以实际工程中的发动机缸盖零件为例,阐述了对于具有内型面零件进行反求制作的方法和RE与CAD复合建模技术。以硅橡胶翻制零件的内型面,将零件内型面硅橡胶模型的外表面应用逆向工程技术,获取零件内型面的三维CAD模型,对零件其它特征进行常规三维CAD建模,并将此CAD模型与反求获得的曲面进行拼合即进行复合建模,从而获取零件的完整的CAD模型。 相似文献

通过分析铸件毛坯现有打磨技术的劣势,提出自动扫描三维重构铸件模型,获取工件3D点云数据,然后根据打磨工艺自动规划路径并进行离线编程,获得机器人运动程序,最后按照工艺路径自动完成铸件打磨的工艺方案。在综合考虑成本、功能、力学及干涉等各方面因素的基础上,确定打磨装备的整体布局形式,并对专用恒力打磨机构、视觉系统等关键部件作了详细设计与阐述。利用现有的机械设备、工业相机及线激光组成的视觉系统对实验工件进行三维模型重构,结果显示:模型尺寸精度在±0.1 mm以内,扫描速度为1 000 mm/min。打磨实验显示:打磨后工件表面粗糙度值小于Ra6.3μm,整个打磨表面平整度也满足检测需要,单台设备打磨效率达到人工的10倍左右。 相似文献

Based on the pulsed plasma arc welding(PPAW),a rapid remanufacturing shaping system,including a structured light scanning reverse engineering(RE)system,a robot system and a PPAW source system have been developed.The new rapid remanufacturing shaping system can rapidly and accurately repair the worn parts with different damaged degrees and thus extend their life cycle.In the present paper,the whole process of repairing worn parts is described.Firstly,the scanning model of a worn part is obtained by using RE system based on reconstructing approach.Compared with standard CAD model in the undamaged setting,the surface profile and the extent of damage area are obtained.Secondly,the weld repair path is designed by slicing the point cloud model of damage area.This path consists of multilayer parallel lines that produce parallel overlapped weld beads which cover the damaged area.By off-line programming techniques,the robot executable program as document format is transmitted to the robot controller for repairing worn parts.Finally,the weld repair experiments on worn steel plane plate and damaged column are performed to evaluate the remanufacturing system. 相似文献

本文介绍了作为压铸CAD/CAE/CAM集成系统的核心组成部分的CAE技术在压铸工艺设计中的应用前景,并应用德国MAGMA公司的CAE软件MAGMASoft,并2VQS机油滤油滤清器支架压铸件的充型及凝固过程进行了模拟,模拟结果能很好地吻合实际浇注铸件的缺陷情况。并分析了缺陷形成原因。根据模拟计算,重新设计了2VQS的压铸工艺参数,取得了良好效果。 相似文献

后处理显示是铸造过程数值模拟的一个重要组成部分,它能把通过数值模拟得到了的抽象的三维目标数据以图形的方式直观的表示出来,文中在介绍了基于网格的后处理显示的几项技术的基础上,提出了一种新的技术,它通过铸件的STL文件来显示铸件的外轮廓,通过图形合成技术来生成总体的显示效果,与基于网格的后处理显示技术相比,消除了以网格单元棱边来表示外轮廓所产生的锯齿现象及轮廓线过多的现象,从而提高了显示的质量。 相似文献

以某型号连接盘为例,研究了使用Pro/E软件进行从零件、铸件到铸造模具的设计过程。阐述了产品开发中零件的建模应兼顾制造时的各种工艺建模,其中详述了为使铸件及铸造模具的设计顺利进行,零件和铸件三维建模过程应遵循的一定顺序及一些技巧。铸造模具建模前先建工艺模型,对型芯头、起模斜度等工艺措施在工艺模型中给予建立,然后用工艺模型将型芯和外模分拆出来,可减少分别建模时可能出现的失误,提高模具的精度,缩短产品的市场化周期。 相似文献

Coupled turbulent flow, temperature fields of the twin-roll casting strip process were simulated by three-dimensional finite element method. Based on the heat balance calculation and using inverse methods between the simulations and real experiments, the relational models among casting speed, location, and coefficient of heat transfer between molten metal and rolls in different regions are given. In the simulation, the calculated surface temperatures are in good agreement with the measured values. An on-line model of kiss point is derived by simulations and the geometry of molten pool, corresponding control strategy is also proposed. 相似文献

铸造工艺设计是铸造生产的核心环节,利用计算机技术进行铸造工艺设计、优化,对提高铸造工艺设计效率有重要意义。目前,计算机技术指导铸造生产主要是在铸造数值模拟、基于商用CAD软件的铸造工艺CAD二次开发的研究与应用,以及PDM、ERP等管理软件对铸造企业信息化的支持。本研究提出基于KBL技术的铸造工艺数字化平台,该平台在容纳铸造基本知识库的基础上,有机结合了铸造工艺CAD、CAE、KBE等工艺设计技术和PDM、ERP等工艺信息管理技术;本研究阐述了在数字化平台下的铸造工艺设计、优化、管理流程,并在此基础上建立铸造工艺数字化平台的框架体系;同时,在此框架体系内,针对核心的铸造工艺的智能化设计方法、铸造CAD/CAE一体化进行了创新性的研究。该铸造工艺数字化平台的研究是将铸造工艺CAD、CAE、KBE与PDM等多项计算机辅助设计与管理有机融合的一次有益尝试,以推动计算机技术在铸造行业的应用与发展。 相似文献

Precision alignment technique for parts having thin features using measurement feedback iterative method in CAD/CAI environment 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
In this paper, a new technique of CAD/CAI integration is proposed for the three-dimensional (3D) curved parts having very thin and sharp geometry. The technique begins with feature reconstruction of turbine blades which have 3D combined geometry, such as splines, and thin circles. The alignment procedures consist of two phases: rough phase and fine phase alignments. The rough phase alignment is based on the conventional six points probing on the clear cut surfaces, and the fine phase alignment is based on the initial measurement for the 3D curved parts, using an iterative least squares technique based on the measurement feedback. As the results of the alignment, the CNC code of measurement operation is generated in DMIS file format, thus dimensional inspection of complicated parts having thin sections is completed. The developed inspection technique has been applied to practical procedures of blade manufacturing, and demonstrated high performance. 相似文献

Layered manufacturing (LM) can fabricate any complex 3D physical model without geometric limitations by depositing 2D layers in a given direction. However, the surface of the LM processed part is excessively rough in comparison with that of general NC machined part due to the LM process itself. Hence to improve the surface quality, additional post-machining such as coating and grinding process is required. This post-machining, however, is also detrimental to the original geometry of the part and is time consuming. To minimize the required post-machining region (RPMR) in the LM, an intelligent methodology to determine the optimal fabrication direction is proposed in this paper. An expression of the distribution of surface roughness is presented and the relation between the RPMR and fabrication direction is investigated taking real LM environments into consideration. The objective is to minimize the RPMR for general LM technology. A genetic algorithm is applied to obtain reliable solution for a complex geometry CAD model. Validity and effectiveness of the proposed methodology are tested by various experiments and applications. 相似文献

在CAD模型已知的零件数字化检测中,为将CAD模型和零件的实测点云模型进行对比分析,首先要解决CAD模型离散为点云数据的问题。针对这一问题,提出了一种基于UG NX平台二次开发获得点云数据的方法。介绍了UG NX二次开发的工具及其基本特点,并综合运用二次开发工具和Visual StudiO2010开发环境在UG NX10.0中设计了完成CAD模型离散的对话框。阐述了CAD模型离散的原理、基本流程,编写对话框中的回调函数实现了离散功能,获得了点云数据。将离散结果与原模型进行对比分析,表明离散结果可以很好地代表CAD模型。 相似文献
