聚合物共混可以制备出兼有几种聚合物特性的共混膜。为了提高气体分离膜的综合性能,以2种不同型号的聚醚共聚酰胺(具有高选择性的Pebax1657和具有高渗透性的Pebax2533)为膜材料制备了气体分离膜,并对分离膜进行结构表征、分离性能和力学性能测试。结果表明,随着Pebax2533含量的增加,聚酰胺段的链间距逐渐增大,自由体积分数增大,玻璃化转变温度降低,断裂伸长率逐渐提高;与纯Pebax1657膜相比,共混膜的CO2和N2渗透系数同时增大,N2渗透系数增加速度较快;选择性逐渐降低;与纯Pebax膜相比,两者共混后的膜的综合性能有所提高。  相似文献

针对阜新电厂200 MW机组燃煤锅炉进行了多工况热态测试,获得了飞灰含碳量的现场数据样本,运用Back Propagation(BP)神经网络和Levenberg Marquardt(LM)算法建立了电站锅炉飞灰含碳量的软测量模型,并构造了飞灰含碳量的测量系统. 在此基础上开发了电站锅炉燃烧优化系统,实现了阜新电厂200 MW机组锅炉燃烧优化控制.  相似文献

Power feed copolymers were synthesized using styrene and n-butyl acrylate through non-uniform feeding emulsion polymerization. Poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) was used as a protective colloid, onto which vinyl monomers were grafted. Power feed copolymer had a very broad glass transition temperature compared with random copolymer, even if grafting and/or crosslinking were introduced to the system. This tendency was almost the same as the non-grafted power feed copolymer where only low molecular weight surfactant was used.

Adhesive joint strengths of power feed copolymers were evaluated compared with random copolymers. In the case of usual linear power feed copolymer, the adhesive joint strengths were not higher than those of random copolymer, which was considered to be due to the lower film strengths of the power feed copolymer. Power feed copolymer having grafting showed slightly higher adhesive joint strengths over a wide range of temperatures than random copolymer. When crosslinking was introduced to the system, power feed copolymer showed much higher adhesive joint strengths over a wide temperature range.  相似文献

通过对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)控制面板制件进行模流分析,即对模具进行冷却水道系统设计,可以提高模具的生产效率,避免发生翘曲变形等问题,还可以尽早发现ABS控制面板模具的质量问题,同时优化模具结构,减少塑料模具修复次数。选取咖啡机ABS控制面板为例,对其模板进行模流分析,进而对冷却水道系统设计和控制面板模具的强度和刚度进行分析。实验结果表明,选择冷却水孔尺寸为?10 mm,采用外进内出的进出水口设置,并且向水孔位置进行适量移动调整,经过冷却、充填、保压、翘曲模拟分析,冷却均匀性效果达到最好,最大变形量达到最小为0.648 9 mm,冷却时间为12.97 s,模具温度为55.81℃。使用ANSYS软件对矩形型方孔与组合式圆孔进行模板的强度与刚度分析,并通过对比计算理论值与ANSYS分析值,验证ANSYS分析结果的精确性。在矩形型方孔中,最大应力值为101.613 MPa,最大变形量为0.005 962 mm。在组合式圆孔中,最大应力值为131.434 MPa,最大变形量为0.045 398 mm。  相似文献

针对传统热控涂层在紫外波段的高吸收现象,以铈酸钇、纳米氧化锌和介孔材料 SBA-15为原料,通过高温烧结的方式制备出高紫外反射型热控颜料,将其分别与无机粘结剂硅酸钾或有机粘结剂环氧改性有机硅树脂相结合制备成低吸辐比( αs/ε)热控涂层。结果表明: ZnO/SBA-15与硅酸钾制得的热控涂层紫外波段反射率超过 0.90,吸辐比小于 0.08。对颜料及热控涂层的微观形貌、光学性能和耐候性能研究表明,该类热控涂层具有优异的光学性能和较强的环境适应能力。  相似文献

介绍了膜浓缩(MBC)零排放技术在长兴电厂脱硫废水深度处理项目中的应用情况。系统可将22 m3/h含盐水浓缩至1.5~2 m3/h,盐分浓缩至200 g/L左右后进入蒸发结晶系统,最终生成结晶盐,经过浓缩处理后的清洁产水作为电厂锅炉补给水回用。运行结果表明,MBC零排放系统运行良好,有效地保证了电厂的稳定运行,带来良好的社会和经济效益。  相似文献

The relation between shear holding power and pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) rheological properties is investigated. Two constitutive models of PSA rheology, i.e., Newtonian and Power Law, are considered and experimentally tested for their ability to predict shear holding power. A Power Law model is found to be suitable for this purpose and is used to predict shear holding power with dynamic viscosity and steady shear viscosity measured by means of a transient creep experiment. Dynamic viscosity is shown to fail in predicting shear adhesion of high-viscosity PSA, whereas steady shear produces good agreement. It is demonstrated that the Cox-Merz rule does not hold for high-viscosity PSAs, explaining the need for steady shear viscosity data in modeling shear holding power.  相似文献

In this paper, the structural, microstructural, dielectric, ferroelectric and magnetic properties of vanadium-doped Barium Calcium Titanate (BCT) ceramics have been reported. All the ceramic samples were prepared by the conventionalsolid-state reaction method. By Rietveld refinement of X-Ray diffraction patterns, we confirm the pervoskite structure of all the prepared samples. A decrease has been observed in lattice parameters (a and c) and lattice volume on the substitution of Ti4+ ions by vanadium ions in BCT lattice. SEM micrographs revealed change in microstructure from irregular, large grain porous structure to a regular small and compact structure. The dielectric constant data above Tc has been fitted with both Curie-Weiss Law and Power Law. The dielectric behavior of the presently studied system is more accurately explained by Power law. Feeble ferromagnetism has also been observed with vanadium substitution in BCT ceramics.  相似文献

This paper reports the main parameters of the project, made for ENEL (Italian Electrical Power Government Company), regarding the design and supply of four MSF desalination plants at Brindisi's Power Station.The evaporators will be operated with anti-scale additive but are designed both for sulphuric acid and polymer antiscale treatment to operate at 100°C max. as top brine temperature.The distillate production (60 t/h each unit) will be used as high pressure boiler water make-up, then the distillate, mixed with the condensate coming from each unit, is demineralized by mixed bed ion exchange resin system; for this purpose, three mixed bed units are supplied.The paper reports the main design data, characteristics and materials of the above units.  相似文献

A comparison of two psychophysical odor intensity models and their effect on the prediction of the odor character for perfume mixtures is presented. The odor value (OV) and Power‐Law models were applied together with previously developed perfumery ternary diagram (PTD®) and perfumery quaternary diagram (PQD) methodologies to map the perceived smell of quaternary and quinary fragrance mixtures. A diffusion model was used to simulate the evolution of liquid and headspace concentrations. The evaporation of perfumes starts with a fast ethanol release, then the diffusion of the fragrant components. The composition paths were predicted through the evaporation lines plotted in the PQD. The two odor intensity models present differences in the initial perfume impact, but after some time tend to similar profiles. The Power‐Law predicted higher ethanol intensities than the OV model, due to its exponent. Introducing water in perfume formulation fixes ethanol in the solution, thus reducing alcohol perception. © 2009 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2010  相似文献
