器中彩色滤光片的使用,可节省建构彩色滤光片厂之昂贵资本投资。提高光效率,降低功率损耗。色序控制法以LED为背光源于液晶层后方,以不同的时序来表现颜色故不需要彩色滤光片。这种新颖整合型面板光源结合高效率LED背光源与色序法电路技术,并建立微结构制程的线上检测与离线微结构量测设备技术能量及智权,测量微纳米制程线上检测与精微检测能力,而达成高整合功能于平面显示器的目标。  相似文献

The development of wide color gamut (WCG) liquid crystal display (LCD) plays an important role in the high‐quality television (TV) field. Nowadays, people want their TV or display devices to have the capability of showing vivid colors while keeping skin colors as natural as they remember. Therefore, it is necessary to develop color‐correction technologies for WCG LCD system. A new color‐correction method named “natural skin‐color mapping algorithm” (NSCMA) for WCG LCD is proposed in this study. It can solve the skin‐color contour problem in color‐corrected images with simple skin‐color detection. Its development is based on the concepts of performing color mapping between source hue colors and target hue colors on each hue page. The polynomial regression is also applied to calculate the color mapping conversion matrices. Two color mapping factors called template‐size factor and tone‐compression factor are designed in NSCMA. The template‐size factor is used to adjust target template sizes adequately. The tone‐compression factor is designed to control the degrees of image enhancement. For facial skin‐color pictures, the appropriate settings of template‐size factor and tone‐compression factor will get suitable color image rendering on the WCG LCD. It is demonstrated that the WCG LCD can be corrected to show vivid color pictures and keep facial skin colors as natural as possible when the proposed NSCMA is performed. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 目前,随着平面显示器尤其是液晶显示器(LCD)工业的飞速发展,每一个液晶显示器的面板都包括了如下部分:彩色过滤器、偏光片、背光单元和IC驱动。这些部件的很多部分是通过不同的涂布方法来生产的。例如,光学薄膜防反射、防眩光和硬涂层保护薄膜。这些功能薄膜都需要非常高的涂层均匀性,譬如细竖道、竖条道、肋骨棱、空气夹带等等这些涂层缺陷是不允许的,并且涂层湿厚度必须在几个微米之间,干厚在几百个纳米之间,能够生产出涂层厚度在微米大小的功能薄膜的常规方法包括了凹版和微凹版涂布方法。本文介绍了微凹版涂布原理以及涂布工艺,结合实践总结微凹版涂布弊病现象,分析了微凹版涂布过程中易出现的涂布弊病原因,并提出了解决微凹版涂布弊病的方法,在微凹版涂布试验和放量生产过程中,采用这些方法来解决出现的微凹版涂布弊病问题,具有良好效果。  相似文献

以AVR单片机为控制核心,以LR035VRAM彩色液晶模块为人机界面,介绍ATmega1280单片机与VRAM型彩色液晶模块接口之间的设计方法。通过分析液晶模块的时序,阐述了在ATmega1280单片机中用软件模拟时序的方法,给出了基于ICCAVR编程语言的驱动程序设计模块,实现了对液晶模块LR035VRAM的显示控制。同时,将其成功移植应用在某火炮仿真瞄准训练显示系统中。  相似文献

Dimming technologies have been used in liquid crystal display (LCD) products, especially for mobile applications, to reduce power consumption. It is widely known that dimming technologies tend to degrade the color accuracy. This article, however, presents that color performance of a dimmed LCD is better than a conventional one. We show a max method, one of dimming methods, converting an input digital data into higher values that have less color shift phenomenon. We propose how to compare the color performance of original and dimmed colors based on a modified standard. The average value of measured Δuv′ of 25 dimmed colors was 0.0040, whereas that of the original colors was 0.0190. In addition, the average value of measured Δ of 25 dimmed colors was 2.40, whereas that of the original colors was 9.24. The measured results prove that the dimming technology can make LCD better in not only power consumption but also color performance. This article is the world's first report that breaks the usual stereotype on dimming technologies. This work proposes a dimmed LCD as a standard color display. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Three green compounds for color filter dyes based on bis(cyclopentadienyl) titanium complexes including dithiolate ligand were synthesized. Physical properties by the change of the substitution groups of the synthesized materials were systematically examined. UV-visible absorption spectrum of the synthesized materials showed maximum absorbing wavelengths of 427 to 430 nm and 632 to 635 nm in solution state, and 434 to 438 nm and 637 to 651 nm in film state, indicating green and black colors. It was observed that the extinction coefficient values (log ε) of all the synthesized materials are very high at 4.0 or above. In addition, it was shown that since the Td values of three synthesized materials show thermal stability higher than 240°C, they possess high potential to be applied as dyes for LCD color filter and black matrix addictive.  相似文献

Selection of the best possible filter set among a set of available filters is the obvious method of increasing dimension of camera signals for spectral reflectance reconstruction. There are also methods that are focusing on the filter design regardless of noticing to the constructability of the designed filters. This study shows that direct optimization of physical variables of filter manufacturing technique is more reliable than indirect approach of designing and then physical manufacturing of the designed filters. Direct optimization of the transmission‐controlling primaries in filter manufacturing process would guarantee having the designed filters in reality. Combination of some solvent dyes was used as the spectral transmission matching system for filter manufacturing. As a conventional technique, filters were designed and best possible dye concentrations that match the desired filters were calculated. As an alternative approach, filters were also designed using direct optimization of dyes concentrations. The results showed that direct optimization of dye concentrations exhibits better performance in comparison with the conventional technique. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 研究UASB反应器在不同温度、水力停留时间、进水浓度条件下运行时,对经过预处理的液晶生产废水COD处理效果的影响。根据系统运行调试实验,得出较好的发挥UASB反应器工作效率的工艺条件:UASB反应器在进水浓度11000mg/L,温度保持在32℃,水力停留时间为4h时可达到最大处理能力,且出水水质较好。  相似文献
