A robustness design of fuzzy control via model-based approach is proposed in this article to overcome the effect of approximation error between multiple time-delay nonlinear systems and Takagi--Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models. A stability criterion is derived based on Lyapunov's direct method to ensure the stability of nonlinear multiple time-delay systems especially for the resonant and chaotic systems. Positive definite matrices P and Rk of the criterion are obtained by using linear matrix inequality (LMI) optimization algorithms to solve the robust fuzzy control problem. In terms of the control scheme and this criterion, a fuzzy controller is then designed via the technique of parallel distributed compensation (PDC) to stabilize the nonlinear multiple time-delay system and the H control performance is achieved at the same time. Finally, two numerical examples of the chaotic and resonant systems are demonstrated to show the concepts of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper mainly focuses on the problem of non-fragile H dynamic output feedback control for a class of uncertain Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems with time-varying state delay. Based on a new type of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional without ignoring any subtle integral terms in the derivatives, a less conservative dynamic output feedback controller with additive gain variations is designed, which guarantees that the closed-loop fuzzy system is asymptotically stable and satisfies a prescribed H-performance level. Furthermore, the obtained parameter-dependent conditions are given in terms of solution to a set of linear matrix inequalities, which improve some existing relevant results. Finally, numerical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness and merits of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper considers an adaptive event-triggered robust H control for the Takagi–Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy under the networked Markov jump systems (NMJSs) with time-varying delay. First, a new adaptive event-triggered scheme is developed to guarantee the T-S fuzzy NMJSs, and as a result, communication energy consumption reduced while device efficiency is maintained. Besides, an asynchronous operation method is adopted to deal with the mismatched premise variables between the fuzzy system and the fuzzy controller. One of the main objectives of this article is to construct the fuzzy state-feedback controller (mode-dependent) in a closed-loop form for stochastic stability for all admissible parameter uncertainties with an H performance index. Different from the conventional triggering mechanism, in this paper, the parameters of the triggering function are based on a new adaptive law that is obtained online rather than a predefined constant. To achieve the less conservative control design, a new type of stochastic Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional is designed by decomposing method, in which the delay interval transforms into various equidistant subintervals in terms of linear matrix inequalities. An example of a truck-trailer application is used to demonstrate the effectively of the proposed algorithms.  相似文献

This article focuses on the problem of robust H control for uncertain T–S fuzzy systems with time-varying delay. By employing a novel technique, new delay-dependent stabilisation conditions for the existence of a robust H controller are obtained based on the parallel distributed compensation method. The result obtained is an important contribution as it establishes a new way that can reduce the conservatism without imposing any restrictions and computational efforts at the same time. In this article, all the conditions are shown in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be solved efficiently by using LMI optimisation techniques. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the merits of the approach proposed in this article. Finally, application to control a truck-trailer is also given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the observer-based H fuzzy control problem for a class of discrete-time fuzzy mixed delay systems with random communication packet losses and multiplicative noises, where the mixed delays comprise both discrete time-varying and distributed delays. The random packet losses are described by a Bernoulli distributed white sequence that obeys a conditional probability distribution, and the multiplicative disturbances are in the form of a scalar Gaussian white noise with unit variance. In the presence of mixed delays, random packet losses and multiplicative noises, sufficient conditions for the existence of an observer-based fuzzy feedback controller are derived, such that the closed-loop control system is asymptotically mean-square stable and preserves a guaranteed H performance. Then a linear matrix inequality approach for designing such an observer-based H fuzzy controller is presented. Finally, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper deals with the problem of robust reliable control for a class of uncertain neutral delay systems. The aim was to design a state feedback controller such that the plant remained stable for all admissible uncertainties as well as actuator faults among a prespecified subset of actuators or sector-type actuator non-linearity, independently of the delay time. A linear matrix inequality approach was developed to solve the problem addressed with an H X norm bound constraint on disturbance attenuation.  相似文献

This paper presents a solution of the H control problem for a class of continuous-time nonlinear systems. The method is based on a fuzzy dynamical model of the nonlinear system. A suitable piecewise differentiate quadratic (PDQ) Lyapunov function is used to establish asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system. Furthermore, a constructive algorithm is developed to obtain the stabilizing feedback control law. The controller design algorithm involves solving a set of suitable algebraic Riccati equations. An example is given to illustrate the application of the method  相似文献

This paper proposes an observer-based output tracking control via virtual desired reference model for a class of nonlinear systems with time-varying delay and disturbance. First, the Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy model represents the nonlinear system with time-varying delay and disturbance. Then we design an observer to estimate immeasurable states and controller to drive the error between estimated state and virtual desired variables (VDVs) to zero such that the overall control output tracking system has H control performance. Using Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, we derive sufficient conditions for stability. The advantages of the proposed output control system are (i) systematic approach to derive VDVs for controller design; (ii) relaxes need for real reference model; (iii) drops need for information of equilibrium; (iv) relaxed condition is provided via three-step procedure to find observer and controller gain. We carry out simulation using a continuous stirred tank reactor system where the effectiveness of the proposed controller is demonstrated by satisfactory numerical results.  相似文献

A radial basis function (RBF) neural network model is developed for the identification of hyperbolic distributed parameter systems (DPSs). The empirical model is based only on process input–output data and is used for the estimation of the controlled variables at multiple spatial locations. The produced nonlinear model is transformed to a nonlinear state–space formulation, which in turn is used for deriving a robust H control law. The proposed methodology is applied to a long duct for the flow-based control of temperature distribution. The performance of the proposed method is illustrated by comparing it with conventional control strategies.  相似文献

This paper describes the mixed H 2 /H X controller design method of linear systems with time-varying delays in both state and control input. More specifically, the proposed mixed H 2 /H X controller minimizes the H 2 performance measure when satisfying a prescribed H X norm bound on the closed loop system. The sufficient conditions for the existence of controller, the mixed H 2 /H X controller design method and the upper bound of performance measure are presented using the linear matrix inequality (LMI) technique. Also, all solutions including controller gain and the upper bound of performance measure are obtained simultaneously. Furthermore, the proposed controller design method can be easily extended into the problem of robust mixed H 2 /H X controller design method for parameter uncertain systems with time-varying delays in both state and control input.  相似文献

This paper focuses on the robust H-infinity reliable control for a class of nonlinear neutral delay systems with uncertainties and actuator failures. We design a state feedback controller in terms of linear matrix inequality(LMI) such that the plant satisfies robust H-infinity performance for all adnfissible uncertainties, and actuator failures among a prespecified subset of actuators. An example is also given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.  相似文献

This paper suggests new evolving Takagi–Sugeno–Kang (TSK) fuzzy models dedicated to crane systems. A set of evolving TSK fuzzy models with different numbers of inputs are derived by the novel relatively simple and transparent implementation of an online identification algorithm. An input selection algorithm to guide modeling is proposed on the basis of ranking the inputs according to their important factors after the first step of the online identification algorithm. The online identification algorithm offers rule bases and parameters which continuously evolve by adding new rules with more summarization power and by modifying existing rules and parameters. The potentials of new data points are used with this regard. The algorithm is applied in the framework of the pendulum–crane system laboratory equipment. The evolving TSK fuzzy models are tested against the experimental data and a comparison with other TSK fuzzy models and modeling approaches is carried out. The comparison points out that the proposed evolving TSK fuzzy models are simple and consistent with both training data and testing data and that these models outperform other TSK fuzzy models.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of observer-based fault reconstruction for Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems. Two types of fuzzy learning observers are constructed to achieve simultaneous reconstruction of system states and actuator faults. Stability and convergence of the proposed observers are proved using Lyapunov stability theory, and necessary conditions for the existence of the observers are further discussed. The design of fuzzy learning observers can be formulated in terms of a series of linear matrix inequalities that can be conveniently solved using convex optimisation technique. A single-link flexible manipulator is employed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed fault-reconstructing approaches.  相似文献

This paper concerns the problems of non-fragile guaranteed cost control (GCC) for nonlinear systems with or without parameter uncertainties. The Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy hyperbolic model is employed to represent the nonlinear system. The non-fragile controller is designed by parallel distributed compensation (PDC) method, and some sufficient conditions are formulated via linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) such that the system is asymptotically stable and the cost function satisfies an upper bound in the presence of the additive controller perturbations. The above approach is also extended to the non-fragile GCC of T–S fuzzy hyperbolic system with parameter uncertainties, and the robust non-fragile GCC scheme is obtained. The main advantage of the non-fragile GCC based on the T–S fuzzy hyperbolic model is that it can achieve small control amplitude via ‘soft’ constraint approach. Finally, a numerical example and the Van de Vusse example are given to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this article, Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy control theory is proposed as a key tool to design an effective active queue management (AQM) router for the transmission control protocol (TCP) networks. The probability control of packet marking in the TCP networks is characterised by an input constrained control problem in this article. By modelling the TCP network into a time-delay affine T–S fuzzy model, an input constrained fuzzy control methodology is developed in this article to serve the AQM router design. The proposed fuzzy control approach, which is developed based on the parallel distributed compensation technique, can provide smaller probability of dropping packets than previous AQM design schemes. Lastly, a numerical simulation is provided to illustrate the usefulness and effectiveness of the proposed design approach.  相似文献

This article presents absolute stability conditions for a particular class of Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy control systems. Initially, a Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy control system is transformed into a multivariable Lur’e type system. A simple algorithm for checking the absolute stability of this system is then proposed. Since the key of the proposed algorithm is to solve algebraic Riccati equations, software packages such as MATLAB provides a simple means to check the conditions. The proposed approach does not limit the methods of fuzzification and defuzzification. This article presents several analytical examples to verify the simplicity and efficiency of the proposed approach.  相似文献

In this paper, robust fuzzy model predictive control of a class of nonlinear discrete systems subjected to time delays and persistent disturbances is investigated. Based on the modeling method of delay difference inclusions, nonlinear discrete time-delay systems can be represented by T–S fuzzy systems comprised of piecewise linear delay difference equations. Moreover, Lyapunov–Razumikhin function (LRF), instead of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF), is employed for time-delay systems due to its ability to reflect system original state space and its advantages in controller synthesis and computation. The robust positive invariance and input-to-state stability with respect to disturbance under such circumstances are investigated. A robust constraint set is adopted that the system state is converged to this set round the desired point. In addition, the controller synthesis conditions are derived by solving a set of matrix inequalities. Simulation results show that the proposed approach can be successfully applied to the well-known continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) systems subjected to time delay.  相似文献

The interval type-2 Takagi–Sugeno fuzzy systems have been proposed to handle nonlinear systems subject to parameter uncertainties. In this paper, a new type of state feedback controller, namely, interval type-2 regional switching fuzzy controller, is proposed to conceive less-conservative stabilisation conditions, which is switched by basing on the values of system states. To further reduce the conservativeness in the stability analysis, the information of lower and upper membership functions is also considered. Stability conditions for the interval type-2 fuzzy closed-loop systems are presented in the form of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Simulation examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper presents new systematic design methods of two types of output feedback controllers for Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems, one of which is constructed with a fuzzy regulator and a fuzzy observer, while the other is an output direct feedback controller. In order to use the structural information in the rule base to decrease the conservatism of the stability analysis, the standard fuzzy partition (SFP) is employed to the premise variables of fuzzy systems. New stability conditions are obtained by relaxing the stability conditions derived in previous papers. The concept of parallel distributed compensation (PDC) is employed to design fuzzy regulators and fuzzy observers from the T–S fuzzy models. New stability analysis and design methods of output direct feedback controllers are also presented. The output feedback controllers design and simulation results for a nonlinear mass-spring-damper mechanical system show that these methods are effective.  相似文献
