为了改善Q235钢在空气污染较为严重的环境中的耐蚀性,以北方重工业城市之一的抚顺望花区的雪水为腐蚀溶液,考察了化学镀镍层在该介质中的耐蚀行为.采用金相显微镜观察了镍磷镀层的表面形貌,通过冷冻-加热循环试验考察了镀层的结合力,借助动电位极化、电化学阻抗谱等方法评价了镀层在雪水中的耐蚀性,测试和观察了浸泡实验的腐蚀速率和表面形貌.结果表明,Ni-P镀层可在Q235钢表面均匀沉积且较为致密,与基体之间有良好的结合力.镀层的自腐蚀电流密度较Q235钢低,电荷转移电阻更大,腐蚀速率是Q235钢的1/3~1/2.Ni-P镀层明显改善了Q235钢在污染较为严重的雪水中的耐蚀性,可作为Q235钢腐蚀防护的一种措施. 相似文献

将具有表面微结构和平整的热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)传感基片封装成压阻型柔性压力传感器,其中前者(尺寸为10 mm×10 mm)的表面喷涂不同质量(0.02、0.05、0.1 g)的多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs),并对微结构柔性传感基片表面形貌及传感器性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明,微结构传感基片表面上微柱顶面形成一定厚度的MWCNTs层,层内MWCNTs形成网络;喷涂较高MWCNTs质量时,传感器具有较高的灵敏度和较低的检测限,这归因于压力所致MWCNTs的网络搭接程度和传感基片间接触面积的增加量较大;喷涂0.1 g MWCNTs时,传感器的灵敏度为0.143 kPa-1(0~3 kPa),检测限低至100 Pa,在较宽压力范围内(3~200 kPa)仍有一定的压阻响应,能在4 000次的循环压缩/释放测试(峰值压力约200 kPa)中保持稳定的压阻响应,且可准确检测典型人体运动所产生的压阻响应,具有应用于智能穿戴领域的潜能。 相似文献

采用失重法、电化学测试、SEM及XRD微观分析等方法,研究了X80管线钢在格尔木土壤模拟溶液中的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,在格尔木土壤模拟溶液中,随着浸泡时间的增加,X80钢平均腐蚀速率明显下降,但腐蚀趋势增加,钢基体表面由以全面腐蚀为主转为以点蚀为主;X80钢的阴极反应为氧的去极化;腐蚀产物主要由FeOOH(表层)和Fe3O4(内层)组成;X80钢的耐蚀性及腐蚀形态与各试样表面生成的腐蚀产物膜的完整性和致密性有关。研究还发现氯离子含量是影响腐蚀的主导因素。 相似文献

采用聚乙烯醇为基质材料,以盐酸、十二烷基苯磺酸、氨基磺酸水溶液掺杂,制备了聚苯胺-聚乙烯醇(PANI-PVA)复合导电涂料。研究了PANI与PVA质量比、酸用量、氧化剂用量、反应时间以及膜干燥温度等因素对涂料膜电导率的影响。结果表明:当PVA质量分数为40%、成膜干燥温度为80℃时,PANI-PVA涂料膜的电导率最大。而且当cHCl=0.5mol/L、反应时间为6h、过硫酸铵与苯胺摩尔比为1.0时,所得HCl-PANI-PVA膜的电导率达最大,为15.0S/cm;当cDBSA=1.0mol/L、反应时间为8h、过硫酸铵与苯胺摩尔比为2.0时,所得DBSA-PANI-PVA膜的电导率达最大,为7.1S/cm;当cNH2SO3H=1.0mol/L、反应时间为6h、过硫酸铵与苯胺摩尔比为2.0时,所得NH2SO3H-PANI-PVA膜的电导率达最大,为2.0S/cm。在这几种酸掺杂的PANI-PVA复合导电涂料中,HCl-PANI-PVA膜的电导率最大。 相似文献

A conductive coatings was prepared using a kind of spherical carbon black (CB) as conductive pigment and polyacrylate (PA) as polymer matrix. The conductive pigment CB nanoparticles were prepared by AC plasma arc method, and then treated with concentrated nitric acid. The pristine and oxidized CB nanoparticles were characterized by scanning and transmission electron microscopy. Afterwards, CB powders were dispersed in PA to produce conductive coatings. The effects of CB content and titanium coupling agent on the volume resistivity were investigated. Furthermore, the rheological and mechanical properties of PA/CB coatings were also investigated. The results showed that the volume resistivity of the PA/CB films was decreased with the increasing of CB content and the electrical percolation threshold was about 2.0 wt%. An interesting result could be observed that the rheological threshold value was close to electrical percolation threshold. 粉煤灰基土壤调理剂作用下盐碱土壤微观结构变化规律 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
以宁夏银北地区典型盐碱土壤为研究对象,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(FTIR)、比表面全自动物理吸附仪(BET)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试技术对粉煤灰基土壤调理剂作用下盐碱土壤颗粒微观结构进行研究和系统表征。结果表明,利用调理剂改良后土壤矿物的主要成分未发生改变,但是添加调理剂后土壤有新晶相方解石生成;土壤的pH值大幅降低,由9.01降低到7.66;土壤红外吸收变化较小,Si-O-Si和有机质吸收峰略有增强;随着调理剂的增加,土壤小颗粒开始团聚,孔隙率逐渐增加,以添加2.5wt%组为例,15天后样品孔隙率达到21.30%,30天后样品孔隙率达到25.29%,约为未添加调理剂组的两倍;土壤颗粒的比表面积略有增加,30天后由初始的23.06 m2/g增加到25.55 m2/g。 相似文献

Polyurushiol/silver (PU/Ag) composite conductive coatings were prepared from urushiol and AgNO3 under UV irradiation by using in situ radical reduction approach. The effects of the silver nitrate loading and the irradiation time on the surface resistivity of polyurushiol/silver (PU/Ag) composite films were investigated. The result from XRD analysis showed that the formation of Ag particles, and the surface resistivity of polyurushiol/silver (PU/Ag) composite films reached the value of 0.26 Ω cm, when the content of Ag particles in composite films was 23.8 wt%, and the irradiation time 90 s. Additionally, Ag particles were well dispersed in the composite films. And the films had good thermo-stability. 相似文献
