流量脉动是引起齿轮泵自身振动及产生流体噪声的根本原因。为了得到流量脉动特性,以某型直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵为研究对象,基于MATLAB软件分析不同重合度所对应的理论瞬时流量曲线,研究齿轮副几何参数对流量脉动率的变化规律。结果表明:齿轮副退出啮合,理论瞬时流量最小。脉动率递增时几何参数影响程度由大到小排列为:齿轮分度圆半径齿轮齿顶圆半径传动比(两齿齿差)齿圈齿顶圆半径;递减时由大到小排列为:齿轮齿数齿轮分度圆半径齿轮齿形半角。为了减少脉动率,对于满足计算的传动比,齿轮齿数确定,齿圈齿数取较小值,而齿圈齿数确定,齿轮齿数取较大值;齿形半角取较大值;齿轮及齿圈齿顶圆半径取较小值;齿轮分度圆半径在33.5~35 mm之间取值。 相似文献

针对齿轮泵存在振动与噪声的问题,提出了一种新型结构多齿轮变量齿轮泵。依据流量特性理论分析,采用MATLAB软件编写程序对瞬时流量特性进行仿真分析。结果表明:与普通外啮合齿轮泵相比,该变量泵不仅可以改变排量,使瞬时流量显著增加、流量脉动大幅降低,而且实现了对泵体振动与噪声的有效控制,具有良好的流量特性品质。 相似文献

针对椭圆齿轮泵大排量大脉动的流量特点,提出基于变速驱动的脉动平抑方法。在分析椭圆齿轮泵流量脉动规律的基础上,给出非圆齿轮变速器驱动椭圆齿轮泵的方案原理及相应的瞬时流量公式,讨论了椭圆齿轮转子的偏心率、阶数对平抑效果的影响。最后通过与其他平抑方式对比,证明了非圆齿轮驱动的椭圆齿轮泵不仅结构简单,而且脉动平抑效果更加优良。 相似文献

以SCY-14B型斜盘轴向柱塞泵为例,对轴向柱塞泵的瞬时流量及流量脉动进行了理论分析,并以该泵的参数对七柱塞和八柱塞泵瞬时流量进行MATLAB仿真。仿真结果表明:在不考虑配流盘几何因素和其他非几何因素的情况下,奇数柱塞泵的流量脉动明显小于偶数柱塞泵,柱塞数越多,泵的流量脉动越小,斜盘倾角越大,泵的瞬时流量也越大,但对泵的流量脉动几乎没有影响;而考虑配流盘几何因素和柱塞泵泄漏流量的影响时,奇、偶数轴向柱塞泵的流量脉动系数相差并不大,但明显大于理论的流量脉动系数,几何流量脉动是影响其流量脉动特性的主要因素。 相似文献

斜齿齿轮泵在保持直齿齿轮泵优点的基础上降低了压力脉动和躁声,但流量脉动方面的性能没有得到明显改善.对双斜齿轮泵的流量脉动特性进行了分析与研究,结果表明:在满足一定参数关系和装配关系的条件下,双斜齿轮泵能有效改善瞬间排量和流量脉动,其性能更优. 相似文献

In this paper, forging of helical gears has been investigated. The forging process of helical gears has been classified into
two types of operations: guiding and clamping. The two types of forging of helical gears have been analyzed by using the upper-bound
method. Kinematically admissible velocity fields have been developed in which an involute curve has been introduced to represent
the tooth profile of the gear. Numerical calculations have been carried out to investigate the effects of various parameters
such as module, number of teeth, helix angle and friction factors on the forging of helical gears. Some forging experiments
were carried out with commercial aluminum alloy to show the validity of the analysis. Good agreements were found between the

渐开线外啮合齿轮泵以结构简单、造价低廉等优点而在矿山、工程等领域应用广泛,但目前关于精准计算其瞬时流量、排量的文献较少。为此,基于齿轮啮合机制、轮齿齿廓性质以及转角和啮合点的关系,建立齿轮泵瞬时输出流量的数学及仿真模型。针对齿轮泵重合度、齿轮变位、卸荷槽、侧隙等影响因素对模型进行论证,进而提出一种精准计算渐开线外啮合齿轮泵排量的方法,并采用Simulink仿真软件对不同类型外啮合齿轮泵的瞬时流量进行仿真模拟。同时利用3种不同型号齿轮泵验证排量公式,其最大误差在5%以内。验证计算模型有效性后,基于MATLAB设计了齿轮泵计算辅助平台,实现了外啮合齿轮泵瞬时流量、排量性能可视化,以简化计算流程,适应工程化应用。 相似文献

Due to excessive service load, inappropriate operating conditions or simply end of life fatigue, damage can occur in gears. When a fault, either distributed or localised, is incurred by gears, the stiffness and consequently vibration characteristics of the damaged tooth will change. A possible non-destructive technique for damage detection and severity assessment can be derived from vibration analysis. This paper presents the use of vibration analysis in the detection, quantification, and advancement monitoring of damage incurred by spur gear teeth. The stiffness of a single spur gear tooth is analysed theoretically, and due to the difficulties in measuring the gear tooth stiffness, an experimental procedure based on the modal analysis is developed to assess the severity of the gear tooth damage. A pair of spur gears was tested under accelerated wear conditions, and conventional time and frequency domain techniques are applied to the gear vibrations to indicate the presence and progression of the wear. The developed modal stiffness assessment technique is then used to quantify the resulting wear damage to the spur gear teeth. 相似文献
