欠驱动三维桥式吊车系统自适应跟踪控制器设计   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对三维桥式吊车系统的欠驱动特性, 设计了一种目标轨迹自适应跟踪控制器. 相比其他常规的三维桥式吊车控制器, 它不需要对吊车模型进行任何近似解耦或线性化处理, 并且考虑了系统所受的摩擦力与空气阻力等干扰. 在负载质量和吊绳绳长等发生变化或存在不确定因素的情况下, 它依然能实现对台车的精确定位与负载摆动的有效抑制. 对于闭环系统的稳定性, 文中通过Lyapunov方法和芭芭拉定理对其进行了理论分析, 随后的实验结果也表明了这种自适应跟踪控制器良好的控制性能和对不确定性因素的适应性.  相似文献

In this paper, a unified symplectic pseudospectral method for motion planning and tracking control of 3D underactuated overhead cranes is proposed. A feasible reference trajectory taking constraints into consideration is first generated offline by the symplectic pseudospectral optimal control method. Then, a trajectory tracking model predictive controller also based on the symplectic pseudospectral method is developed to track the reference trajectory. At each sampling instant, the trajectory tracking controller works by solving an open‐loop optimal control problem where linearized system dynamics is used instead to improve the computational efficiency. Since the symplectic pseudospectral optimal control method is the core algorithm for both offline trajectory planning and online trajectory tracking, constraints on state variables and control inputs can be easily imposed and hence theoretically guaranteed in solutions. By selecting proper weighted matrices on tracking error and control, the developed controller could achieve control objectives in both accurate trolley positioning and fast suppressing of residual swing angles. Simulations for 3D overhead crane systems in the presence of perturbations in initial conditions, an abrupt variation of system parameter, and various external disturbances demonstrate that the developed controller is robust and of excellent control performance.  相似文献

Piezo‐actuated positioning stages contain two parts: a Piezo Electric Actuator (PEA) and a positioning mechanism. The tracking control accuracy of the piezo‐actuated positioning stage is limited due to the hysteretic nonlinearity of the PEA and the friction behavior of the positioning mechanism. This loss in precision restricts the use of the piezo‐actuated stage in an ultra‐high‐precision optical system. This paper presents an inversion‐based approach to reduce the nonlinearity of the PEA by using a proposed hysteresis observer. To reduce the degredation in precision due to the friction behavior of the positioning mechanism, a PI feedback controller with a feed‐forward controller based on a hysteresis observer is proposed to solve tracking problems with modelling uncertainties and external disturbances.  相似文献

In this paper, a micromachined gyroscope system composed of a vibratory gyroscope with its in- terface ASIC is presented. The system adopts a DC sensing method to detect the capacitive motion, which is insensitive to the mismatch of the gyroscope capacitors and can eliminate high frequency signals from the chip. Therefore it offers a commendable noise performance with simplified topology. Low noise design can be achieved by a continuous-time charge sensitive amplifier with the input-referred noise voltage of 9.833 nV/rtHz at 10 kHz. A novel high voltage (HV) buffer is adopted in the drive mode to strengthen its drive signal, so that the common-mode voltage of it is made at 5 V that is compatible with the gyroscope. The HV buffer utilizes two sets of power supply to achieve both good noise performance and HV output. The ASIC chip is fabricated in the 0.35 μm 2P4M BCD HV process, and is 2.5×2.0 mm2 in dimension. The test results prove that the system achieves a stable closed-loop oscillation in the drive mode. Furthermore, the in-phase demodulation result of the gyroscope system achieves a nonlinearity of 0.14% within the sense range of 0° 500°/s.  相似文献

针对具有未知外界扰动和系统不确定性集总未知非线性的四旋翼飞行器,提出了一种采用自适应不确定性补偿器的自适应动态面轨迹跟踪方法.通过将四旋翼飞行器系统分解为位置、欧拉角和角速率3个动态子系统,使各子系统虚拟控制器设计能充分考虑欠驱动约束;结合动态面控制技术,通过采用一阶低通滤波器,避免对虚拟控制信号求导;进而设计自适应不确定性补偿器,处理未知外界扰动和系统不确定性,最终确保闭环控制系统的稳定性、跟踪误差一致最终有界和系统所有状态信号有界.仿真研究和实验结果验证了本文提出控制方法的有效性和优越性.  相似文献

A robust adaptive NN-based output feedback control scheme is presented for a dynamic positioning ship with uncertainties and unknown external disturbances. We tackle the problem that velocity vector of a ship is not available by employing a high-gain observer, and develop the proposed control approach by combing vectorial backstepping with dynamic surface control approach, which is simpler and easier to implement in engi- neering practice. The neural network (NN) approximation technique is used to compensate for the uncertainties and unknown external disturbances, and it removes the requirement for the prior knowledge about the vessel parameters and external disturbances. Also, it is demonstrated that the proposed control strategy can force the position and yaw angle of a dynamic positioning ship to approach the desired point while guaranteeing all singles of the designed closed-loop dynamic positioning system semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded by means of the Lyapunov function. Simulation results of a supply ship illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

The materials used in piezo-actuators, which ferroelectric, demonstrate inherent hysteresis behavior in an applied electric field. Unfortunately, this behavior typically results in control problems, with severe inaccuracy and degraded tracking performance. This work focuses on the control of the piezoelectric positioning stage. The hysteresis function is expressed as an external disturbance. Grey relational analysis is proposed to examine the sensitivity of the tuning of the PID parameters for such system, to achieve the desired performance. Accordingly, the PID parameters can be tuned to handle uncertain information. The experimental results of the proposed grey relational approach also indicate that developing a low-cost, reliable, automatic, less time-consuming controller than conventional PID control for a piezoelectric positioning stage is technically and economically feasible. Hence, the results obtained using this proposed methodology can be applied to various mechanical systems, such as positioning control subjected to external disturbances.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the tracking control problem of robotic systems perturbed by time-varying parameters, unmodelled dynamics and external force (and moment) disturbances. The upper bound of system uncertainties and disturbances is not required for controller design. Also, no limitations are assumed on the speed of variation and the magnitude of unknown parameters and perturbations. An adaptive algorithm with simplicity and universality properties is proposed to ensure robust tracking. Presenting the closed loop stability proof analytically, the tracking controller is applied to a two-link robot manipulator and the simulation results are demonstrated to show the effectiveness of the method.  相似文献

This paper presents a methodological approach to design an observer-based adaptive sliding mode control to realize the problem of robust tracking and modeling following for a class of uncertain linear systems. Only partial information of the system states is known. Based on Lyapunov stability theorem, it will be shown that the proposed scheme guarantees the stability of closed-loop system and achieves zero-tracking error in the presence of parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. The proposed observer-based adaptive sliding mode control scheme can be implemented without requiring a priori knowledge of upper bounds on the norm of the uncertainties and external disturbances. This scheme assures robustness against system uncertainties and disturbances. Both the theoretical analysis and illustrative example demonstrate the validity of the proposed scheme.  相似文献

本文针对小型无人直升机的姿态控制问题,通过系统参数辨识,获得了较为准确的无人直升机姿态动力学模型.并根据无人直升机的动态特性,设计了基于神经网络前馈与滑模控制的非线性鲁棒姿态控制律,该控制律对直升机模型的先验知识要求较低.利用基于Lyapunov的分析方法证明,设计的控制律能够实现对无人直升机姿态角的半全局指数收敛镇定控制,并能确保闭环系统的稳定性.基于姿态飞行控制实验平台的实时飞行控制实验结果表明,提出的控制设计取得了很好的姿态控制效果,并对系统不确定性和外界风扰动具有较好的鲁棒性.  相似文献

工业过程对象普遍存在时滞、模型参数不确定性和外部扰动多等特点,传统Smith预估控制方法难以设计出满足期望性能的鲁棒控制器.针对模型参数不确定性和外部扰动,本文采用自抗扰控制技术进行估计和补偿.针对系统存在时滞的特点,本文提出改进Smith预估器结构,提升扩张状态观测器对于扰动估计的实时性.在此基础上,本文以一阶时滞系统为例提出了控制器参数整定方法.首先根据最优参数选取准则确定预估器模型,然后在等效模型框架下采用定量反馈理论整定自抗扰控制器参数,确保控制系统达到预期性能指标.在仿真实验中,将所提出方法与几种常见时滞系统控制方法进行比较,通过设定值跟踪、抗扰及蒙特卡罗实验验证了所提出方法具有良好抗扰能力与鲁棒性.  相似文献

Combining sliding mode control method with radial basis function neural network (RBFNN), this paper proposes a robust adaptive control scheme based on backstepping design for re-entry attitude tracking control of near space hypersonic vehicle (NSHV) in the presence of parameter variations and external disturbances. In the attitude angle loop, a robust adaptive virtual control law is designed by using the adaptive method to estimate the unknown upper bound of the compound uncertainties. In the angular velocity loop, an adaptive sliding mode control law is designed to suppress the effect of parameter variations and external disturbances. The main benefit of the sliding mode control is robustness to parameter variations and external disturbances. To further improve the control performance, RBFNNs are introduced to approximate the compound uncertainties in the attitude angle loop and angular velocity loop, respectively. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, the tracking errors are shown to be asymptotically stable. Simulation results show that the proposed control system attains a satisfied control performance and is robust against parameter variations and external disturbances.   相似文献

主要研究了驱动连铸结晶器的液压伺服系统的精确位置跟踪控制问题。由于液压伺服系统的某些内部参数是时变且不可测的,同时外部负载力也随时间变化使得系统动态模型不精确,从而影响了系统的控制效果。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于滑模控制的自抗干扰控制器的设计方法,利用扩张状态观测器把系统内部参数和外部负载力的不确定性观测出来,从而有效地抵消了系统的不确定性。根据工程实际中的参数进行仿真研究,其结果表明这种控制方法具有很好的全局鲁棒性,并且提高了位置跟踪的精度。  相似文献

In networked robot manipulators that deeply integrate control, communication and computation, the controller design needs to take into consideration the limited or costly system resources and the presence of disturbances/uncertainties. To cope with these requirements, this paper proposes a novel dynamic event-triggered robust tracking control method for a one-degree of freedom (DOF) link manipulator with external disturbance and system uncertainties via a reduced-order generalized proportional-integral observer (GPIO). By only using the sampled-data position signal, a new sampled-data robust output feedback tracking controller is proposed based on a reduced-order GPIO to attenuate the undesirable influence of the external disturbance and the system uncertainties. To save the communication resources, we propose a discrete-time dynamic event-triggering mechanism (DETM), where the estimates and the control signal are transmitted and computed only when the proposed discrete-time DETM is violated. It is shown that with the proposed control method, both tracking control properties and communication properties can be significantly improved. Finally, simulation results are shown to demonstrate the feasibility and efficacy of the proposed control approach.   相似文献

To develop a controller that deals with noise-corrupted training data and rule uncertainties for interconnected multi-input–multi-output (MIMO) non-affine nonlinear systems with unmeasured states, an interval type-2 fuzzy system is integrated with an observer-based hierarchical fuzzy neural controller (IT2HFNC) in this paper. Also, an H control technique and a strictly positive real Lyapunov (SPR-Lyapunov) design approach are employed for attenuating the influence of both external disturbances and fuzzy logic approximation error on the tracking of errors. Moreover, the proposed hierarchical fuzzy structure can greatly reduce the number of adjusted parameters of the IT2HFNC, and then, the problem of online computational burden can be solved. According to the design of the interval type-2 fuzzy neural network and H control technique, the IT2HFNN controller can improve its robustness to noise, uncertainties, approximation errors, and external disturbances. Simulation results are reported to show the performance of the proposed control system mode and algorithms.  相似文献

This paper investigates the finite-time attitude tracking control for a rigid spacecraft in the presence of inertia uncertainties and external disturbances. Two novel time-varying terminal sliding mode control algorithms are derived for attitude tracking control system. The proposed two control algorithms not only eliminate the reaching phase of the conventional sliding mode control but also guarantee the tracking errors converge to zero in finite time. Moreover, the singularity problem can be avoided. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design methods.  相似文献

In this paper, an adaptive proportional-derivative sliding mode control (APD-SMC) law, is proposed for 2D underactuated overhead crane systems. The proposed controller has the advantages of simple structure, easy to implement of PD control, strong robustness of SMC with respect to external disturbances and uncertain system parameters, and adaptation for unknown system dynamics associated with the feedforward parts. In the proposed APD-SMC law, the PD control part is used to stabilize the controlled system, the SMC part is used to compensate the external disturbances and system uncertainties, and the adaptive control part is utilized to estimate the unknown system parameters. The coupling behavior between the trolley movement and the payload swing is enhanced and, therefore, the transient performance of the proposed controller is improved. The Lyapunov techniques and the LaSalle's invariance theorem are employed in to support the theoretical derivations. Experimental results are provided to validate the superior performance of the proposed control law.   相似文献

气动人工肌肉系统凭借其材质轻便、输出力大及柔顺性好等优势, 其运动控制研究近年来逐渐成为热点问题. 然而, 气动人工肌肉(pneumatic artificial muscle, PAM)系统所固有的特性(如迟滞、蠕变、非线性时变等), 为其控制方法设计与实现带来了挑战. 考虑到实际工作过程中, 系统往往遭受未知干扰的影响, 本文针对气动人工肌肉系统, 提出了一种基于干扰估计的非线性控制策略, 可在系统存在持续不确定干扰的情况下, 在线进行扰动抑制, 实现精确的跟踪控制. 具体而言, 本文先通过模型变换, 将系统不确定性、未建模动态、外部扰动等处理成集总扰动的形式. 随后, 结合自适应更新律及正则化最小二乘算法, 在线估计未知系统参数及扰动; 在精确扰动代数估计的基础上, 通过所提基于干扰估计的非线性控制器, 消除未知扰动对系统造成的影响, 并确保跟踪误差收敛至零. 此外, 经稳定性分析证明了跟踪误差的渐近收敛性. 最后, 通过硬件实验验证了本文方法的有效性及鲁棒性.  相似文献
