Six compounds were isolated from Rosa laevigata. A RP-HPLC method was established to separate and determine five constituents in plants of genus Ligusticum by using an ODS column (Hypersil-C18, 5 microns) and acetonitrile (containing 1.25% CHCl3)--water (saturated with CHCl3) as mobile phase for gradient elution. The five constituents were ferulic acid, scopoletin, 3-butyl-phthalide, ligustilide, and diligustide. They were detected at 284 nm. Peak purity was monitored by photodiode array detector. Benzthiazide was used as the internal standard. The method is simple, fast, sensitive and reproducible.  相似文献

A rare case of downward displacement of the left kidney caused by marked development of an ectopic ovarian cyst in the left subphrenic region is presented. Exact diagnosis could not be made preoperatively but a satisfactory result was obtained by removal of the cyst. Histological diagnosis of the tumor was serous cystadenoma arising from the left ovary.  相似文献

CNS activity of swertiamarin, a secoiridoid glucoside from Swertia chirata, was evaluated. An apparent anomaly, associated with the unanticipated finding that the alcoholic extracts (excluding mangiferin) of S. chirata significantly reversed the mangiferin-induced CNS-stimulating effects in albino mice and rats, was resolved. The results indicate that swertiamarin and mangiferin antagonize each other in vivo and thereby reverse their CNS effects.  相似文献

The constituents in the fruit of Anthriscus sylvestris Hoffm. were investigated, and four lignans [deoxypodophyllotoxin, morelensin, (-)-deoxypodorhizone, and (-)-hinokinin], one phenylpropanoid [1-(3',4'-dimethoxyphenyl)-1 xi-hydroxy-2-propene], two phenylpropanoid esters [3',4'-dimethoxycinnamyl (Z)-2-angeloyloxymethyl-2-butenoate and 3',4'-dimethoxycinnamyl (Z)-2-tigloyloxymethyl-2-butenoate], and one polyacetylenic compound (falcarindiol) were isolated. We report a case of profound anticoagulation caused by interaction between warfarin and danshen, a widely used Chinese herbal medicine, in a patient who had undergone mitral valve replacement. Patients taking warfarin should be warned not to take this herb. In addition, physicians should be alert to the possibility of an interaction with herbal medicine when anticoagulation control becomes difficult and no other causes are apparent.  相似文献
