One method of model-based compensator design for linear multivariate systems consists of state-feedback design and observer design (Athans 1971). A key step in recent work in multivariate synthesis involves selecting an observer gain so the final loop-transfer function is the same as the state-feedback loop transfer function (Doyle and Stein 1979, Goodman 1984). This is called loop transfer recovery (LTR). This paper shows how identification of the eigenstructure of the compensators that achieve LTR makes possible a design procedure for observer gain (Luenberger 1971). This procedure is based on the eigenstructure assignment of the observers. The sufficient condition for LTR and the stability of the closed-loop system is that the plant be minimum-phase. The limitation of this method might arise when the plant has multiple transmission zeros.  相似文献

An observer-based controller for Lipschitz nonlinear systems is presented. The necessary and sufficient condition to ensure stability of state-observer as well as nonlinear system with state-feedback control law is derived. According to the separation principle, the closed-loop stability is guaranteed based on dual problems concerning stability of state-observer and stability of state-feedback parts. Also, the stability region for locally Lipschitz nonlinearities is obtained. A practical synthesis approach to achieve controller parameters is then given which yields the closed-loop convergence with less conservative results. The effectiveness of the proposed synthesis method is finally demonstrated by simulation results.  相似文献

A recent parametrization of the class of linear state-feedback controllers that assign a set of desired self-conjugate eigenvalues to the closed-loop system is used to formulate and solve a fundamental response insensitivity problem. It is established to what extent state-feedback control can be used to render the closed-loop system response insensitive to possibly many not necessarily small parameter variations in the open-loop state-space model. A non-conservative sequential design procedure is developed for making as many of the closed-loop system eigenmodes as possible totally insensitive while retaining arbitrary assignment of the maximum number of closed-loop eigenvalues. The main result is a class of desensitizing fixed-gain state-feedback controllers explicitly specified by a set of free parameters which may be chosen to satisfy additional design requirements.  相似文献

研究一类网络控制系统(NCS)的H∞优化控制问题.状态反馈是兼顾系统性能和敏感性的最有效的控制方式,因此,针对一类不确定时延和有限能量干扰输入的状态反馈NCS,将其建模为不确定的线性时滞系统,并利用Lyapunov理论和线性矩阵不等式(LMI)研究H∞优化控制问题.首先给出NCS的鲁棒稳定的充分条件;然后给出NCS状态反馈次优和最优H;∞控制律的设计方法.仿真结果表明了该方法的可行性和有效性.
Abstract:
The H∞ optimal control problems of a class of networked control systems(NCS) is studied. The statefeedback is the most effective control mode, which combines system function and sensibility. Therefore, a class of state-feedback NCS with uncertain time-delay and limited energy disturbance input is modeled as the uncertain linear time-delay system. Then by using the Lyapunov theory and LMI, the problems about the H∞ optimal control are researched. The sufficient condition is first given for the robust stability of networked control system, and then the design methods of NCS state-feedback suboptimum and optimum H∞ control laws are obtained consequently. The simulation results show the feasibility and effectiveness of the results.  相似文献

An optimal uniform-damping ratio controller is developed for the sequential design of a multivariable control system so that the designed closed-loop poles of the respective multivariable system and reduced-order observer are exactly placed on the negative real axis and/or the boundaries of desired sectors with constant-damping ratios. The functions in the quadratic performance index to be minimized are chosen as a combination of the weighted outputs, reduced states and inputs. Also, the optimal uniform-damping ratio controller is a combination of optimal output-feedback and optimal reduced-order state-feedback controllers. A stabilizing control design for general linear time varying systems is presented and analysed. The control is a state-feedback law with gains determined by a standard method employed in optimal regulator problems. The considered cost function is, however, dynamically redefined over a fixed depth horizon. ABSTRACT

A novel convex necessary and sufficient condition for state-feedback exponential stabilisability in discrete-time switched linear systems, whose modes are described by rank-one matrices, is reported and proved in the present communication. A switched linear system, of this class, is shown to be state-feedback exponentially stabilisable if and only if a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) associated to the system is feasible. And the solvability of this set of LMIs associated to the system is shown to be equivalent to that of a set of (standard) linear inequalities associated to the system. It is also proved that each solution to this set of LMIs (associated to the system) yields, through explicit formulas, to an exponentially stabilising state-feedback mapping, and also to a Lyapunov function for the exponential stability of the trivial solution of the corresponding closed-loop system (obtained by means of that feedback mapping). And such a Lyapunov function is always represented by a number of quadratic functionals that equals the number of modes composing the switched system.  相似文献

For robust stabilisation of time-varying delay systems, only sufficient conditions are available to date. A natural question is as follows: if the existing sufficient conditions are not satisfied, and hence no controllers can be found, what can one do to improve the stability performance of time-varying delay systems? This question is addressed in this paper when there is a probabilistic structure on the parameter uncertainty set. A randomised algorithm is proposed to design a state-feedback controller, which stabilises the system over the uncertainty domain in a probabilistic sense. The capability of the designed controller is quantified by the probability of stability of the resulting closed-loop system. The accuracy of the solution obtained from the randomised algorithm is also analysed. Finally, numerical examples are used to illustrate the effectiveness and advantages of the developed controller design approach.  相似文献

本文研究了一类具有随机长时延离散时间网络控制系统(NCSs)的建模和保性能控制问题.用两个马尔可夫链分别来描述反馈通道和前向通道的网络诱导时延,基于采用现有最新数据的原则,将闭环NCS建模成一个与当前时刻和过去时刻网络诱导时延有关的马尔可夫随机时滞系统.应用线性矩阵不等式技术和李亚普诺夫方法得到了闭环NCS随机稳定且具有二次性能指标上界的充分条件,并给出了状态反馈保性能控制器的设计方法.最后,通过数值算例验证了本文方法的有效性.  相似文献

研究具有执行器故障的Delta算子线性不确定系统的可靠鲁棒H_∞问题.设计控制器,确保在执行器发生故障时闭环系统仍能保持鲁棒稳定,且满足给定的H_∞指标.针对执行器连续故障模型,运用线性矩阵不等式方法,得到Delta算子系统α-次优可靠鲁棒H_∞状态反馈控制器的存在条件和设计方法,并进一步给出了Delta算子系统最优可靠鲁棒H_∞控制器的设计方法.数值算例表明,该设计方法是有效而可行的.
Abstract:
The reliable robust H_∞ control problem is studied for the Delta operator systems with actuator failure.The purpose is to design a controller which can tolerate actuator failures,such that the Delta operator closed-loop system is asymptotic stable for all admissible uncertainties,and the H_∞-performance index of the closed-loop system is less than a given upper bound.A more practical model of actuator failure,continuous failure model,is considered.A sufficient condition for the existence of the state feedback α-suboptimal reliable robust H_∞ controllers is derived by using the linear matrix inequality approach.Then the design procedures of such controllers and optimal reliable robust H_∞ controllers are proposed respectively.A numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of the design methods.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate a decentralized stabilization problem of uncertain multi-agent systems with mixed delays including discrete and distributed time-varying delays based on passivity stability. We design a decentralized state-feedback stabilization scheme such that the family of closed-loop feedback subsystems enjoys the delay-dependent passivity stability for each subsystem. Then, by employing a new Lyapunov-Krasovskii function, a linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is developed to establish the delay-dependent criteria for the passivity stability of multi-agent systems. The sufficient condition is given for checking the passivity stability. The proposed LMI result is computationally efficient. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献
