通过胀形试验和以沟槽法为基础获取普通板料渐进成形极限图的方法,分别获取TRIP590板料的传统成形极限图和渐进成形极限图。为了直观地比较TRIP590板料在不同成形方式中具有的成形性能以及验证获取的渐进成形极限图是否满足于TRIP590板料成形,设置了变角度圆锥台和变角度方盒进行验证。两组试验证明:TRIP590板料在渐进成形中的成形性能远强于传统成形,并且获取的线性方程为ε2=0.525 4ε1+0.989 1的渐进成形极限图也适用于TRIP590板料的成形。  相似文献

A lubricant carrier for metal forming processes is developed. Surfaces with pores of micrometer size for entrapping lubricant are generated by electrochemical deposition of an alloy, consisting of two immiscible metals, of which one metal subsequently is etched away leaving 5 μm layers with a sponge-like structure. The pores will act as lubricant reservoirs during severe forming processes. The deposited microporous layer is evaluated by friction tests in the form of ring compression tests and double cup extrusion tests. Furthermore the anti-seizure properties are investigated by single cup extrusion at high reduction and excessive stroke comparing with conventionally lubrication using phosphate coating and soap.  相似文献

Accounting for the increase of wear in metal forming tools, it is eminent to have detailed information about the tool lifetime already during the tool design. With the wear simulation tool REDSY—developed at the Institute of Metal Forming and Casting—tool wear can be simulated qualitatively and quantitatively for sheet metal forming processes. The calculations are based on Archard’s wear model, a model using contact mechanics to describe the wear behavior. In this project, a new approach to determine the wear coefficient has been developed using a simple cylindrical cup deep drawing experiment for the wear measurements. Several tool and sheet material combinations were analyzed using a five-stage progressive die tool in a precision automatic punching press in order to achieve a high wear volume in a short period of time. The wear coefficient for the respective material combination could be determined combining the experimental results with simulation. This method is verified by comparing the wear simulation results with actual measurements. Friction aided deep drawing using a polyurethane ring as a pressure medium has been analyzed by the slab and the energy methods to understand the main features of the process and to find the optimum conditions to achieve successful drawing. The effect of an auxiliary metal punch on the stress distribution of the deformed blank and the increase in height of the drawn cup is also discussed. From these studies, the reason why the unusual circumferential crack occurs at the flange of the deformed blank has been clarified, based on the radial stress distribution of the deformed blank. A process parameter, which denotes the drawing characteristics of the friction aided deep drawing, has been proposed. In addition, the drawing region diagram has been presented to facilitate the drawing pressure control with the progress of the drawing process. It is shown that the successful drawing region is narrow at the early stage of drawing, although it becomes wide as the drawing proceeds. Therefore, in the early stage of drawing, special care should be paid to the drawing pressure control to avoid the flange crack.  相似文献

A new contact judgement method for sheet metal forming simulation is proposed. The method can overcome miss-judgement and error-judgement, and improve numerical stability and computational accuracy effectively. Based on the proposed contact judgement method, a static–implicit FE code is developed. Some typical sheet metal forming processes and the benchmark of NUMISHEET’93 are simulated, and satisfactory results being obtained.  相似文献

基于UGS NX环境开发出了新一代板料成形快速仿真系统FASTAMP-NX,该系统完全集成于NX环境,避免了数据转换带来的数据损失,充分利用了NX参数化特征建模的优势,实现了真正意义上的CAD/CAE无缝集成.系统求解器基于BT壳单元模型和改进的动力显式有限元算法,计算速度较同类商业求解器提高1.5倍以上.可应用于工艺设计和模具设计阶段,协助设计人员在统一的NX环境下快速分析与校核设计方案,大大提高了设计与分析的效率,使模具设计"当天工程"成为可能.  相似文献

以汽车前门窗框加强板为研究对象,利用Dynaform软件对加强板的拉延成形进行数值模拟。通过模拟产品在设置不同压边力数值及有无拉延筋情况下成形性能,预测板料成形中可能出现如起皱、拉裂、变薄、回弹等缺陷。通过模拟结果的研究分析,确定汽车前门窗框加强板成形所需工艺过程和技术参数,为实际产品冲压成形提供科学依据。  相似文献

文章利用人工神经网络技术,建立了板料拉深成形工艺参数和性能评价指标之间的映射关系,为各参数的研究和优化提供了重要参考;详细分析了其中的几项关键技术:拉延筋的描述、性能评价指标的建立和正交实验法确定训练样本。最后,对某翼子板进行拉深成形建模,通过对训练后的网络进行测试,网络误差小于5%,验证了所建网络模型的正确性和实用性,为工艺优化奠定了基础。  相似文献

基于SolidWorks平台,开发了板料成形同步模拟系统StampingWorks/Forming Analysis Xpert(SW-FAX)。采用SolidWorks软件的参数化造型技术,在冲压成形工艺中引入CAE驱动设计思想,基于三角面片的参数化工具网格模型,实现了坯料网格与工具网格的参数化关联、工艺参数之间的参数化关联和设计模型与分析模型的参数化关联,保证了产品设计、工艺设计与成形模拟模型同步更新,实现了参数化的CAE分析和真正意义上的CAD/CAE无缝集成。该系统通过建立统一的设计与模拟模型,避免了传统CAE软件与CAD平台之间模型数据交换所引起的曲面丢失和精度损失。通过某企业生产的烤箱上盖的成形模拟的参数化应用,以及模拟结果与实验结果的对比,验证了系统的实用性和准确性。  相似文献

Increasing focus on environmental issues in industrial production has urged sheet stamping companies to look for new tribo-systems in order to substitute hazardous lubricants such as chlorinated paraffin oils. Production testing of new lubricants is, however, costly and makes industry reluctant towards testing alternative solutions. The present paper presents a methodology for off-line testing of new tribo-systems based on numerical modelling of production process as well as laboratory test to adjust the latter combined with testing of selected tribo-systems on a new automatic sheet-tribo-tester emulating typical sheet forming production processes. Final testing of the tribo-systems in production verifies the methodology.  相似文献

板料冲压中的回弹误差可以通过修正模具形状得到解决。基于冲压及回弹数值模拟,以控制系统、傅立叶变换及传递函数为理论基础,提出了一种模具回弹补偿的修正算法并开发了springbackcom系统。该方法通过两组小量变化的模具及其数值模拟得到回弹前后冲压件,建立模具形状传递函数,修正模具形状。利用此方法对某车引擎盖冲压过程进行了数值模拟及回弹补偿的实例验证,分析结果证明此回弹补偿方法是有效的,具有工程实用价值。  相似文献

A new rotary forming process used to thicken the rim of a disc-like part was proposed. The paper details the results, design and manufacture of the corresponding apparatus. The center point of a ring roller moves around the axis of a stationary work-piece in a plane spiral locus, like a rounding hula hoop. Thereby, the rim of stationary work-piece is rolled and thickened. A design rule for the rotary thickening process of the disc-like part was proposed, and a formula for calculating the feeding force of the roller was deduced. Both the design rule and the formula were verified by the results of experiment and finite element simulation. The forming and flow law during the thickening process were also illustrated.  相似文献
