A survey was made of the statistical techniques used in 108 papers appearing in Ergonomics between 1969 and 1971. It was found that analysis of variance techniques had been misapplied in many cases, sometimes with potentially serious consequences. The major criticisms concern the use of inappropriate error terms, the inadequate consideration of some of the assumptions involved in repeated measures and other designs, and the omission of a posteriori tests. 相似文献

文章研究与借鉴免疫系统中B细胞的生成、演化和检测的过程,针对当前IDS免疫模型研究中存在的不足,提出了检测器在不同检测阶段中的演变形式和行为方式,并给出了检测器的异常触发、活化概率函数以及相互间激励或抑制的算法与机制,同时针对活化响应发生链式反应、检测器的识别域之间交迭覆盖以及检测器规模等问题,建立了优先权和率先活化机制.实验结果验证了检测器激励响应机制一方面实现了检测器动态更新和联想记忆的功能,另一方面摒弃了盲目地随机产生检测器的传统方式,提高了免疫检测模型的自学习和自适应的能力. 相似文献

线性调频波形由于多普勒性能突出,一直是一种在雷达中具有广泛应用的脉冲压缩波形,但是线性调频的距离旁瓣不够理想,强目标的旁瓣过高就有可能淹没弱目标的主瓣。该文根据线性调频信号的频谱结构,采用频域数字处理技术,提出了一种新的基于理想压缩脉冲的频域滤波器(SSF)设计方法,导出了可实现低的压缩脉冲距离旁瓣的条件。与其它方法相比,线性凋频信号由该文方法压缩后主副瓣比得到很大的提高,并且主瓣不会展宽,因此不影响距离分辨力。通过数学公式推导和计算机仿真表明,所提出的方法是正确的和可行的,而且步骤简单,运算量小,易于实现。 相似文献

To restore walking and standing function in persons with paraplegia, a hybrid walking neuroprosthesis that combines a powered exoskeleton and functional electrical stimulation (FES) can be more advantageous than sole FES or powered exoskeleton technologies. However, the hybrid actuation structure introduces certain control challenges: actuator redundancy, cascaded muscle activation dynamics, FES-induced muscle fatigue, and unmeasurable states. In this paper, a human motor control inspired control scheme is combined with a dynamic surface control method to overcome these challenges. The new controller has an adaptive muscle synergy-based feedforward component which requires a fewer number of control signals to actuate multiple effectors in a hybrid neuroprosthesis. In addition, the feedforward component has an inverse fatigue signal to counteract the effects of the muscle fatigue. A dynamic surface control (DSC) method is used to deal with the cascaded actuation dynamics without the need for acceleration signals. The DSC structure was modified with a delay compensation term to deal with the electromechanical delays due to FES. A model based estimator is used to estimate the unmeasurable fatigue and actuator activation signals. The development of the controller and a Lyapunov stability analysis, which yielded semi-global uniformly ultimately boundedness, are presented in the paper. Computer simulations were performed to test the new controller on a 2 degrees of freedom fixed hip model after which preliminary experiments were conducted on one able-bodied male subject in the fixed hip configuration. 相似文献

Timing is everything: using fluidics to understand the role of temporal dynamics in cellular systems
In biology, it is not only the magnitude of a chemical stimulus that determines cellular response; it is becoming increasingly
clear that the timing of the stimulus is vastly important as well. Currently there is a paucity of data regarding cell behavior
under dynamic stimulation conditions that are representative of what occurs in vivo. This is, at least in part, attributed
to the lack of appropriate tools for generating time-varying stimulatory signals in highly diverse patterns. Fluidics on the
macro and micro scale has provided a practical platform for dynamically stimulating cells in a highly controllable manner
at physiological and supra-physiological time scales (seconds to a few hours). These fluidic systems have contributed substantially
to our understanding of how cells process and react to dynamic stimulatory environments; while these setups provide the means
to analyze and manipulate cellular behavior in these types of environments on the single-cell level and on a high-throughput
level, improvements can be made to these platforms to enhance their utility for high-impact biological investigations of temporal

针对现代无线电导航系统中对于处理速度,性能指标等越来越高的要求,为了使系统数字化、小型化,提出应用于甚高频全向信标系统(VOR)系统的中频数字信号处理方法,详细介绍了此算法的设计思想和摹本原理;同时提出了一种改进的FM数字化解调算法,可以较好地用于软件无线电的体系结构中.计算机仿真结果表明,跟传统的VOR系统信号处理算法相比,新算法可以在中频直接完成VOR方位信号的信息解调等处理,具有处理灵活、不受频差和相差影响等优点.系统的综合处理能力得到了提升. 相似文献

This paper presents another necessary condition about the optimum partition on a finite set of samples.From this condition,a corresponding generalized sequential hard k-means (GSHKM) clustering algorithm is built and many well-known clustering algorithms are found to be included in it.Under some assumptions the well-known MacQueen;s SHKM (Sequential Hard K-Means) algorithm,FSCL(Frequency Sensitive Competitive Learning) algorithm and RPCL (Rival Penalized Competitive Learning) algorithm are derived.It is shown that FSCL in fact still belongs to the kind of GSHKM clustering algorithm and is more suitable for producing means of K-partition of sample data,which is illustrated by numerical experiment.Meanwhile,some improvements on these algorithms are also given. 相似文献

无证书密码体制(CL-PKC)是一类新型公钥密码体制.它保持了基于身份的密码体制(ID-PKC)不需要使用公钥证书的优点,又较好地解决了基于身份的公钥体制所固有的密钥托管问题.对无证书体制下安全高效的签名方案的设计方法的研究是受到高度关注的研究课题.文中给出了一类无证书签名方案的构造方法,并在一个很强的安全模型下对用该方法所构造的方案的安全性进行了证明.文中对新构造的方案与已有的一些同类方案的性能进行了比较.结果显示新方案在整体性能上有一定的优势. 相似文献
