The Internet of Things(Io T)as an emerging network paradigm is bringing the next scientific and technological revolution for ubiquitous things’interactions in cyber-physical-social spaces.The Io T influences the current science and technology system by enabling its relatively stable interrelations for an inevitable architecture reconfiguration.In this paper,we aim to explore an updated science and technology framework for the Io T.Particularly,a novel cyber-physical-social-thinking(CPST)space is established by involving an attractive concept of the Internet of Thinking(Io Tk),and a science and technology framework is accordingly proposed referring to both scientific aspect(i.e.,cyber-physical,social,and noetic sciences)and technological aspect(i.e.,fundamental,physical,cyber,and social technologies).According to the perspective of the traditional Chinese culture,we explain the established science and technology framework,in which the"Five Elements"(i.e.,wood,fire,earth,metal,and water)have common properties with the restructured cyber-physical science in the Io T.Moreover,we introduce a scenario of smart city to identify the technological aspect in the Io T,and discuss the key enabling technologies,including resource management,energy management,data management,session management,security and privacy,loop control,space-time consistency,nanotechnology,and quantum technology.It turns out that the established science and technology framework will launch an innovation for academia and industry communities.  相似文献

Translational science research development requires life sciences researchers to update their concept on systems integration and data integration. The RESTful API has proven to be very useful in integrating the massive amount of data and tools. This work presents an approach for biological systems analysis based on the semantic web and RESTful API. The integration of this approach in the BioExtract Server engine as a WMS (workflow management system) allows us to apply our work to the linking of several biological levels (metabolic pathway, metabolic network model, genes and publications). This work shows how HPC infrastructure and RESTful API can be an opportunity in Systems Biology and life science research challenges. We present a use case in BioExtract server as an integrated workflow management system. The use case shows how we can extract data to build a mathematical model for a specific biological system. The two workflow examples provided in this work enhance the flexibility in the workflow for reusability. Then any other researcher can customize the same workflow for different gene name or biological process.  相似文献

Engineering-oriented constraint of harness technology has much information and project information presents progressive changes along with the design.Therefore,how to handle conflict resolution quickly is a problem to be solved.Process model of conflict detection is put forward according to characteristics of harness technology design engineering-oriented constraint,and then two problems of how to conduct conflict positioning and judgment of constraint rules are introduced in this paper.Afterwards in this paper,constraint information directed acyclic graph is established by classified project constraint information to solve the conflict positioning problem;solution of constraint satisfaction problem is applied to realize judgment problem of constraint rules.Finally,example is used to analyze the method in this paper to further verify the correctness and effectiveness of this method.  相似文献

Cloud computing is currently an embryonic domain in the area of information technology that possesses the power of transforming the way information technology (IT) services are delivered and maintained in the business world. Pay as per the usage kind of cost structure coupled with delivery of computing services through internet makes cloud computing an exciting and potential growth oriented information technology model compared with conventional computing services delivery models. Various additional features like scalability, flexibility and easy deployment process creates a window for the organizations even relatively smaller in size to get benefitted by the highly advanced & modern technologies without incurring substantial cost. In spite of so many benefits of this new delivery model, concerns are beginning to grow about how safe an environment it is. Despite of all the hype surrounding the cloud, enterprise customers are still reluctant to deploy their business in the cloud. Security is one of the major issues which reduces the growth of cloud computing and complications with data privacy and data protection continue to plague the market. Other related concerns associated with the adoption of cloud computing include trust on service providers, loss of control and compliance issues. The article displays the possibilities for introducing multimedia production based on computer science to gymnasiums (general secondary school programs), where students who usually continue their education at college are educated.
