通过不同的有机表面处理剂对钛白粉进行有机包覆,并以其制备溶剂型涂料。采用高速分散和混合振荡法,考察了丙烯酸树脂体系中钛白粉的分散性、分散稳定性以及遮盖力等应用指标。对比实验表明,不同的有机表面处理剂对钛白粉在丙烯酸树脂体系中性能有较大影响,其中经过有机处理后的R2钛白粉在此体系中性能较好,能够达到国外同类产品的应用性能指标。  相似文献

采用醇类有机剂对金红石型钛白粉进行有机表面改性,实验研究不同醇类改性剂对钛白粉改性效果。并评价改性钛白粉在涂料体系中分散性、遮盖力、光泽等影响。实验结果表明:采用改性钛白粉R3产品粉体指标、分散稳定性及涂料体系性能均较好。通过红外光谱表征,有机改性剂在钛白粉表面形成包覆。  相似文献

从无机包覆条件和不同的有机处理方式,研究了锆铝包覆类型的钛白粉,对产品质量的各影响因素,特别是引起吸油量指标偏高的因素,做出了评价。结果表明,打浆分散剂的选择、无机包覆量和无机处理选择合适的条件,有机处理使用硅烷偶联剂能够在溶剂型涂料和油墨中获得卓越的吸油量和良好的分散性。  相似文献

通过实验研究了水性涂料配方和钛白粉颜料体积浓度的关系,系统研究了钛白粉消色力、亮度及分散性等性能指标对水性涂料涂膜遮盖力、光泽和耐候性的影响。结果表明:当加入水性涂料的钛白粉颜料性能较高时,对应的水性涂料漆膜的遮盖力较高、光泽度较高,表现为正线性关系;加入的钛白粉颜料性能对水性涂料漆膜的白度和耐候性影响较小。  相似文献

本文采用二氧化钛(P25),粘结剂及溶剂,研磨数小时得到均匀分散的纳米二氧化钛浆料,通过涂布法在FTO导电玻璃衬底上制备了光阳极,并用其组装成染料敏化太阳能电池。经过优化二氧化钛和粘结剂的比例,得到平整、致密、均匀的二氧化钛薄膜。对二氧化钛薄膜进行FTIR、SEM和光学显微镜表征,并对组装电池进行光电性能测试,研究了二氧化钛浆料不同制备条件对太阳能电池性能的影响。结果表明,二氧化钛粉末和粘结剂质量比为4∶3时,制备的二氧化钛浆料稳定性高;涂布厚度为20μm时,电池性能较好。组装的染料敏化太阳能电池在100mW/cm2模拟太阳光照下,光电转换效率达到2.51%。  相似文献

A procedure for the determination of titanium dioxide in soaps by furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is described. The method has the advantage of being rapid and simple. 以粗TiC l4(98.0%)为主要原料,通过白矿物油除钒提纯处理后,采用气相氧化法制备出金红石型TiO2,并分析了粉体的相关性能。研究表明,制备的金红石型TiO2具有较高的晶型转化率(100.0%)、白度(102.08%)和消色力(123%),且粒度适宜(258 nm)、粒度分布较窄、近似球形、分散性好等优异性能。A lC l3蒸气在气相反应中起到了晶型转化剂的作用。当A lC l3加入量增加至2.6%以上时,TiO2的晶型转化率达到了最大值100.0%。  相似文献

为生产高附加值的涤纶产品,将不同方法配制的二氧化钛乙二醇浆料加入聚酯聚合釜,合成全消光聚酯切片,再将全消光聚酯切片制备成全消光聚酯纤维。测试了全消光聚酯切片和纤维的性能,分析了纺丝过程中聚酯的黏度降,用扫描电镜观察了二氧化钛在纤维中的分布情况。试验结果表明:两种二氧化钛乙二醇浆料都可以合成全消光聚酯切片;该聚酯切片的可纺性、牵伸性及热稳定性均较好;二氧化钛在纤维中分散均匀。  相似文献

Energy transfer between fluorescent organic pigments (fluorophors) dispersed in a paint vehicle was studied for mixtures of a yellow, a red, and an orange fluorescent pigment, and for mixtures of these with titanium dioxide. Radiative energy transfer occurs among the fluorophors, but not between them and titanium dioxide A shift to longer wavelengths of the emission peak of a fluorophor with increasing paint-film thickness was noted and was ascribed to reabsorption and reemission of fluoresced radiation within the overlapping excitation and emission region typical of these organic fluorophors.  相似文献

The cure characteristics of a series of powder coatings containing titanium dioxide dispersed in an epoxy/polyester matrix are reported. The titanium dioxide pigments were produced via both the chloride and sulfate routes and coated with varying amounts of alumina and silica. Comparison data for formulations containing zinc oxide and silica are also included. The time to gelation for these powder coatings depends on a number of factors. Increasing the level of flow agent significantly reduces the time to gelation. The presence of traces of zinc inhibits cure in the case of the sulfate-based pigments. Varying levels of alumina and silica in the coating on the titanium dioxide coating also influence the time to gelation. Increasing the level of silica on the chloride-based coating increases the time to gelation, whereas in the case of the sulfate based coating the time to gelation is shortened. These differences are attributed to the effects of zinc in the coating and the effectiveness of the dicyandiamide catalysts.  相似文献

Titanium dioxide pigments have been dispersed in a porous nitrocellulose matrix applied to a vitreous carbon electrode. Illumination of these coated electrodes with monochromatic light in the near UV region gives rise to photocurrents which have been shown to correspond to the oxidation or reduction of hydrogen peroxide produced at the illuminated titanium dioxide particles. Ring-disc and pulsed photocurrent measurements have been used to investigate how the photochemical reaction is coupled by diffusion to the electrochemical detection of hydrogen peroxide. The results of the study suggest that the photocatalytic properties of semi-conductor dispersions may be characterized using similar coated electrodes.  相似文献

为提高电子纸电泳分散液(电泳液)的稳定性并降低使用电压,采用毕克公司的BYK161和BYK110对二氧化钛等颜料复配,制备高稳定的红、绿、蓝、黄、黑各色电泳液,组装成电子纸器件,通过紫外分光光度计对电子纸颜料的反射特征峰进行动力学测试,研究它们的对比度与双稳性,经测定:所得电子纸具有相同的开关时间(470—510 ms),沉降时间(t_(1/3))为72 h,对比度可达7,具有良好的双稳性,适用于低电压多色电子纸显示。  相似文献
