国内技术短讯

大修改造后的首钢1号(2500m~3)高炉建成投产,于8月10日22时30分流出第一炉铁水。宝钢3号高炉(4350m~3)于1994年6月14日完成原料、上料和炉顶装料系统综合大联动试车,于6月18日热风炉点火烘炉,标志着这座现代化的大高炉已基本建成。该高炉设计年产生铁325万吨。预计将于9月点火投产。     

前言

马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司第四炼铁厂于1995年5月16日成立,现有2座2500m~3高炉,其中在建的新2号高炉拟于2003年11月投产。另外,还新建1座850m~3高炉,预计于2004年4月投产。届时,将形成年产生铁500万 t 的生产规模。新1号高炉(2500m~3)于1987年10月18日奠基,1994年4月25日投产,至今已生产9年。回顾这9年来的历程,大体上可分为以下三个阶段:一是艰难的起步阶段。这一阶段,大约历时3年多。新1号高炉投产以后,由于系统不配套,设备缺陷多,加上人员新以及缺乏大型高炉操作经验,造成故障频发,炉况波动大,严重影     

新日铁君津厂高炉设备的新进展

君津厂目前有4座高炉,总容积14582米~3,日产生铁3.4万吨。它的1号高炉于1967年9月1日动工,68年11月27日投产。宝钢于1977年底确定建厂,高炉按君津~#3高炉为样板,所以设备是日本1977年以前的水平。近年来技术进展甚速,本文旨在对新日铁高炉设备近年来的进展作扼要介绍。     

唐钢二铁厂l号高炉长寿实践

1 概况 唐钢二铁厂1号高炉(1260m~3)建成于1989年6月,是“七五”期间国家重点建设项目,设计能力为87.5万t/年。1989年9月24日高炉点火送风,到1997年9月24日止,已连续生产8年,此间高炉无中修,现单位炉容产铁量为4606t/m~3。1号高炉一代炉龄不中修可望达到9～10年。1号高炉的     

宁钢1号2500m^3高炉顺利投产

由中冶南方工程技术有限公司设计的宁波钢铁有限公司1号2500m^3高炉于2007年4月30日顺利建成投产。宁钢（原宁波建龙）1号高炉于2003年4月1日开工建设，其后受国家宏观调控的影响而停工。重组后的宁钢于2006年4月恢复高炉建设，在克服停工带来的诸多不利因素的影响下，宁钢公司与设计、施工、监理人员通力合作，奋力拼搏，保证了高炉顺利投产。     

湘钢1号高炉多环布料实践

1 引言 湘钢1号高炉(1000m~3)大修后于1996年7月3日投入生产,采用了无料钟炉顶,设计炉顶压力0.15 MPa(最大0.20 MPa),18个风口,1个铁口,2个渣口。高炉投产后,一直采用单环布料,加之受各种因素的影响,生产一直不稳定。1999年3月份,采取加强外部原料管理、加强设备管理、提高高炉操作水平等措施后,高炉生产稳定性增强,当月平均利用系数达到2.021,入炉焦比485 kg/t。1999年9月27日至10月3日,1号高炉进

转炉炉壳热应力分析

根据实际转炉建立实体模型。以有限元为手段,考虑了炉衬和炉壳材料的物性参数随温度变化的特点和炉衬与炉壳之间膨胀间隙,计算了转炉炉壳在温度载荷和炉衬膨胀压力同时作用下的热应力。所得结果可为转炉炉壳设计提供依据。     

焦炭热性能指标意义浅析

通过对焦炭在高炉内的历程及其变化规律的剖析,阐述焦炭热性能指标的意义,形象地把焦炭在高炉内的损耗分为三部分(M1,M2,M3)。指出M2对焦比及焦炭价格有一定的指导作用。     

Results of treatment of cancer of the cardia

Cancer of the cardia is traditionally discussed with cardiac cancer of the lower portion of the esophagus and upper gastric cancer invading the esophagus, and the specific characteristics of cancer of the cardia have never been clearly defined. We reviewed the outcome of 172 patients with adenocarcinoma of the cardia who had undergone radical surgery between 1949 and 1994 in the Division of Gastrointestinal Surgery of the Cancer Institute Hospital. The centers of the tumors were located within 2 cm above and below the boundary between the esophagus and the stomach, and their longitudinal diameter was less than 8 cm. We divided the patients into an early period (1949-1979; n = 79) and a late period (1980-1994; n = 93), and focused on the historical transition. There were no differences in patient gender or histology between the two periods. However, the late period was associated with fewer cases of esophageal invasion and shorter longitudinal diameter, as the age of the population advanced. The number of advanced cancers such as the localized and infiltrative type had decreased, and early cancer and early clinical stage had become more common, but despite the fact that the number of early cancers had increased, extended dissection, such as thoracic and paraaortic lymph node dissection, was performed more frequently. By clinical stage, the long-term outcome markedly improved in Stage I patient in the late period, and tended to improve in Stage II and III patients. This appears to have been attributable to the prevention of micrometastasis by extended dissection, although the number of early cancers is another major potential cause. There were no differences in the outcome of Stage IV patients between the two periods, and further advances in multimodality therapy must be awaited. The range of resection is basically proximal gastrectomy, and if there are adequate indications, the prognosis is favorable. In view of the status of lymphatic flow and lymph node metastasis, and long-term results, lateroaortic lymph node dissection is important. Since the number of early cancer patients has been increasing, if intraabdominal recurrence is prevented, intrathoracic lymph node dissection will contribute greatly to the outcome of such patients.     

Effect of antibiotics of chemotaxis of human leukocytes

The effect of 20 different antibiotics on chemotaxis by human neutrophils was studied. Human leukocytes incubated with chloramphenicol, rifampin, sodium fusidate, and tetracyclines in vitro showed markedly depressed migration. The mechanisms by which these antibiotics affect leukotaxis are discussed.     

Quality of life of relatives of mental patients

Usage of quality of life of psychiatric patients' relatives as the parameter of estimation of the quality of psychiatric care is considered. By means of standard questionnaire elaborated by the authors as well as by means of both individual and group conversations the quality of life was analyzed in 40 relatives which lived together with psychiatric patients. Different spheres of their life and difficulties (financial, social-psychologic, production) were examined in families with such patients. The defects of psychiatric care that had direct influence on the quality of life of the psychiatric patients' relatives are outlined.     

The effect of amount of possession of the trait of hostility on accuracy of perception of hostility in others.

Some theories of personality hold that an individual's perception of others is influenced by his own personality characteristics; more specifically, that a trait of low social value will be projected more into others, and that insight into the possession of these characteristics reduces this distortion. These 2 hypotheses were tested by having a group of college students rate each other (including themselves) on degree of friendliness or hostility. Agreement with group rating about self yielded the insight score. In general, the hypotheses were supported; the "friendly" Ss were most accurate in their perception of others, and insight was positively associated with accurate perception.
