In this paper, the global robust exponential stability is considered for a class of neural networks with parametric uncer-tainties and time-varying delay. By using Lyapunov functional method, and by resorting to the new technique for estimating the upper bound of the derivative of the Lyapunov functional, some less conservative exponential stability criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Numerical examples are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of the global exponential stability analysis is investigated for a class of recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with time-varying discrete and distributed delays. Due to a novel technique when estimating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional, we establish new exponential stability criteria in terms of LMIs. It is shown that the obtained criteria can provide less conservative results than some existing ones. Numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of stability condition for mixed delayed stochastic neural networks with neutral delay and leakage delay is investigated. A novel Lyapunov functional is constructed with double and triple integral terms. New sufficient conditions are derived to guarantee the global asymptotic stability of the concerned neural network. This paper is more general than the paper by Zhu et al. [Robust stability of Markovian jump stochastic neural networks with time delays in the leakage terms, Neural Process. Lett. 41 (2015), pp. 1–27]. In our paper, we considered both the neutral delay and leakage delay, but the paper by Zhu et al. is not considering the neutral delay. Also we employed triple integrals in the Lyapunov functional which is not used in the paper by Zhu et al. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to show the effectiveness of the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to the finite-time stability analysis of neutral-type neural networks with random time-varying delays. The randomly time-varying delays are characterised by Bernoulli stochastic variable. This result can be extended to analysis and design for neutral-type neural networks with random time-varying delays. On the basis of this paper, we constructed suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional together and established a set of sufficient linear matrix inequalities approach to guarantee the finite-time stability of the system concerned. By employing the Jensen's inequality, free-weighting matrix method and Wirtinger's double integral inequality, the proposed conditions are derived and two numerical examples are addressed for the effectiveness of the developed techniques.  相似文献

In this paper, the delay-interval-dependent robust stability is studied for a class of neutral stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays. The time-varying delay is assumed to belong to an interval, which means that the upper bound is known and the lower bound is not restricted to zero. For the neural networks under study, the uncertainty includes polytopic uncertainty and linear fractional norm-bounded uncertainty. Sufficient conditions for the stability of the addressed neutral stochastic neural networks with time-varying delays are established by employing the proper Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a combination of the stochastic analysis theory, some inequality techniques and new linear matrix inequality (LMI). Finally, three numerical examples are provided to demonstrate less conservatism and effectiveness of the proposed LMI conditions.  相似文献

研究了一类区间时变扰动、变时滞细胞神经网络的全局鲁棒指数稳定性问题.利用Leibniz-Newton公式对原系统进行模型变换,并分析了变换模型和原始模型的等价性.基于变换模型,运用线性矩阵不等式的方法,通过选择适当的Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函,推导了该系统全局鲁棒指数稳定的时滞相关的充分条件.通过数值实例将所得结果与前人的结果相比较,表明了本文所提出的稳定判据具有更低的保守性.  相似文献

In this article, the global exponential stability of neutral-type bidirectional associative memory (BAM) neural networks with time-varying delays is analysed by utilizing the Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and combining with the linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach. New sufficient conditions ensuring the global exponential stability of neutral-type BAM neural networks is obtained by using the powerful MATLAB LMI control toolbox. This paper is concerned with stability analysis problem for uncertain stochastic neural networks with discrete interval and distributed time-varying delays. The parameter uncertainties are assumed to be norm bounded and the delay is assumed to be time-varying and belong to a given interval, which means that the lower and upper bounds of interval time-varying delays are available. Based on the new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and stochastic stability theory, delay-interval dependent stability criteria are obtained in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Some numerical examples and comparisons are provided to show that the proposed results significantly improve the allowable upper and lower bounds of delays over some existing results in the literature. Furthermore, the supplementary requirement that the time derivative of discrete time-varying delays must be smaller than the value one is not necessary to derive the results in this paper.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the stability analysis for static recurrent neural networks (RNNs) with time-varying delay. By Lyapunov functional method and linear matrix inequality technique, some new delay-dependent conditions are established to ensure the asymptotic stability of the neural network. Expressed in linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), the proposed delay-dependent stability conditions can be checked using the recently developed algorithms. This paper investigates the global asymptotic stability problem for a class of neutral-type complex-valued neural networks with random time-varying delays. By introducing a stochastic variable with Bernoulli distribution, the information of time-varying delay is assumed to be random time-varying delays. By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and employing inequality technique, several sufficient conditions are obtained to ensure the global asymptotically stability of equilibrium point for the considered neural networks. The obtained stability criterion is expressed in terms of complex-valued linear matrix inequalities, which can be simply solved by effective YALMIP toolbox in MATLAB. Finally, three numerical examples are given to demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed main results.  相似文献

This article provides new delay-dependent stability criteria for linear systems with interval time-varying delays. With a new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional constructed, a tighter upper bound of its derivative is estimated. The resulting criterion has an advantage over some existing ones in the literature due to the fact that it involves fewer matrix variables and is less conservative, which is established theoretically. In this paper, the passivity problem is investigated for a class of uncertain neural networks with generalized activation functions. By employing an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, a new delay-dependent criterion for the passivity of the addressed neural networks is established in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be checked numerically using the effective LMI toolbox in MATLAB. An example is given to show the effectiveness and less conservatism of the proposed criterion. It is noteworthy that the traditional assumptions on the differentiability of the time-varying delays and the boundedness of its derivative are removed.  相似文献

Stability analysis of linear systems with time-varying delay is investigated. In order to highlight the relations between the variation of the delay and the states, redundant equations are introduced to construct a new modelling of the delay system. New types of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals are then proposed allowing to reduce the conservatism of the stability criterion. Delay-dependent stability conditions are then formulated in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, several examples show the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.  相似文献

考虑不确定中立型变时滞系统的鲁棒稳定性问题. 首先, 引入新的变量来代替系统的不确定性; 然后, 通过构造一般形式的Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函、使用积分不等式并引入自由矩阵, 得到了基于线性矩阵不等式的系统稳定性判据. 该结论与中立型时滞, 离散时滞及其导数均相关, 具有较小的保守性. 最后, 通过仿真算例说明了所得到的结论在保守性上优于现存的结果以及中立型时滞, 离散时滞及其导数三者之间的关系.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of robust stability of uncertain genetic regulatory networks (GRNs) with interval time-varying delays. We derive some new delay-range-dependent and delay-derivative-dependent/independent stability criteria by employing some free-weighting matrices and linear matrix inequalities. In our analysis, we carefully consider the relationship between the time-varying state delays and their bounds when calculating the upper bound of the derivative of Lyapunov functional. We hence show that, the rigorous requirement of other literatures that the time-derivatives of time-varying delays must be smaller than one is abandoned in the proposed scheme. The new criteria are applicable to both fast and slow time-varying delays. Finally, four numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and the less conservativeness of the developed results.  相似文献

This article deals with the problem of delay-dependent state estimation for discrete-time neural networks with time-varying delay. Our objective is to design a state estimator for the neuron states through available output measurements such that the error state system is guaranteed to be globally exponentially stable. Based on the linear matrix inequality approach, a delay-dependent condition is developed for the existence of the desired state estimator via a novel Lyapunov functional. The obtained condition has less conservativeness than the existing ones, which is demonstrated by a numerical example.  相似文献

This paper considers the delay-dependent stability problem of recurrent neural networks with interval time-varying delays. An appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional is constructed and the combination method of Wirtinger inequality and reciprocally convex optimization technique is employed. Combing a new activation function segmentation method of the boundary condition and the orthogonal complement lemma, three further improved delay-dependent stability criteria are established. Finally, two numerical examples show the effectiveness of our proposed method by comparison with the recent existing works.  相似文献
