聚苯胺是一种非常有前途的导电聚合物。掺杂能提高聚苯胺的导电性、稳定性及其他性能,聚苯胺的掺杂受到了人们的广泛关注,尤其是有机酸的掺杂。有机酸种类众多且性能各异,能够使聚苯胺很多性质发生变化。本文重点综述了分别以单一有机酸、有机酸和金属氧化物、有机酸和无机酸、有机酸和其他无机物为掺杂剂合成聚苯胺的研究现状,详细介绍了各种掺杂态聚苯胺的性能及应用,简要介绍了影响聚苯胺性能的因素,并比较了不同掺杂态聚苯胺的优缺点。分析结果表明:与单一有机酸掺杂的聚苯胺相比,采用两种类型的掺杂剂共掺杂合成的聚苯胺具有更突出的性能及更大的应用前景。提出了采用两种或两种以上不同类型的掺杂剂共掺杂将是聚苯胺今后的主要研究方向。 相似文献

In this research, a micro polyaniline (MicroPAni) and a dispersion of nano polyaniline particles (NanoPAni) were used as anticorrosion additive in a new water-based epoxy coating. Both materials were added directly to a new water-based hardener (RIPI-W.B.H.). The resulted mixtures were homogenized and sonicated for size reduction and better particle dispersion. The average particle size of polyaniline in the hardener was determined using dynamic light scattering (DLS). Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) was used to observe the particle size of polyaniline in the final dried film. After applying the coatings on metal surface, anticorrosion performance and adhesion properties of the coatings were compared together with a reference coating using salt spray and cross-cut adhesion tests. The results showed that anticorrosion performance of coating containing NanoPAni was better than the one for coating containing MicroPAni. In addition, investigation on the morphology of metal-coating interface by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique in samples containing polyaniline after salt spray test showed stable oxide layer formation on metal surface, which will enhance the corrosion resistance. 相似文献

Different one-dimensional nanostructured polyanilines were synthesized in sulfuric acid solutions by conventional polymerization, interfacial polymerization and direct mixed reaction, respectively. The products were characterized with SEM, UV–vis and FTIR and the anticorrosion performance of products on mild steel were studied using electrochemical measurement in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution. Results showed that the polyaniline nanofibers synthesized by direct mixed reaction have uniform morphology with diameters of 60–100 nm and more excellent protective properties than conventional aggregated polyaniline. Comparative studies revealed that the nanostructure and morphology of polyaniline could influence its anticorrosion performance. 相似文献

The paper deals with research into the effects of treating the surface of pigment particles with polyaniline layers in anticorrosion paints. The pigments involved were tested in a form coated with a polyaniline layer and in an uncoated form. To study anticorrosion properties, mixed metal oxides with the structure of spinel and perovskite were synthesized to be later coated with polyaniline. Polyaniline was also used to coat the pigments based on iron trioxide, silicates and graphite. Water-borne, epoxy resin-based paints containing the pigments with and without the surface layer of polyaniline were formulated. The coatings were tested by means of laboratory corrosion tests. These involved corrosion tests accelerated with an increased temperature, with high atmospheric humidity, and with the presence of corroding substances such as SO2 and NaCl. 相似文献
