The tracking control problem via state feedback for uncertain current-fed permanent magnet step motors with non-sinusoidal flux distribution and uncertain position-dependent load torque is addressed: a periodic reference signal (of known period) for the rotor position is required to be tracked. A robust iterative learning control algorithm is designed which, for any motor initial condition and without requiring any resetting procedure, guarantees, despite system uncertainties: exponential convergence of the rotor position tracking error to a residual ball (centered at the origin) whose radius can be made arbitrarily small by properly setting the learning gain; asymptotic convergence of the rotor position tracking error to zero. A sufficient condition for the asymptotic estimation of the uncertain reference input achieving, for compatible initial conditions, perfect tracking is derived. Robustness with respect to a finite memory implementation of the control algorithm based on the piecewise linear approximation theory is shown to be guaranteed; satisfactory performances of a discrete-time implementation of the control algorithm are obtained in realistic simulations for the full-order voltage-fed motor. 相似文献

This paper presents the control of two axis robot arm. The system is consisted of two step motors, robot arm, computer and PIC16F84A. One of them controls the robot arm via parallel port of the computer. The other one controls end element on the arm by PIC16F84A. PIC16F84A drives the motor by the designed circuit drive. Although the control of the step motor is very easy, they work choppily. Therefore, it is necessary to reduce the ripples occurred at the speed and torque of the step motor. In this study, proportional–integral–derivative (PID) controller is used to reduce the ripples. The obtained results show the proposed method is very successful. 相似文献

Time series data that can be modeled as linear combinations of weighted and shifted primitive functions such as ramps, steps and impulses are representative of many industrial, manufacturing, and business processes. Data of this type also are found in statistical process control, structural health monitoring, and other system diagnosis applications. Often, the existence of one or more of these primitive functions may be indicative of the occurrence of a specific process event, making their detection and interpretation of great interest. The human eye is an exceptional tool at this kind of pattern recognition. However, for processes that generate large amounts of data the human eye encounters difficulties related to speed and consistency necessitating an automated approach. In this paper, we consider the problem of decomposing a time series into its steps, ramps, and impulses constituents and expressing it as a linear combination of weighted and shifted versions of these primitives. We express the problem as a least squares error minimization coupled with a combinatorial search to arrive at an acceptable decomposition. We show that under certain conditions, such decomposition is possible and can be obtained efficiently using a sliding window approach. We illustrate the results with several examples. 相似文献

介绍了由单片机AT89C2051、数码语音芯片ISD2560及42D125型四相反应式步进电机组成的智能仪器系统的设计与实现,给出系统的硬件电路及相应部分的软件源程序。本系统硬件电路设计简单,便于调试,利用单片机实现对步进电机的定位控制已成功地应用于对测试模型的精确定位。语音系统部分不仅可以作为电脑语音系统的语音板,还可以作为语音服务系统的子系统,灵活地实现了语音的分段录取、组合回放和自动控制等功能。实际应用表明,该系统的设计方案对其它各种智能控制仪器的研发具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

本文应用单片机、步进电机驱动芯片、字符型LCD和键盘阵列,构建了集步进电机控制器和驱动器为一体的步进电机控制系统。二维工作台作为被控对象通过步进电机驱动滚珠丝杆在X/Y轴方向联动。文中讨论了一种以最少参数确定一条圆弧轨迹的插补方法和步进电机变频调速的方法。步进电机控制系统的开发采用了软硬件协同仿真的方法,可以有效地减少系统开发的周期和成本。最后给出了步进电机控制系统的应用实例。 相似文献
