古时广州是一座“河道如巷、水系成网”的水城,丰富的水资源使广州形成独具特色的城市水文化。在众多的河涌当中,东濠涌是广州仅存的古城护城河,至今已有六百多年历史。近代由于城市的发展,东濠涌由原来防洪排涝和水运为主的功能变成了以纳污为主,导致水环境污染日益严重。近几年,广州政府投入巨资治理东濠涌。该研究从水环境整治工程、生态河岸及景观整治工程两方面归纳东濠涌综合整治工程的思路与特.羔,表达了东濠涌综合整治工程对于改善城市生态环境所产生的积极影响,  相似文献

皖江城市带是我国区域经济的重要组成部分,其发展机制和空间范畴经历了不断完善的过程。随着2010年国务院批复《皖江城市带承接产业转移示范区规划》,皖江地区进入到了历史发展的黄金时期。通过对皖江城市带发展历史脉络的梳理,对大区域发展环境和发展方向的认识,提出了"大区域视角下皖江城市带的产业方向"和"聚焦沿江带,明确城市群,做强中心市"的空间发展战略。皖江城市带作为中国第一个以承接产业转移为目的的示范区,谋划其发展必须站在更广阔的区域,辅以更长远的视角。主动响应生产空间和消费空间的"大产业转移",积极推进工业化和城镇化的双轮驱动,这应是皖江城市带新崛起的核心战略。最后对皖江地区的生产空间(工业化)、消费空间(休闲服务)和生活空间(城镇化)组织提出了建议。  相似文献

西龙河水源地位于邹城市西南一相对独立水文地质单元内。区内已建有多个水源地,目前处于一种供稍大于求的弱平衡状态。为了合理、安全地利用西龙河水源地岩溶地下水资源,在深入分析勘察区及周边水文地质条件基础上,分别设置新增开采量为3.50×104m3/d、3.10×104m3/d和2.80×104m3/d三个不同的开采方案,采用GWMS软件包之AQUA3D地下水流数值模拟模型软件,对该水源地岩溶水资源进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明,考虑了实际存在的"井损"因素后,新增开采量2.80×104m3/d,其平水年抽水井最低水位标高为15.10m,较允许最低水位高3.1m,枯水年抽水井最低水位标高为12.20m,较允许最低水位高0.2m;平、枯水年因岩溶水开采而引起孔隙水水位下降分别为0.56m和1.86m,满足规定的开采约束条件,对当地农业生产与生态环境影响较小,是所设定的三个开采方案中最合理的一个。  相似文献

借鉴新制度经济学和新经济史学的分析方法,从制度变迁的角度探究转型期条件下中国古镇保护发展演变的内在逻辑。在对江南水乡古镇保护三个主要历史发展阶段进行回顾分析,指出古镇区是一种具有特殊历史文化属性的稀缺性土地资源,在转型期条件下它基本处于基层地方政府的掌控之中,而具有一定利益独立性的地方政府之所以选择古镇保护,是因为保护活动在特定的历史条件下成为一项净收益(率)最高的投资活动。就本质而言,转型期中国古镇保护的发展历程也就是地方政府随着外部社会经济条件的变化;借助古镇区资源不断追逐自身利益最大化的过程。  相似文献

南水北调东线工程为国家大型调水工程,可有效解决黄淮海平原和山东半岛的缺水问题,可更有效地利用淮河水资源,拟将洪泽湖蓄水位由现在的13.0m抬高至13.5m,增加洪泽湖的蓄水量,减少抽江水量,但抬高蓄水不可避免地会带来负面影响,本文分析了洪泽湖抬高蓄水位的影响和效益,从经济上分析论证抬高蓄水位是可行的.  相似文献

The River Slea through Sleaford is fed by groundwater emanating from the Lincolnshire Limestone. In recent years, the springs have dried up periodically, causing failure of river flow through the town. The Slea is a main feature of the town and, when flowing, a valuable visual amenity. Conversely, when it is not flowing, progressive water quality deterioration in ponded sections reduces the river corridor to an eyesore. The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries lack renewable freshwater resources, yet demand for water is rising fast. The groundwater as the largest freshwater supplier has significantly dwindled and its quality has degraded. Desalination of seawater is increasingly used but the process is risky and it has huge impacts on the environment. Rainfall generally is too little to rely on. This paper discusses the water situation in GCC countries and proposes water transfer from the Iraqi Kurdistan Region (IKR). It argues that desalination cannot be the only future solution for water shortage; additional sources can be developed. Water from IKR can alleviate the existing water shortage problem.  相似文献

The application of heat to dried sewage sludge has been practised by the water industry for many years. Early technologies were effective but their utilization of energy was not so efficient. Other industries have faced up to this problem and, as a result, have developed thermal-drying techniques which are more efficient and therefore more cost effective. In recent years, the transfer of this technology to sewage-sludge drying has been taking place, and some companies have designed dryers specifically for this purpose. Commercial and legal pressures have also focused attention on the final product and its use in agriculture, horticulture, land reclamation, landfill, incineration, and as a substitute for fuel.
This paper reviews the work which has been undertaken to determine the changes which occur as sewage sludge is dried, and discusses the technology which is available at present. Factors influencing capital and operating costs and product choice are also included.  相似文献

Situated in the central part of China, the Han River Basin is undergoing rapid social and economic development with some human interventions to be made soon which will profoundly influence the water environment of the basin. The integrated MIKE 11 model system comprising of a rainfall-runoff model (NAM), a non-point load evaluation model (LOAD), a hydrodynamic model (MIKE 11 HD) and a water quality model (ECOLab) was applied to investigate the impact of the Middle Route of the South-North Water Diversion Project on the Han River and the effectiveness of the 2 proposed mitigation projects, the 22 wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) and the Yangtze-Han Water Diversion Project. The study concludes that business as usual will lead to a continuing rapid deterioration of the water quality of the Han River. Implementation of the Middle Route of the South-North Water Diversion Project in 2010 will bring disastrous consequence in the form of the remarkably elevated pollution level and high risk of algae bloom in the middle and lower reaches. The proposed WWTPs will merely lower the pollution level in the reach by around 10%, while the Yangtze-Han Water Diversion Project can significantly improve the water quality in the downstream 200-km reach. The results reveal that serious water quality problem will emerge in the middle reach between Xiangfan and Qianjiang in the future. Implementation of the South-North Water Diversion Project (phase II) in 2030 will further exacerbate the problem. In order to effectively improve the water quality of the Han River, it is suggested that nutrient removal processes should be adopted in the proposed WWTPs, and the pollution load from the non-point sources, especially the load from the upstream Henan Province, should be effectively controlled.  相似文献

A mercury-cell chlor-alkali plant operated in Pavlodar, Northern Kazakhstan, for 18 years and caused widespread contamination of the surrounding environment. Untreated wastewater from the plant was discharged to Lake Balkyldak, a shallow impounded lake without an outlet. The nearby River Irtysh was also suspected to be impacted by mercury (Hg) via the transport of contaminated groundwater. We took sediment and water samples from both aquatic systems, and also sampled soils along the shoreline of the lake and in the Irtysh flood plain. Sediments from Lake Balkyldak were found to be very heavily contaminated, with Hg concentrations in the surface layer reaching up to approximately 1500 mg kg(-1) near the wastewater outfall pipe. The contaminated lake sediments are prone to wind-driven resuspension and are acting as a strong source of Hg to the water column. Unfiltered lake water samples taken in shallow areas within 10-15 m from the shoreline contained from 0.11 microg Hg L(-1) in the less contaminated northern part of the lake to 1.39 microg L(-1) near the pollutant outfall in the south (up to 7.3 microg L(-1) on windy days). Sediments from the River Irtysh were only slightly impacted, with maximum Hg concentrations of 0.046 mg kg(-1) in the old river channel and 0.36 mg kg(-1) in floodplain oxbow lakes. In water samples from the River Irtysh, Hg was generally not detected, although trace concentrations (3 to 9 ng L(-1)) were found in some samples taken from oxbow lakes. We conclude that the river is not significantly impacted by Hg, but the highly contaminated Lake Balkyldak poses a threat and is in need of remediation. Potential remediation options for the lake are reviewed and are discussed in the context of experiences made at other Hg-contaminated sites.  相似文献
