利用正交试验方法,研究了钼、硼及铜合金元素对高铬铸铁铸态组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:随钼及用含量增加,硬度升高,冲击韧性和抗奇强度降低;而钢对其性能影响不大。铸态马氏体高铬铸铁的耐磨性是镍硬铸铁的3倍以上。用铸态马氏体高铬铸铁制造的沥青混凝土搅拌机衬板耐磨性是低合金白口铸铁衬板的14倍多。 相似文献

对三种含有Mn,Si,Mo亚共晶高铬铸铁的变温马氏体相变进行了DSC分析,并对表层的摩擦诱发马氏体做了X射线衍射分析。结果表明,变温马氏体相变前期,马氏体形核、长大阻力较大。在Ms温度相近的情况下,变温马氏体相变形核、长大速率快的,其摩擦诱发马氏体量也多。 相似文献

本文分析了BC-2000型沥青混凝土搅拌机衬板的工况,研究了铸态马氏体高铬铸铁衬板,其力学性能为HRc57.3,冲击韧性5.4J/cm^2、抗弯强度453MPa,通过实际装机运转表明,铸态马氏体高铬铸铁衬板的耐磨性优于进口衬板,相对磨损性是进口衬板的1.32倍。 相似文献

阐述了高铬铸铁在铸态下获得贝氏体,奥氏体和屈氏体基体组织的化学成分选择和冷却条件的控制,试验结果表明,贝氏体组织只有在实验室特定冷却条件下才能获得,在生产条件下难以获得,奥氏体高铬球,在使用中明显加工硬化现象,但由于有严重剥落变形,因而不宜应用;金属型铸造屈氏体高铬球具有耐磨性高,破碎率低,适应性强,生产成本低等优点,是粉磨作业的一种良好研磨体。 相似文献

The oxidation behaviour of high Cr Cast iron was investigated at 950 and 800℃ in termsof Cr content in matrix and the amount of carbide.The morphology and types of oxidefilms and the microstructure of subsurface were also examined.The main conclusionsare:1)The original chromium content in the matrix determines the type of oxide filmand it is an important factor for the oxidation resistance of high chromium cast iron;2)The oxidation resistance improves with increasing carbide content at 950℃ because ofthe decomposition of the carbide,while the decompsition of the carbide do not take placeat 800℃ so the oxidation resisteance do not improve with increasing carbide volume. 相似文献

The nondendritic semi-solid slurry preparation of high chromium cast iron Cr20Mo2 has been studied in this paper.The experiments show that the proeutectic austenitic particles are more spherical under a larger stirring power condition,even if the stirring time is shorter, while the proeutectic austenitic particles are not very much spherical under a smaller stirring power condition and some proeutectic austenitic dendrites also exist, even if the stirring time is very long.The experiments also show that when stirred for 5 6 minutes under the test condition,the semi-solid slurry with 40vol.Pvol.% solid fraction and spherical proeutectic austenite in the size of 50 80μm can be obtained. 相似文献

The distribution of subversive element sulfur in high temperature phases during solidificationof cast iron was investigated by means of liquid quenching method and autoradiography.Theresults show that in grey cast iron,sulfur is concentrated in the liquid,flake graphite and in theperipherial area of D-type supercooled graphite eutectic cells,but less sulfur is in austenite.Besides,the content of sulfur in A-type graphite is higher than that in D-type graphite,andsulfur content in eutectic austenite is a little higher than that in primary austenite.While,innodular graphite cast iron less sulfur is in liquid and austenite,but more in nodular graphite.The blackness of the spots on the emulsion film corresponds to the atomic percentage ofradioactive substances located on the surface of the specimen. 相似文献

在快速铸铁补焊技术的氧乙炔火焰加热条件下,尽可能快速地进行局部加热和缩短焊接温度时的停留时间,可以有效控制高温时铸铁的奥氏体转变量奥氏体的均匀化程度。试验通过快速加热、严格控温和缩短高温(950-1050℃)下的持续时间,不仅可以防止焊接铸铁的白口组织,同时有利于控制马氏体组织,从而可以发展出一种新的有价值的铸铁补焊技术。 相似文献
