在聚乙烯中分别添加不同结构的防雾滴剂,用PLE-300型Brabander吹塑机吹塑成膜。研究了防雾滴剂的结构与防雾性能的关系,结果表明:防雾滴剂的碳链长,则持久防雾性好;经氢化后的防雾滴剂持久防雾效果好,但润湿性能变差;防雾滴剂中存在着不饱和亲油基、环状亲油基及引入带有弱亲水基的烃基,均会降低持久防雾效果。  相似文献

Carbon capture, storage, and utilization (CCSU) is recognized as an effective method to reduce the excessive emission of CO2. Absorption by amine aqueous solutions is considered highly efficient for CO2 capture from the flue gas because of the large CO2 capture capacity and high selectivity. However, it is often limited by the equipment corrosion and the high desorption energy consumption, and adsorption of CO2 using solid adsorbents has been receiving more attention in recent years due to its simplicity and high efficiency. More recently, a great number of porous organic polymers (POPs) have been designed and constructed for CO2 capture, and they are proven promising solid adsorbents for CO2 capture due to their high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area (SBET), adjustable pore size and easy functionalization. In particular, they usually have rigid skeleton, permanent porosity, and good physiochemical stability. In this review, we have a detailed review for the different POPs developed in recent years, not only the design strategy, but also the special structure for CO2 capture. The outlook of the opportunities and challenges of the POPs is also proposed.  相似文献

The global market of ZnO grows at an annual rate of 4.03%. ZnO has been used in a wide array of applications owing to its unique chemical, physical, and biological properties. In general, the properties of ZnO, such as band gap, crystallite size, and morphology, depend on the synthesis method and parameters employed. In this review, recent progress in the research on ZnO is presented. This review focuses on the latest advancements in pristine ZnO, doped ZnO, ZnO-based nanocomposites with other metal oxides, carbon-based materials, and spinels. The effect of the synthesis method and conditions on the properties of ZnO is discussed. In particular, recent studies on ZnO prepared through precipitation method, green synthesis, green combustion method, hydrothermal method, microwave-assisted hydrothermal, and sol–gel synthesis are reviewed. The effect of dopants and metal oxides on ZnO characteristics is also laid out. This review aims to provide the readers with a thorough understanding of structure–property relationships achieved by varying the synthesis parameters of ZnO, which will be beneficial for the fabrication of high-performance ZnO-based materials for photocatalytic, biological, gas sensing, and flexible electronic applications.  相似文献

Thermoelectric power generators and coolers have many advantages over conventional refrigerators and power generators such as solid-state operation, compact design, vast scalability, zero-emissions and long operating lifetime with no maintenance. However, the applications of thermoelectric devices are limited to where their unique advantages outweigh their low efficiency. Despite this practical confine, there has been a reinvigorated interest in the field of thermoelectrics through identification of classical and quantum mechanical size effects, which provide additional ways to enhance energy conversion efficiencies in nanostructured materials. Although, there are a few reports which demonstrated the improvement of efficiency through nanoengineering, the successful application of these nanostructures will be determined by a cost-effective and high through-put fabrication method. Electrodeposition is the method of choice to synthesize nanoengineered thermoelectric materials because of low operating and capital cost, high deposition rates, near room temperature operation, and the ability to tailor the properties of materials by adjusting deposition conditions. In this paper, we reviewed the recent progress of the electrodeposition of thermoelectric thin films and nanostructures including Bi, Bi1−xSbx, Bi2Te3, Sb2Te3, (Bi1−xSbx)2Te3, Bi2Se3, Bi2Te3−ySey, PbTe, PbSe, PbSe1−xTex and CoSb3.  相似文献

Schiff bases are versatile compounds synthesized from the condensation of primary amino compounds with aldehydes or ketones. The high thermal of many Schiff base and their complexes were useful attributes for their application as catalysts in reactions involving at high temperatures. This thermal behavior of Schiff bases and their complexes was evaluated by TGA/DTG and DTA curves with mass losses related to dehydration and decomposition. This review summarizes the developments in the last decade for thermal analysis of Schiff bases. Therefore, synthesis of Schiff bases and their complexes are reviewed.  相似文献

Recent advances in lignocellulosic biomass valorization for producing fuels and commodities (olefins and BTX aromatics) are gathered in this paper, with a focus on the conversion of bio-oil (produced by fast pyrolysis of biomass). The main valorization routes are: (i) conditioning of bio-oil (by esterification, aldol condensation, ketonization, in situ cracking, and mild hydrodeoxygenation) for its use as a fuel or stable raw material for further catalytic processing; (ii) production of fuels by deep hydrodeoxygenation; (iii) ex situ catalytic cracking (in line) of the volatiles produced in biomass pyrolysis, aimed at the selective production of olefins and aromatics; (iv) cracking of raw bio-oil in units designed with specific objectives concerning selectivity; and (v) processing in fluidized bed catalytic cracking (FCC) units. This review deals with the technological evolution of these routes, in terms of catalysts, reaction conditions, reactors, and product yields. A study has been carried out on the current state-of-knowledge of the technological capacity, advantages and disadvantages of the different routes, as well as on the prospects for the implementation of each route within the scope of the Sustainable Refinery. © 2018 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

介绍了电去离子(EDI)技术工作的基本原理,阐述了包括特种分离在内的国内外EDI技术应用进展,除传统的纯水制备外,特别对当前EDI的几个新兴应用领域进行了分析总结,主要包括低浓度重金属废水处理、化工产品分离纯化、树脂电化学再生、饮用水脱硝等.在研究进展方面,主要对EDI膜堆的结构设计、当前EDI运行过程中的结垢问题与防治措施、EDI与其他技术的集成以及传质机理研究等进行了探讨.最后对EDI技术的发展前景进行了分析和展望.  相似文献

Piezoelectric thick films (up to 10 μm thick) and piezoelectric micromachined ultrasonic transducer (pMUT) have been successfully demonstrated at low temperatures of 650 °C using a composite thick film processing route. Submicron-sized PZT powder was dispersed into sol–gel solution to form homogeneous slurry for spin-coating on silicon substrate. Issues associated with recipe of the slurry, deposition process and sintering of films have been summarized with a view to optimizing the properties of the films and pMUTs. Typical microstructure, ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of the composite films are given. Thermal stability of bottom electrode, a key issue about device fabrication, has also been investigated. The ultrasound-radiating performance of the pMUT element in response to a continuous alternating current driving voltage has been reported. The generated sound pressure level is 116.8 dB at 76.3 kHz at a measuring distance of 12 mm. The pMUT is suitable for application of airborne object recognition.  相似文献
