针对航天型号研制体系中参研厂所质量绩效的评价问题展开研究,提出了将平衡计分卡与数据包络分析相结合的质量绩效评价方法.首先,基于平衡计分卡思想从财务、顾客、内部业务过程、学习和成长4个维度构建了与航天型号研制体系相适应的质量绩效评价指标体系.在此基础上,利用数据包络分析法,从各维度对企业进行局部绩效评价与分析,指出存在的不足与改进方向.然后,在局部评价的基础上,采用线性加权法对企业进行总体质量绩效评价.最后,以航天某企业为例验证了该质量绩效评价方法的有效性.  相似文献

该研究从第三方物流企业的服务性行业性质出发,在供应链的环境中考察不同顾客对物流绩效的不同需求,提出绩效管理必须以顾客满意为导向的关键绩效管理(CTP)思想.第三方物流企业以顾客满意为导向的关键绩效管理,从顾客满意度出发,通过分析物流企业的关键业务流程,研究影响顾客满意度的企业内部因素,指出物流质量、成本、周期以及系统柔性是影响顾客满意度的四个关键因素,并由此四个维度总结出第三方物流企业的关键绩效指标及绩效评价函数.最后,通过对第三方汽车物流企业的实证研究进一步说明以顾客满意为导向的绩效管理方法的实际应用.  相似文献

本文介绍了有机涂层/金属体系性能与失效过程的研究和评价方法。电化学方法中电化学阻抗谱(EIS)技术是目前最主要的研究方法之一,同时一些新的技术(如局部电化学阻抗(LEIS)、扫描Kelvin探针(SKP)技术等)正在成为研究涂层体系性能的重要手段。一些非电化学方法的使用对研究和评价涂层性能与失效过程起到了补充的作用。除此,本文还简要介绍了涂层中水传输研究的两种模型,以期对水传输机理的认识得到更深入的了解。  相似文献

This paper investigates the benefits of integrating advance demand information (ADI) with Kanban-based pull production and inventory control systems (PICS). Predicting the impact of several PICS design parameters such as Kanban card limits, base stock levels, demand information lead times, and the quality of ADI on performance measures such as throughput, inventory holding costs and customer service levels, presents a complex yet important problem. Since efficient analytical models for performance evaluation studies of these systems are unavailable, simulation experiments are used for the study. The study shows that in many situations, integrating ADI with Kanban-based pull systems provides opportunities for efficiencies that might be significantly greater than that available using pull systems alone. Further, the study also investigates the performance sensitivity of these systems to the quality of information shared and information asymmetry.  相似文献

Queueing theory is commonly used to evaluate the performance of production systems. Due to the complexity of practical production lines, choosing correct queueing models under the existence of interruptions can be intricate, but is critical to the evaluation of system performance. This paper gives a review of research in this area, proposes a systematic way to classify different types of interruptions in manufacturing systems and suggests proper queueing models for each category. The operational definition of service time is given and the decomposition properties for the run-based state-induced and time-based preemptive events are explained. 为解决液体火箭发动机地面试验测量系统可靠性评定信息不全面的问题,对影响液体火箭发动机地面试验测量系统评定的因素进行分析。首先,将性能可靠性指标和功能可靠性指标作为测量系统可靠性的衡量标准,给出了液体火箭发动机地面试验测量系统可靠性的定义。然后,将测量系统不确定度作为性能可靠性指标纳入测量系统可靠度评定体系,建立测量不确定度与经典可靠性之间的联系;将分系统单元失效次数作为功能可靠性的评价指标,制定融合多源可靠性信息的系统可靠性评定策略。之后,阐述了可靠性数据收集、可靠性信息转换、可靠性信息综合、金字塔式系统可靠性评定和基于专家线性加权的可靠性评定的原理及实现方法。最后,以某型号液体火箭发动机地面试验测量系统为例,评定测量系统的可靠性,结果显示融合多源可靠性信息的金字塔式综合评定法能够准确分析液体火箭发动机地面试验测量系统可靠性,基于专家线性加权信息融合评定方法能够定位系统中的重点关注对象,查找薄弱环节。研究成果为行业内技术人员研究、评定测量系统可靠性提供了新的思路和方法,对于提高型号产品质量、测量数据质量和系统可靠性具有重要意义。  相似文献

Since information changes one's mind and probability assessments reflect one's degree of beliefs, a reliability prediction model should enclose all relevant information. Almost always ignored in existing reliability models is the dependence on component life lengths, induced by a common but unknown environment. Furthermore, existing models seldom permit learning from components' performance in similar systems, under the knowledge of non-identical operating environments. In an earlier paper by the present authors the first type of aspects were taken into account and in this paper that model is generalised so that failure data generated from several similar systems in non-identical environments may be used for the prediction of any similar system in its specific environment.  相似文献

This paper investigates the effect of different buffering strategies on the performance of production line systems. Three models of different buffering strategies are studied. Each buffering strategy represents a different degree or flexibility of the storage buffers in the system. We first prove the analytical result that system throughput increases with the degree of flexibility for the three models in this study. Simulation results are then presented to compare the performance of the three models under different system configurations. The results provide useful information for evaluating different design alternatives for a production line.  相似文献

Nowadays selection of an optimal robot has become a challenging task for manufacturers with the increment of production demands and availability of more different robot models. Robot selection for a particular industrial application can be viewed as a complicated multi-criteria decision-making problem which requires consideration of a number of alternative robots and conflicting subjective and objective criteria. Furthermore, decision-makers tend to use multigranularity linguistic term sets to express their assessments on the subjective criteria, and there usually exists uncertain and incomplete assessment information. In this paper, an interval 2-tuple linguistic TOPSIS (ITL-TOPSIS) method is proposed to handle the robot selection problem under uncertain and incomplete information environment. This method considers both subjective judgements and objective information in real-life applications, and models the uncertainty and diversity of decision-makers’ assessments using interval 2-tuple linguistic variables. An example is cited for demonstrating the feasibility and practicability of the proposed method, and results show that the ITL-TOPSIS is an effective decision-making tool for robot evaluation and selection with uncertain and incomplete information.  相似文献

A human-machine interface (HMI) evaluation method, which is named “difficulty evaluation method in information searching (DEMIS)”, is proposed and demonstrated with an experimental study. The DEMIS is based on a human performance model and two measures of attentional-resource effectiveness in monitoring and detection tasks in nuclear power plants (NPPs). Operator competence and HMI design are modeled to be most significant factors to human performance. One of the two effectiveness measures is fixation-to-importance ratio (FIR) which represents attentional resource (eye fixations) spent on an information source compared to importance of the information source. The other measure is selective attention effectiveness (SAE) which incorporates FIRs for all information sources. The underlying principle of the measures is that the information source should be selectively attended to according to its informational importance. In this study, poor performance in information searching tasks is modeled to be coupled with difficulties caused by poor mental models of operators or/and poor HMI design. Human performance in information searching tasks is evaluated by analyzing the FIR and the SAE. Operator mental models are evaluated by a questionnaire-based method. Then difficulties caused by a poor HMI design are evaluated by a focused interview based on the FIR evaluation and then root causes leading to poor performance are identified in a systematic way.  相似文献

The fault-tolerant multiprocessor (ftmp) is a bus-based multiprocessor architecture with real-time and fault-tolerance features and is used in critical aerospace applications. A preliminary performance evaluation is of crucial importance in the design of such systems. In this paper, we review stochastic Petri nets (spn) and developspn-based performance models forftmp.
