近年来,我国城市生活垃圾清运量以每年5%左右的增速发展,垃圾焚烧处理能力不断提升,而垃圾焚烧过程会产生占焚烧总量3%~5%的垃圾焚烧飞灰。随着垃圾焚烧处理能力的不断提升,垃圾飞灰产量逐年增加,飞灰处置压力越来越大。城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰作为一种高重金属浸出毒性的危险废弃物,对环境存在较大危害。论述了城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的组成特性及重金属的分布和性质,从飞灰熔融过程原理、重金属转化特性、重金属固化影响因素等方面阐述了熔融处理垃圾飞灰技术的研究进展,探究了飞灰组分和熔融条件对熔融过程及重金属固化效果的影响。论述了等离子熔融技术和熔融固化重金属的效果,最后对飞灰复配熔融及冷却过程优化处理给出参考性建议,并指出飞灰熔融处理技术未来发展方向。垃圾焚烧飞灰中重金属主要以其氧化物、氯化物、硫酸盐形式存在,熔融处理可以改变飞灰组分及相态,使飞灰发生多晶转变和熔融相变过程,重金属离子发生同晶置换反应,被固化在硅酸盐的Si—O四面体晶格结构中,很大程度上降低了飞灰的浸出毒性并实现熔渣资源化利用。熔融处理过程中,熔融气氛、时间及飞灰组分对过程特性和重金属的迁移转化影响较大,冷却方式不同会影响玻璃体熔渣的物理性质。根据重金属的熔点和沸点特性,在熔融处理后,烟气和二次飞灰中会携带部分挥发性强、沸点低的重金属。在今后研究中需要对烟气和二次飞灰进行冷却或二次捕集处理,并对烟气成分进行探究。由于熔融处理过程耗能大、投资高、关键设备研发难攻关,我国垃圾焚烧飞灰熔融处理技术仍处于技术研发阶段,尚无稳定化工业运行实例,但已有部分中试研究试验。熔融处理前,应先分析飞灰组成成分,根据飞灰组成进行预处理。通过添加助熔剂、调节飞灰碱度对飞灰进行复配熔融处理,降低熔融处理的能耗,高效稳定处理重金属。在实验室稳定有效试验的基础上,可以对等离子体熔融处理装置进行技术改进和创新,提高等离子火焰稳定性,实现熔渣的高效分离,提升装置耐久性。  相似文献

城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰因其含有重金属、二噁英等污染物而被定义为危险固体废物,需进行特别的处理处置。目前国际上对于垃圾焚烧飞灰的处理主要采用固化与稳定化处理。采用层次分析法(AHP)建立了综合评价体系,并对四种飞灰固化与稳定化处理工艺进行比较。结果表明化学药剂稳定化优于其他三种技术,值得向相关行业推广。  相似文献

集中焚烧法已经逐渐成为我国城市生活垃圾处理的主要方式,但其中的重金属在焚烧过程中不会被破坏,最终主要集中在垃圾焚烧飞灰中排出。在垃圾焚烧飞灰的安全填埋过程中由于受到环境因素的影响,例如酸雨,其中的重金属会逐渐的发生迁移,从而影响环境。文章对不同粒径的垃圾焚烧飞灰中的重金属浸出特性进行了研究,实验结果表明:小粒径垃圾焚烧飞灰所占比例较大。不同粒径对重金属的浸出特性比较复杂,浸出浓度均不相同,其中除尘器飞灰中的重金属浸出浓度远高于其他三种飞灰,属于有浸出毒性的危险废物。  相似文献

随着垃圾焚烧处置技术的推广和应用,垃圾焚烧飞灰产量逐年增加,传统填埋处置方式存在成本高、填埋场资源不足等问题,因此飞灰的综合利用问题广受关注。由于飞灰富含SiO2、Al2O3等活性物质,在污染物的吸附脱除领域具有良好的应用前景。本文主要结合垃圾焚烧飞灰的理化特性,介绍了垃圾焚烧飞灰在不同废水废气中的污染物吸附脱除效果。综合近年来污染物脱除研究情况,着重介绍了原始飞灰和改性飞灰在重金属、磷盐、染料等污染物脱除中的应用效果、机理,指出了目前存在的主要问题,并对不同的应用工艺进行了成本分析和优缺点对比。最后提出了需要继续深入微波水热在提高飞灰吸附性的应用研究和进一步完善飞灰在污染物控制领域应用的全过程研究的建议与展望。  相似文献

A state-of-the-art review describing the characteristics of municipal solid waste (MSW) and assessing the chemistry and technology of pyrolysis of municipal solid waste is presented. The economics of the pyrolysis process are outlined. Combustibles constitute on average about 60% of the weight of MSW and result in an average heating value (“as received” basis) of about 3,000 to 6,000 Btu/Ib. This makes MSW attractive for thermal treatment. Municipal solid waste can be converted to gas, liquid and solid products by pyrolysis. Due to the complexity in composition of MSW the exact mechanism of pyrolysis is not known. Both homogeneous and heterogeneous reactions occur at the same time and both heat and mass transfer take place during the process. The relative yields of different products depends on the temperature of pyrolysis and the rate of heating. High pyrolysis temperatures and high heating rates favour the production of gases indicating high energies of activation for gasification reactions. At low temperatures, below 800°C, the pyrolysis process is reaction-rate controlled, while at high temperatures, above 1,200°C, the process is diffusion-rate controlled. Conditions of good heat and mass transfer are required for gasification of MSW. The residual char after pyrolysis can be gasified by further treatment with steam, hydrogen or carbon monoxide and water. The heat available from the products of pyrolysis is sufficient to sustain the process and yield some excess energy. Three types of reactor design have been generally used in the investigation of pyrolysis of MSW; fixed bed reactor, fluidized bed reactor and rotary kiln reactor. The advantages and weak points of each of these are briefly discussed. The costs of disposal of MSW by pyrolysis appear to be competitive with incineration.  相似文献

Healthcare waste management and treatment is one of the national priority tasks of China's Tenth Five-Year Plan. Numerous installations disposing medical waste have already operated the project or under construction to the operation in 2006. This paper focuses on the assessment of existing and future options to handle medical waste (MW). Internationally available and so far in China applied technologies and management practice are analysed, including the problems how to segregate medical waste streams at the source and to reduce the 'critical waste' to mainly infectious and aesthetically sensible materials. Non-hazardous MW can be managed and treated in analogue to municipal solid waste (MSW). In most of the European countries decentralised hospital incinerators have been, because of high operation costs and pollution problems, widely banned and replaced by pre-treatment technologies at the source and centralised incineration plants for hazardous MW. Information for adapting and further developing MW management solutions and treatment technologies in China and applying the most appropriate MWM practice is provided.  相似文献

This study involved the reuse of residues, including fly ash (FA) and bottom ash (BA), from municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration and reservoir sediment (RS) to make lightweight aggregates (LWAs) and to evaluate the effects of the incinerator type, material mixing ratio, and preparation conditions on the properties of the resulting aggregates. The MSW incineration ashes were mixed in three different ratios (65% BA + 15% FA, 70% BA + 10% FA, and 75% BA + 5% FA) with reservoir sediment and were sintered at temperatures of 950–1050?°C. The ash samples were obtained from an incineration plant equipped with fluidized-bed (FB) and mechanical-bed (MB) furnaces. The ash from the FB incinerator could be turned into LWAs at a relatively low temperature (1000?°C). Compressive strength measurements indicated that these aggregates were stronger than those manufactured using the ash from the MB incinerator. The BA and FA from the FB incinerator showed good chemical stabilities due to the operating conditions of the incinerator, suggesting that they are suitable for fabricating LWAs. Thus, the thermal synthesis of LWAs from mixtures of incineration residue and RS is a highly effective method for the recycling/disposal of MSW incinerator ash.  相似文献

垃圾焚烧炉渣是一种活性材料,在其储存、预处理及应用等过程与雨水频繁接触时,炉渣中重金属随着水域环境发生迁移和浸出现象。本研究采用连续柱淋滤试验装置模拟自然降雨,开展了0~5mm和5~10mm焚烧炉渣的动态淋滤毒性浸出分析,重点研究了pH和降雨强度对Cu2+和Zn2+的浸出影响。结果表明,动态淋滤过程中,淋滤液pH变化对Cu2+和Zn2+的浸出水平影响显著,且在酸性较强淋滤液作用下Cu2+浸出水平比Zn2+更强,与Ⅴ类地表水环境浓度限值对比,在整个淋滤时间内Cu2+浸出浓度严重超标,在炉渣工程应用时需预防相关的环境风险;原生炉渣粒径大小与重金属浸出水平无直接相关性,但是0~5mm细炉渣中可浸出Zn2+含量更高,这与细颗粒物中Zn赋存形态和可溶出态含量较高有关;淋滤强度对重金属浸出水平影响主要反应了动态淋滤过程液固比和水分运移速率情况,当较低淋滤强度时具有低液固比,溶出液中重金属含量较高。  相似文献

This study measures the neutralizing capacity of bottom ash from municipal solid waste incineration of different particle sizes. We examine the effect of particle size on the weathering process, a method popularly used for stabilization of heavy metals in incineration of bottom ash. The distribution of particle sizes in municipal solid waste incineration bottom ash is rather broad, ranging from fine powder to as large as 40 mm in diameter. Although considered a by-product highly suitable as a road construction material, the high level of heavy metal leaching is an obstacle to its reuse. Weathering, a method used to reduce heavy metal leaching, is a lengthy process taking over thee months to complete. The chief reaction involved in weathering is carbonation occurring between Ca(OH)2 in bottom ash and CO2(g) in the atmosphere. During this process, CaCO3 is produced, causing the pH level to drop from over 12 to about 8.2 and reducing heavy metal leaching. In this paper, we attempt to determine the particle size best suited for reducing the period required for weathering bottom ash by identifying characteristics of different particle sizes that affect heavy metal leaching and neutralization.  相似文献

焚烧是我国处理城市生活垃圾的重要方式,能够实现城市生活垃圾的减量化、无害化和资源化利用。由于城市生活垃圾水分高、盐分多、热值低,导致垃圾焚烧炉普遍面临严重的积灰问题,这不仅为垃圾焚烧炉的安全运行带来隐患,还严重影响垃圾焚烧发电厂的经济效益。本文综述了垃圾焚烧炉受热面积灰生长的研究现状,介绍了垃圾焚烧炉受热面积灰生长的机理,分析了飞灰粒径、烟气流速、烟气温度、换热面温度等对垃圾焚烧炉受热面积灰生长特性产生影响的因素。在燃煤锅炉和生物质炉积灰结渣的现有积灰模型基础上,需要结合垃圾炉的积灰实验数据发展可以预测垃圾焚烧炉积灰结渣问题的模型。针对垃圾焚烧炉受热面积灰严重的现象,本文提出了设备改进、工艺优化、使用添加剂和涂层技术抑制积灰生长的一系列方法。最后总结了当前的重点研究内容,提出了建立能够准确预测垃圾焚烧炉积灰生长的模型,开发新的有效减轻垃圾焚烧炉换热面积灰的涂层等今后开展研究的方向,为垃圾焚烧电厂的合理运行提供了参考建议。  相似文献

With a view of reducing the quantities to be landfilled, the Solvay Company has been working on the development of a new physicochemical treatment for municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ashes: the Revasol process. This process allows reducing the soluble fraction, fixing heavy metals and eliminating dioxins. This article reports on the characteristics of a treated ash and on its use in concrete. For the latter point, three characteristics were chosen: the compressive strength and the durability of the hardened concrete and its behavior to leaching. From mechanical and durable points of view, the ash incorporated in the concrete behaves like ordinary sand. The leaching tests carried out on the concrete confirm that the process makes it possible to obtain materials without major risks for the environment. Also, these results as a whole suggest that the use of waste in concrete constitutes a potential means of adding value.  相似文献

Glass-ceramics have been prepared from air pollution control residues (fly ash) of a municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) plant in southern China. The use of additives was investigated in order to decrease the melting temperature of the waste and thus to reduce the costs of production of glass-ceramics from the vitrified waste. Results showed that the melting temperature can be decreased significantly from 1500 to 1200 °C, which was achieved by combining the MSWI fly ash with silica sand powder and a Fe2O3-rich and CaO-rich iron slag to form a glass in the SiO2-CaO-Al2O3-Fe2O3 quaternary phase system. Sodium carbonate and borax were used as fluxing agents and TiO2 of chemical grade was added as a nucleation agent. The main crystalline phase in both high and low melting temperature glass-ceramics was found to be diopside (Fe-bearing), and the microstructure exhibited the presence of fine crystals of size in the range 100-200 nm which developed at crystallization temperatures in the range 800-900 °C for 1-2 h. The leaching behaviour of the glass-ceramic materials was tested, and it was found to be lower than that of a cement-stabilized body that was fabricated using the same waste for comparison. The results demonstrate the feasibility of reusing MSWI fly ash for glass-ceramic production at relatively low melting temperature, e.g. in a less energy-intensive process, as a viable approach for tackling the problem of hazardous MSWI residues.  相似文献

In this paper, the authors reported the coleaching behavior of lead of incineration ash waste mixtures, i.e., fabric filter residues [called fly ash (FA)] and semidry scrubber residues [called reaction product (RP)]. The leaching potential of lead metal of those mixtures was estimated by toxicity characteristic leaching procedure (TCLP) with acidic extractant. And it was found to be under the controls of dissolution rate and interparticulate interactions. The author has developed a linear regression equation to fit the coleaching behavior well, the equation is basing on the chemical compositions of (RP/FA) mixtures. The impact of this study is that the leaching toxicity of mixture could be reduced to be nonhazardous, just only to adjust the mixing ratio of these two ash wastes. And the authors are able to use these ash wastes for wider recycling applications without any intermediate stabilization treatment.  相似文献

随着社会经济的发展和垃圾焚烧的应用,产生了大量属于危险废物的垃圾焚烧飞灰。其无害化处理技术的研发变得日益迫切,而水热处理技术是最具潜力的垃圾焚烧飞灰无害化技术之一。本文综述了水热法处理垃圾焚烧飞灰稳定重金属的研究进展。首先阐述了垃圾焚烧飞灰的理化性质;然后系统介绍了针对垃圾焚烧飞灰的水热处理方法,将其细分为传统水热法、添加剂辅助水热法和微波水热法,并分别总结了各类水热处理方法影响重金属稳定效果的因素,包括反应时间和温度、碱性激发剂及其浓度、液固比等;最后探讨了水热法稳定垃圾焚烧飞灰中重金属技术的优化途径,为后续的研究提供了研究思路,其中探究水热过程中硅铝酸盐矿物的合成及其稳定重金属机理极具发展潜力。  相似文献

针对垃圾焚烧飞灰化学组成上的特点,进行了利用垃圾焚烧飞灰烧制水泥熟料的探索研究,通过试验研究了其对水泥生料的易烧性、烧制的水泥熟料的力学性能和水化速率等的影响规律。研究结果表明,垃圾焚烧飞灰可以用作水泥原料从而有效地降低其处置成本,减少其对环境造成的二次污染,硬化水泥浆体水化28d时各重金属浸出量低于鉴别标准规定的指标,是一种有待开发的潜在的水泥原料资源。  相似文献

The aim of this article is to investigate the removal of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) by sorbent injection from the flue gas during municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration. For this purpose, the incineration tests of MSW were performed in a fluidized bed incinerator and the influence of sorbent on PAHs was studied. The samples analyzed were taken from the raw MSW, the flue gas, the fly ash, and the bottom ash. The 16 PAHs specified by the U.S. EPA were analyzed by a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results obtained show that there were a few PAHs in the raw MSW and the bottom ash. The total PAHs in the fly ash and the flue gas were dominated by 3- to 5-ring PAHs and 2- to 4-ring PAHs, respectively. The removal efficiency of PAHs increased with the rise of activated carbon, and the removal efficiency of PAHs by kaoline was better than activated carbon and activated bauxite. PAHs could be effectively removed by sorbent injection from the flue gas during the MSW incineration.  相似文献

The solid phase decomposition during pyrolysis of municipal solid waste (MSW) and refuse-derived fuels (RDF) is modelled on particle scale accounting for heat and mass transfer. Waste pyrolysis is expressed as a linear combination of pyrolysis of its components. The novel characterization method used expresses waste composition in terms of three reference species. The selected species are a mixture of cellulose and hemicellulose, a mixture of polystyrene and polyethylene terephthalate, and a mixture of polyethylene and polypropylene. The pyrolysis kinetics models for these components are taken from the literature. The fractions of the components in the mixtures are optimized to fit the model to non-isothermal mass loss curves from selected experimental reports. The particle scale model has been evaluated against experimental transient temperature profiles at the centre of a large waste pellet during pyrolysis. The model is able to predict the main trend, but shows a more fluctuating temperature curve.  相似文献

Combustion residues generated from different incineration processes create major environmental problems because these materials contain high amounts of toxic substances. In this communication, we report the leaching behaviours of three residues along with their mineralogical compositions. Column leaching experiments at two different pH values were conducted to study the leaching behaviours. Leachants were analyzed to determine the pH, the concentrations of some toxic elements like Pb, Cr, As, Cd, Se, B, Mo and the volume of leachants passing through the columns. Raw and some treated residues were also characterized by XRD and SEM-EPMA techniques. We found that the concentrations of some toxic elements present in the residues as well as in the leachant fractions collected at different time intervals after leaching were very high. The amounts of soluble salts and toxic elements in the municipal solid waste incinerator (MSWI) ash were higher than those in the other two residues. The order of alkalinities of the three residues was: fly ash (FA)>MSWI ash>sewage sludge ash (SS ash). The final pH of the leachant was related to the volume of leachant passing through the column. Some leachant properties were related to the mineralogical compositions of the residues and to the secondary minerals formed during the leaching period.  相似文献
