为提高采煤机关键零件建模与有限元分析效率,降低对用户软件操作水平的要求,在Visual Studio 2012集成编译环境下,利用NX二次开发工具开发了采煤机关键零件参数化建模与分析系统。该系统将用户输入参数和应用程序中接口函数相关联,以尺寸驱动的方法,通过修改参数表达式,实现采煤机关键零件参数化建模;借助Journal日志工具,通过获取NX NASTRAN接口函数实现参数化有限元分析。实例验证了该系统的有效性。  相似文献

该文论述了在微机上开发的一个机器人仿真系统。系统选用AutoCAD二次开发工具之一——VBA语言进行编程。应用了ActiveX技术,提出了在开发机器人仿真系统中,将MATLAB语言的矩阵运算功能与AutoCAD的图形功能相互结合来补充其不足的新方法,并利用实例进行了验证。  相似文献

Input shaping is a well-established technique used for reducing the vibratory response of dynamic systems. Analytical tools are available for systems utilizing input shaping. These tools aid in performance analysis by providing intuitive and computationally simple methods for determining key system attributes, such as the residual vibration in response to a command. This paper describes methods whereby arbitrary reference commands may be interpreted as input-shaped commands. This capability allows input shaping analysis tools to be used on systems without input shapers. Experimental results obtained from an industrial 10-ton bridge crane validate the theoretical developments.  相似文献

为方便铁路企业调度人员实现铁路行车的模拟仿真,开发了铁路运输仿真控制系统;为了便于升级与维护,仿真控制系统硬件电路均采用模块化设计,并基于串口技术实现了控制系统主机与上位机、主机与从机之间数据通讯,提供了二次开发接口;针对调度中信号灯和道岔控制指令繁琐复杂的特征,提出了模拟仿真控制算法;系统功能测试结果表明,该系统操作方便,运行可靠,能够实时模拟各种条件下的行车调度,仿真程度高。  相似文献

In metal cutting processes, an effective monitoring system, based on a suitably developed scheme or set of algorithms can maintain machine tools in good condition and delay the occurrence of tool wear. In this paper, an approach is developed for fault detection based on a distributed system. Firstly, identifying of sensor instrumentation system is responsible for the signal processing and the system fault information. Secondly, the sensor wireless networks are used to transmit the data (lower layer) to or receive the commands from the computer center (top layer). Thirdly, the computer center at the top layer will monitor the overall system and generate the alarm signals or the commands when the faults occur.  相似文献

The BACC software provides its users with tools for Bayesian Analysis,Computation and Communications. The current version of the software, describedhere, implements these tools as extensions to popular mathematicalapplications such as Matlab, S-PLUS, R, and Gauss, running under Windows,Linux or Unix. From the user's perspective, there is a seamless integrationof special-purpose BACC commands for posterior simulation and related taskswith powerful built-in commands for matrix computation, graphics, program flowcontrol, and I/O. Examples demonstrate the use of the software within Matlab.Nineteen models are currently available, and many others are planned. BACC isdesigned to be extendible, not only by the developers of BACC, but also byothers who wish to implement their own models and thus make them available toBACC users. 研究和开发概念设计的CAD工具已经成为当今的热点,由于概念设计是一个不断决策的过程,而数据仓库和OLAP(OnLineAnalyticalProcessing)技术是开发决策支持系统的重要技术,因而笔者建立了一个数据仓库系统用以辅助概念设计决策,称该数据仓库系统为SCDDWS。文章首先介绍该仓库系统中所提供的数据操作命令。其中,除已有的5种OLAP典型操作外,又提出了两个新的数据操作命令,使得用户能够方便和高效地获得所需的数据。然后介绍一种改进的优化算法,它用来建立和保存一些多维联合的链接以便得到较高的查询效率。  相似文献

Simulation and teleoperation tools offer many advantages for the training or learning of technological subjects, such as flexibility in time‐tables and student access to expensive and limited equipment. In this paper, we present a new system for simulating and tele‐operating robot arms through the Internet, which allows many users to simulate and test positioning commands for a robot by means of a virtual environment, as well as execute the validated commands in a real remote robot of the same characteristics. The tension between rule and judgment is well known with respect to the meaning of substantive legal commands. The same conflict is present in fact finding. The law penetrates to virtually all aspects of human affairs; irtually any interaction can generate a legal conflict. Accurate fact finding about such disputes is a necessary condition for the appropriate application of substantive legal commands. Without accuracy in fact finding, the law is unpredictable, and thus individuals cannot efficiently accommodate their affairs to its commands. The need for accuracy and predictability in legal fact finding has generated a search for formal tools to apply to the task. Among the tools that have been examined are Bayes' Theorem and expected utility theory (Bayesian or statistical decision theory). These tools do not map well onto trials, which in turn has generated an examination of alternative approaches, in particular the story model and the relative plausibility theory. This paper discusses these issues in turn. It elaborates the basic structure of trials in the American tradition; examines the uneasy relationship between trials and such formalisms as Bayes' Theorem and expected utility theory; and introduces the relative plausibility theory as an explanation of the nature of juridical proof.  相似文献
