采用Fe/C微电解和Fe/C微电解-Fenton氧化联合工艺对垃圾渗滤液进行处理,研究了废水初始pH、药剂投加量、药剂投加比例和反应时间等对处理效果的影响,获得Fe/C微电解处理垃圾渗滤液的最佳工艺条件:初始pH=3、m(Fe)/m(C)为4、ρ(Fe/C)为0.6 g/L、反应时间为60 min,处理后COD降至5 960 mg/L,COD去除率达51.8%。Fe/C微电解-Fenton氧化处理垃圾渗滤液的最佳工艺条件:在Fe/C微电解最佳条件下,H2 O2投加量为11 mL/L,反应时间为100 min,出水COD为4 480 mg/L,COD总去除率为63.8%。垃圾渗滤液中的腐殖酸类有机质经过Fe/C微电解或微电解-Fenton氧化处理后变成小分子产物,与Fe/C微电解相比,Fenton氧化对腐殖酸等大分子有机质有更强的氧化降解效果。 相似文献

采用石墨为阴极、Ti/RuO_2-IrO_2为阳极的复极性三维电极反应器对含汞气田废水进行处理,研究了电解时间、粒子电极填充量、初始pH值、电解电流密度等因素对去除COD和汞的影响。结果表明,采用双阳极,在电解时间120 min,粒子电极填充量40 g/L,原水pH,电流密度200 mA/cm~2的条件下,可将废水中COD从8 723 mg/L降低至459 mg/L,去除率为94.7%,总汞从2.218 mg/L降低至0.036 mg/L,去除率为98.3%。且COD的去除符合一级动力学模型,汞的去除符合二级动力学模型。处理后水中总汞含量达到国家二级排放标准;双阳极三维电极进一步与二维电极组合能使处理后水中COD降低至50 mg/L以下,达到国家排放标准。 相似文献

采用以铁碳微电解法为主的工艺处理硬丁腈橡胶装置排放的拉开粉废水,在1 m3/h的废水处理装置上进行了中试,考察了微电解反应器的气水比(体积比)、铁碳比(质量比)、pH值和反应器的运行周期及反冲洗对污染物去除效果的影响.结果表明,铁碳微电解反应(气水比为1.2:1、铁碳比为2:1、pH值为3.0~4.0)和催化氧化反应后,废水中的拉开粉平均质量浓度由767 mg/L降至123 mg/L,总悬浮物平均质量浓度由376 mg/L降至48 mg/L,化学需氧量(重铬酸钾法)由2 862 mg/L.降至1 490 mg/L,达到该废水处理装置的出水水质指标. 相似文献

采用铁炭微电解法、Fenton超声氧化法、铁炭微电解/Fenton超声氧化联用技术对HMX生产废水进行了处理,考察了不同实验因素对废水COD去除率的影响规律,得到相应的最佳工艺参数和联用工艺处理效果。结果表明,铁炭微电解法处理HMX废水的最佳工艺条件为:反应时间50~60 min,反应温度15~20℃,初始pH值3~4,铁炭和废水料液比1∶1,此条件下的COD去除率可达58.12%;Fenton超声氧化法处理HMX废水的最佳工艺条件为:超声时间30 min,H_2O_2投料量0.24 mol/L,Fe(2+)投料量0.023 mol/L,超声频率45 kHz,超声功率75%,此条件下的COD去除率可达85.51%;铁炭微电解-Fenton超声氧化联用工艺处理HMX废水,COD去除率高达96.69%,比单一采用铁炭微电解法和Fenton超声氧化法分别高38.57%和11.18%,联用工艺处理HMX废水优于单一处理效果,优势显著。 相似文献

研究了铁炭微电解-混凝沉淀对于密度纤维板热磨废水的预处理效果。通过试验,得出处理该废水的组合工艺最佳条件为:调节废水初始pH值为3.0,进行铁炭微电解反应60min,然后调节pH值为8.5,进行混凝沉淀60min。在进水COD的质量浓度为5183mg/L,色度为500倍时,经组合工艺处理后,COD去除率可达92%以上,脱色率达99%以上,且出水生化性好。 相似文献

探究了破乳混凝沉淀预处理结合微电解耦合Fenton氧化工艺对煤层气产出水的降解效果。结果表明,微电解耦合Fenton氧化工艺,在微电解pH为3.0,曝气强度为150 L/h,Fenton氧化反应pH为3.5,H2O2投加量为800mg/L的条件下,微电解COD去除率为66.85%,Fenton氧化反应COD去除率为60.30%,综合COD去除率达86.84%,整体工艺最终出水COD为174.21 mg/L,悬浮物质量浓度为2.64 mg/L,石油类质量浓度为1.21 mg/L,整体工艺的悬浮物去除率为99.01%,石油类去除率为97.40%,COD去除率为93.14%,实现了煤层气产出废水的高效处理。 相似文献

乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)是十分重要的化工中间体,其下游产品较多。江苏某化工厂开发生产乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品三十多个,年生产规模三万多吨,是国内以乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)为中间体生产精细化学品的综合骨干企业。针对乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品废水特点,该厂结合企业实际,开展了产品优化,结构调整,清洁生产,资源循环利用,节水降耗等工作,从源头削减了污染物的生产。同时投资二千多万元新建预处理装置三套,6000m3/d废水生化处理装置一套,使全厂乙烯酮(双乙烯酮)下游产品的废水得到了有效的治理。 相似文献

A thermochemical rather simple experimental technique is applied to determine the enthalpy of formation of Diperoxide of ciclohexanone. The study is complemented with suitable theoretical calculations at the semiempirical and ab initio levels. A particular satisfactory agreement between both ways is found for the ab initio calculation at the 6–311G basis This set level. A perturbation viscometer is a differential capillary viscometer that measures the logarithmic viscosity gradient of the viscosity-composition curve for gas mixtures. Measurements are made at different gas mixture compositions. Integration of the logarithmic viscosity gradients measured over the full composition range gives the mixture viscosity relative to the viscosity of one of the pure components of the gas mixture. This method is attractive because, for measurements of equal precision, integration of the gradients is potentially an order of magnitude more precise than measurement of the viscosities directly. It can also work at high and low temperatures and perhaps high pressures.The perturbation viscometer has been used to make measurements on ideal gas mixtures at ambient and elevated temperatures. The situation is more complicated when the gas mixtures are non-ideal. Extra effects due to density differences, molar volume change on mixing and differential thermal expansion may be measured in addition to the desired viscosity change producing systematic errors in the results. Thus, a more sophisticated apparatus is required. The standard perturbation viscometer has been modified to separate out the extra effects to permit measurement of the true change in viscosity. In addition, the theoretical operation of the modified apparatus has been revised to account for the design changes to permit calculation of the viscosity-composition profiles from the results.The apparatus has been tested using helium-HFC-125 mixtures and two new viscosity-composition profiles are presented for these mixtures at 23 and . Internal consistency tests have been used to confirm that the data produced are of high quality with an estimated uncertainty in the viscosity ratio data at of 0.9% and at of 1.5%. 相似文献
