氯化钠存在下溴化钠-十六烷基三甲基氯化铵体系浮选分离铂、钯、金的研究

研究了氯化钠存在下溴化钠-十六烷基三甲基氯化铵体系浮选分离铂、钯、金的方法及条件，在0．24mol·L^-1盐酸介质中，铂、钯、金浮选率为93．2％～98．0％，94．3％～97．6％，93．4％～99．0％，方法可用于从大量基体金属中分离铂、钯、金，对实际样品的分离分析结果与其他方法相符。提出了浮选是基于铂、钯、金溴络阴离子与阳离子表面活性物十六烷基三甲基氯化铵形成离子缔合物的机制。     

从低品位铜钼矿体中回收铜钼的浮选试验研究

文章通过对福建、内蒙古、河南某地三个低品位铜钼金属矿体的铜钼浮选试验研究,讨论了低品位铜钼金属矿体的铜钼浮选可选性。？昆合浮选较优先浮选指标好,从含Cu0．03％～O．44％,含MoO．039％～0．081％的给矿中得到含Mo34．82％～47．46％,含cu4．65％～18．42％,回收率分别为62．50％～81．47％和58．89％-82．03％的钼精矿和铜精矿。     

某钼铜硫多金属矿钼铜混合浮选分离研究

对某铜钼硫多金属矿进行了选矿试验。采用钼铜混合浮选再分离工艺流程,在原矿含 Mo 0．17％、Cu 0．137％、S 5．36％、Pb 0．067％的条件下,获得了含钼49．26％、钼回收率82．66％的钼精矿及含铜15．45％、铜回收率53．52％的铜精矿。实现了钼铜硫矿物与脉石及钼铜硫矿物之间的有效分离,获得了良好的技术指标。     

Q195-1低碳低硅钢的生产实践

介绍了Q195—1低碳低硅钢的生产工艺．分析了影响其成分的因素及控制措施,指出将终点钢水w(C)准确控制在0．04％～0．05％和保证成品中w(Si)≥0．05％是其成分控制的关键。通过钢包喂Si-Al-Ca-Ba线,可以增加钢中Ca和Ba含量、减少夹杂物含量以及改变夹杂物形态,改善钢的力学性能。

研究了氯化钠存在下溴离子-十六烷基三甲基氯化铵体系浮选分离金的方法及条件。在盐酸介质中，金（Ⅲ）浮选率为98．0％，与常见贱金属分离，并对浮选分离机理进行了探讨。     

采用闪速浮选提高金,铜的选矿回收率

本文分析了传统常规浮选金、铜矿物损失的原因，介绍了闪速浮选机的构造和提高金、铜浮选回收率的工作原理，指出闪速浮选是强化粗粒金、铜矿物早收，大幅度提高金回收率的有效工艺．对鸡笼山金铜矿，在磨矿分级回路中引入闪速浮选工艺，能提高金回收率５．１３％．铜精矿铜品位提高１．１１％．     

降低铁精粉中含硫量的试验

以307^#矿样为试样，分析了铁精粉含硫高的原因，研究了磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、捕收剂及活化剂用量等对浮选回收率的影响。结果表明，适当提高磨矿细度、选择弱酸条件下的浮选、适当增加黄药用量、采用硫酸铜作活化剂等，都促进了硫化矿的浮选，提高了浮选作业回收率。最佳浮选条件为磨矿细度不小于70％、黄药用量200～250g／t、硫酸铜用量200～300g／t。应用表明，铁精粉含硫量平均降低了0．2％～0．3％。     

多金属硫化矿的浮选

巴西帕尔梅鲁波里斯矿冶金研究中心对矿区开采的重有色金属铜、铅、锌硫化矿的浮选进行了研究。研究选用的浮选剂为：戊基黄原酸钾（捕收剂），松木油（发泡剂），硫化铜（混合活化剂），硅酸钠（硅抑制剂），氢氧化钠（用来调整PH值）。当浮选液的PH值为10，浮选液按吨矿加人戊基黄原酸钾200g、硫化铜200g时，可将含铜6．3％、铅0．61％、锌1．8％、硫4．0％以及含铜6．3％、铅3．6％、锌18．3％、硫34．2％的矿石，浮选得到含铜69．98％、铅42．61％、锌73．10％、硫61．73％的产品。多金属硫化矿的浮选…     

离子缔合物体系浮选分离镉(Ⅱ)的研究

文中研究了离子缔合物体系浮选分离镉（Ⅱ）的行为及条件。实验结果表明,当固体NaCl用量为1．0g．0．1mol／L KI溶液和0．01mol／L溴化十六烷基吡啶（CPB）的用量均为1．0ml时,Cd^2＋可形成不溶于水的离子缔合物（CPB）2（CdI4）而被定量浮选,而Zn^2＋、Ni^2＋、Mn^2＋、Co^2＋、Fe^2＋等离子在此条件下不被浮选,实现了Cd^2＋与这些离子的定量分离,并对合成水样中微量镉（Ⅱ）进行了定量浮选分离测定,结果满意。     

铜铅多金属混合矿石优先浮选工艺试验研究

某铜铅矿石含铜·0．96％,含铅1．04％,属于铜铅多金属混合矿石。对该矿石进行混合浮选,其浮选精矿的铜铅分离很困难。最终通过优先浮选铜一尾矿浮选铅的工艺流程,并采用组合药剂抑制铅,浮选闭路流程试验获得了较好的指标：铜精矿铜品位24．35％,含铅6．91％,铜回收率82．04％;铅精矿铅品位45．13％,含铜1．73％,铅回收率68．54％。
