为使学生在无须接触机械零件的情况下加深理解机械结构及其传动,以减速器为研究对采,利用Solid Works软件对减速器进行实体零件建模和虚拟装配,通过Solid Works Animator插件制作减速器装拆过程及工作原理仿真动画,并利用VB软件设计了减速器的虚拟装配、拆卸过程和运动仿真教学软件.提供一个着重反映减速器各个组成部分的结构、相互之间的拆装顺序及传动过程的真实感很强的仿真软件. 相似文献

针对目前我国航天制造企业依赖于实物模装进行装配工艺设计的现状,文中围绕某航天产品开展了虚拟装配仿真分析。基于MBD和“反装”的思路,以DELMIA为研究平台,在某航天产品实物装配前,对三维模型开展了虚拟装配研究。在虚拟装配过程中进行碰撞干涉检测,对装配顺序采用装配关联图进行分析,针对装配中的难点进行人机工程分析,并针对发现的问题就装配路径、装配顺序和装配方法提出了优化方案。同时,为更好地指导实物装配,采用了文字对话框等形式加强工艺表达,最终生成了可直接用于现场装配的工序顺序和装配指导演示视频。通过实际生产验证,该方法能够缩短产品从设计到最终实现的周期,有助于降低研制成本,保障航天产品装配质量。 相似文献

人机交互技术是虚拟装配过程的关键技术。通过数据手套实时、自然地与虚拟环境交互,完成虚拟装配等操作,为虚拟装配提供更为直观的验证和优化。结合机械产品的结构特征与装配操作需求,研究了面向机械产品虚拟装配的手势识别交互技术。针对四大类型通用机械零件分别进行了抓取手势的定义与识别,提出了机械零件虚拟装配中虚拟手势的识别及稳定抓取算法。应用减速器虚拟装配进行实例验证。表明,提出的手势识别和抓取算法是有效的,可以使虚拟装配过程的交互性以及沉浸感进一步加强,有助于减少虚拟装配操作的失误。 相似文献

针对传统装配序列规划方法解空间大、模型简单的问题,提出了应用虚拟现实技术解决船舶装配序列规划问题的方法。该方法分为虚拟拆卸和方案评价两个阶段,分析了虚拟装配平台上进行虚拟拆卸的基本流程和关键技术——虚拟环境下的实体模型表达和基于装配约束的运动导航。建立了船舶装配序列评价模型,确定了零件重量、装配时间、装配稳定性和装配过程难度等面向手工装配的评价指标。最后,用某船舶机舱区域的规划实例进行了验证,结果表明该方法生成的装配序列对实际船舶装配生产具有指导作用。 相似文献

通过分析虚拟装配环境的结构及性能,针对场景图数据结构在虚拟装配应用中的不足,定义了一种基于知识的层次对象时间Petri网,并用于建立虚拟装配环境的应用层模型。该模型以虚拟手的位姿作为输入,运行后输出具体的操作事件更新场景图,完成装配活动,以满足虚拟装配环境的实时和并发等动态性能要求,实现了虚拟装配大量离散事件的处理及装配意图的响应。给出了基于知识的层次对象时间Petri网的产品装配模型表达,不仅表达了产品结构及装配关系,同时记录零部件在装配过程中的方位及约束状态等动态信息,从而在虚拟装配环境中实现了装配与拆卸并存的实际装配活动。此外,还给出了由产品装配层次图生成的基于知识的层次对象时间Petri网装配模型的算法,说明了基于应用层模型的装配、拆卸操作以及装配过程仿真,开发了原型系统。 相似文献

Real operators are the initiators in assembly and disassembly activities. They participate throughout the whole process. In this sense, as an avatar of a real operator, virtual human (VH) plays an important role in virtual assembly and maintenance simulations. After detailed analysis of interactive assembly and disassembly process, the function requirements for VH are defined. Based on the defined requirements, the following works are done. First, a real-time driving model is established with a dynamic constraint applied to support personalized human model driving. Then, a driving error model is proposed for quantitatively analysis of VH’s driving error coming from the motion capture system. After that, on the basis of constraint processing method, an interactive operation modeling method for VH is presented. This method deals with interactive operation modeling in scenarios where VH manipulates the product directly, VH manipulates tools, and VH manipulates the product using tools. Finally, an assembly simulation for automobile engine connecting rod caps is implemented and a user survey is carried out. The survey result demonstrates the feasibility and validity of the proposed model and method. 相似文献

为了提高机械产品在装配设计、结构设计和培训等方面的效率,介绍一种以Unity3D引擎为工具,基于虚拟现实技术,可在智能手机上流畅运行的机械产品拆装系统。首先,将三维模型从专业设计软件导入到3DMax中,简化零件模型的面数,构建场景模型; 其次,在Unity3D中设计World Space交互菜单,提供简洁友好的虚拟交互方式,通过C#语言,在智能手机上实现双目立体视觉、陀螺仪头部跟踪、交互外设适配及控制和角色控制器; 最后,以二级减速器为例,在智能手机上实现拆装展示。实验结果表明,该系统人机交互性能良好,具有高度的沉浸感,可以满足机械产品虚拟拆装的需求。 相似文献

为了支持计算机辅助设计环境下的拆卸分析过程,提出了3维拆卸仿真的基本原理和零件拆卸运动干涉的分析方法.在3维装配环境下,用位姿矩阵表达3维装配体中零件的位置和姿态,通过位姿矩阵变换控制仿真拆卸过程中的零件运动.拆卸运动中的干涉可分为接触干涉和非接触干涉两种基本类型.在拆卸运动干涉分析中,分别采用约束配合分析法和多方向动态干涉分析法对两种干涉进行了检验,最终获得了零件的实际可拆卸方向集.最后,用一个实例阐述了该方法的分析过程. 相似文献

In order to realize automation and intelligence of product disassembly process in a virtual maintenance environment, an improved max–min ant system based methodology for product disassembly sequence planning was proposed. The feasibility graph for product disassembly process was defined and the mathematic model of product disassembly sequence planning problem was set up. Thus, the problem of product disassembly sequence planning was transformed into the problem of searching optimal path on a feasibility graph. Moreover, an improved max–min ant system based on the strategy of sorting elite ants was presented and the flowchart of the improved algorithm was designed. Interactive assembly based on virtual reality offers users an opportunity to interact with a virtual prototyping rather than
a physical one and to validate assembly performance of products in a realistic way. Such evaluations could be available very
early in the product development process ahead of any physical prototyping. The reduction or elimination of physical prototyping
needed for assembly performance validation can substantially shorten the product development cycle and reduce development
cost. Although virtual reality technology provides users an intuitive and immersive 3D interactive interface, it tends to
be inaccurate because humans have difficulty in performing precise positioning tasks. Therefore, it is necessary to implement
effective motion manipulation for assembly operations so that users can perform precise positioning efficiently in virtual
assembly systems. This paper presents a constrained behavior management approach that realizes assembly relationship recognition,
constraint solution and constrained motion for interactive assembly in a virtual environment. A constrained behavior manager
(CBM) has been developed and applied in virtual assembly systems. Test cases confirm that constrained behavior manipulation
proposed in this paper not only increases the efficiency of assembly relationship recognition, but also facilitates assembly
