被称为“万能溶剂”的DMF,在国内需求主要集中在PU浆料、腈纶、制药及其他行业,近几年来,由于PU浆料、医药和染料行业均出现稳步增长的良好态势,腈纶行业需求基本保持稳定,从而导致我国DMF的需求增长率自2001年以来基本保持在20%以上的增速。当前国际DMF产业有向我国转移的趋势,因此,我国DMF在未来的出口量有望得到增长,国内厂商也将获得持续成长期。 相似文献

以自制纳米铋掺杂二氧化锡(nano-BTO)分散浆料和水性聚氨酯(PU)为原料,采用共混法制备nano-BTO/水性聚氨酯杂合材料。运用zeta电位仪、激光粒度仪和TEM等研究了nano-BTO的zeta电位分布及其分散。结果表明,nano-BTO浆料的等电点在pH=6附近;采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550和高分子分散剂DP-518对nano-BTO粉体进行分散处理可获得良好分散性的水性浆料。采用紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计和自制的隔热测试装置等研究了nano-BTO/氨酯杂合材料的力学性能、光学性能和热学性能。结果表明,当nano-BTO含量为1.0%时,涂膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别达到了9.23 MPa、223%,可见光透射率约为70%,其隔热效果同比纯PU膜可降温达8℃以上。 相似文献

Polyurethane (PU) composite films containing UiO‐66 were prepared for the decontamination of methyl paraoxon (MPO), an organophosphate‐type nerve agent simulant. Waterborne PU dispersions were synthesized by changing the type of polyol to improve the miscibility with UiO‐66. Depending on the size of the polyol, the PU films had different surface free energy, flexibility and compatibility with UiO‐66. UiO‐66 was well dispersed in PU films when the flexibility of the films increased. The tensile strength of the UiO‐66/PU composite films gradually increased from 7.5 to 11.3 MPa with increasing UiO‐66 content, but the elongation decreased from 781 to 120%. The decomposition of MPO by the UiO‐66/PU composite films increased with an increase of the UiO‐66 content and hydrolysis time. In the case of the 21.2 wt% UiO‐66/PU composite film, 48% of MPO was decomposed within 3 h. This was similar to the decomposition when using a UiO‐66 slurry (52%) under the same decomposition conditions. Unlike the UiO‐66 slurry, the 21.2 wt% UiO‐66/PU composite film maintained a similar MPO decomposition performance after 10 repeated experiments. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry 相似文献

将不同掺量聚氨酯(PU)加入泡沫混凝土(FC),研究聚氨酯填充型泡沫混凝土(FC/PU)复合材料的性能。结果表明:随着PU掺量的增加,FC/PU复合材料的导热系数不断降低,阻燃性能变差。PU掺量为0~4%时,随着PU掺量的增加,FC/PU复合材料的浆体黏度逐渐降低,气孔特性变好,抗压强度不断增大。PU掺量超过4%时,FC/PU复合材料黏度开始增大,气孔特性变差,抗压强度逐渐降低。PU掺量为4%时,FC/PU复合材料的综合性能最优,与未掺入PU相比,黏度降低62.7%,气孔特性较好,抗压强度提高75.0%,导热系数降低18.7%,阻燃性能仍能达到A1级。 相似文献

This paper reports the characteristics and performance evaluation of a pressed plastic bonded explosive (PBX) composition based on hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane (HNIW, CL‐20) and polyurethane (PU) in comparison with PU‐coated cyclotetramethylene tetranitramine (HMX). PU‐coated compositions were prepared by slurry method. The processed CL‐20‐based composition exhibited a relatively higher sensitivity compared to that of the HMX composition. The measured velocity of detonation (VOD) of the CL‐20‐based composition was found to be higher than predicted. A theoretical approach was applied to assess the penetration capability of the CL‐20 formulation. Shaped charges of 32 mm caliber were prepared and penetration experiments were carried out at 37 mm standoff distance on mild steel blocks. The results established high penetration capability of CL‐20‐based formulation. An attempt was made to explain the trends obtained. 相似文献

Constructing high-performance air filters for high-temperature particulate matter (PM) removal is of great importance but remains challenging. Here we demonstrate the ceramic foam-based filters via polyurethane (PU) foaming using diatomite and kaolin powder as the starting materials. Diatomite was grafted by dodecanedioic acid (DA) to improve the dispersity in the PU slurry. The calcined products demonstrated a hierarchical pore structure with multiple well-controlled micron-sized window pores on the cell wall of the sub-micron bubble. The resulting products exhibited a high removal efficiency (96.3%) at a pressure drop of 33 Pa. This research showed that as-prepared ceramic foams can be potentially used as new high-temperature filters for high-temperature PM removal. 相似文献

Silicon carbide reticulated porous ceramics (SiC RPCs) were fabricated by polymer replica technique. The effects of nitride whisker template on the growth of mullite, the strut structure and mechanical properties of SiC RPCs were investigated. Prepolyurethane (PU) open-cell sponge was first coated by SiC slurry consisting of SiC, reactive Al2O3, microsilica and Si powder, then it was nitridized at 1400 °C in a flowing N2 atmosphere to prepare SiC preforms. Subsequently, these preforms were treated by vacuum infiltration of alumina slurry and fired at 1450 °C in air. The results showed that Si2N2O whiskers grew on the surface and in the matrix of SiC preforms after nitridation. The diameter of struts in SiC RPCs increased after vacuum infiltration process because alumina slurry was easily adhered by the surface nitride whiskers. In addition, such whiskers inside the strut of SiC preforms acted as the template to promote the growth of column-liked mullite in SiC RPCs. The mechanical properties and thermal shock resistance of SiC RPCs were greatly improved due to the special interfacial characteristics of multi-layered struts as well as better interlocked column-liked mullite in SiC skeleton. 相似文献
