汽车黑匣子是实时采集并记录汽车行驶状态的电子仪器,作用是保证行车安全和为道路交通事故责任分析提供信息,但汽车黑匣子工作环境恶劣,外界干扰大,需具有较强抗干扰能力才能正常工作。本文通过对汽车黑匣子所受干扰种类、作用部位及影响进行分析,从汽车黑匣子硬件和软件两个方面提出了各种抗干扰措施,能有效提高汽车黑匣子工作可靠性。  相似文献

We report on improvements of the dc-SQUID instrumentation developed to study superheating-supercooling transitions of thin-film indium dots. In previous measurements on ordered arrays of dots with diameters larger than 100µm the flip signal of an individual dot in perpendicular magnetic field has been detected. In order to use these dots as superheated superconducting detectors it is necessary to reduce the dot diameter to lower the energy threshold and to avoid intermediate states. For these reasons, our effort has been to develop small and thick dots with diameter down to10 µm and thickness up to3.5 µm. At the same time the coupling with the dc-SQUID readout was improved using a thin-film niobium pickup coil integrated on the same chip containing the dots. Phase transitions of individual dots were observed. The superheating phase transition spread in temperature of the samples was about 0.15 %.  相似文献

为了实现对无源端口网络的导纳进行自动测量,根据虚拟仪器设计思想,设计实现了基于FPGA的网络导纳测量仪,系统以FPGA作为数字平台模拟产生优质的正弦信号,在单片机C8051的控制和处理下,自动实现端口网络(RL或者RC电路)导纳值的测量、计算、显示,同时具有频率步进测量功能。实验表明,该导纳测量仪性能稳定、操作简单、测量精度高,具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

同步环是汽车变速箱的关键零件,同步环漏装会产生传动轴打齿现象,严重影响汽车的安全性能和使用寿命。采用机器视觉技术对同步环装配与否进行检测,是一种高效准确的在线检测方法。由于在生产线上水平运动的同步环和静止的摄像机之间存在相对运动,因此摄像机采集的图像模糊不清。针对运动模糊图像的复原算法进行了研究,分析了其退化的原因,建立了图像复原的数学模型,并根据图像复原的数学模型对运动模糊图像进行了图像复原处理,为后续图像处理做好了前期准备,并取得了令人满意的效果。  相似文献

为实现对汽车底盘大梁上装配孔孔径和孔位尺寸的自动测量,设计基于伺服定位技术的视觉测量系统.基于大梁CAD设计图上装配孔的分布特征,划分目标图像采集区域,提取拍摄单帧图像时相机的位置坐标,并以该坐标值控制伺服电机运动和启停,触发相机采集目标图像;同时,伺服电机编码器反馈位置坐标给驱动器,为图像测量提供位置基准,对单帧图像上装配孔的圆心坐标进行归一化处理,从而实现对整个大梁尺寸的自动测量.实验结果表明:该系统对大梁装配孔的孔径尺寸测量误差约0.30 mm、孔位尺寸测量误差<0.90 mm,能够实现汽车大梁关键尺寸非接触、全自动测量.  相似文献

This paper examines the hypothesis that appropriate materials substitution in the UK motor industry could reduce the Nations dependance on imported raw materials. It is believed that most of the findings apply to all Western European countries involved in the mass production of automobiles and also Japan. Current trends in materials substitution in the typical mass produced automobile are governed by legislation and cost and have resulted in some replacement of steel by plastics. This trend is expected to continue but only at an evolutionary pace. Hence although plastics are derived from indigenous raw materials (crude oil) and metals must be imported or obtained from secondary sources, the impact on the balance of imported to indigenous materials will be small.If greater fuel economy were to become mandatory the need to reduce weight in vehicles would increase the attraction of plastics based materials for large body parts. However with existing plastics processing technology production rates would be slower and vehicles consequently much more expensive.  相似文献

The role that SAW (surface-acoustic-wave) resonators have come to play in high-performance test instrumentation is reviewed. The contributions made by SAW resonators in a number of Hewlett-Packard (HP) instrument applications are detailed. SAW-controlled oscillators are now the preferred design for precision frequency-control applications in the frequency range 200 MHz-1 GHz. This paper focuses on the use of possibility theory and of fuzzy subset theory to deal with the uncertainty of the measurements handled in instrumentation systems. Methods are described for building fuzzy subsets from numerical data coming from imprecise “physical” sensors on the one hand, and handling approximate estimations provided by “human” sensors on the other hand. The propagation of the fuzzy representation of acquired measures in further treatments, such as those involved in performance indicators aimed at controlling manufacturing production, is also considered  相似文献
